3.5
Su buena ubicación en el centro de Arequipa y sus instalaciones modernas y buen desayuno
El servicio del personal del ROOF TOP del hotel, falta de amabilidad y de dar buen servicio al cliente.
4.0
The room was spacious and clean, the bed was enormous and very comfortable. Lighting in the room was conducive to relaxation/sleep. The shower was hot and had good pressure. Staff were friendly and spoke good English and were available 24/7. Excellent location in very easy walking distance to everything.
Quite difficult to sleep with the road noise, car alarms etc. The "swimming pool" was too small to swim in and too cold to get in. A bit of false advertising there which was disappointing.
Breakfast had a limited selection and the take away breakfast was dismal.
5.0
It was nice and comfortable.
I don't recall anything bad
4.5
All the service was good and the barman was kindly and he didn't have problems to attend our order.
Cleaning service and the decorationof the room was good but it could be better.
2.0
The hotel was clean and central
our room was in the basement next to a utility room, so very noisy at night. No windows and on the first day no hot water
4.5
The excellent location, the beautiful view from the roof terrace, the comfortable beds, the friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast.
The shower was a bit broken and sprayed everywhere. The price of the place was a little bit above other similar places of the same standing. But overall pretty darn good.

This is a very nice hotel with a great location. Rooftop is very beautiful, rooms are spacious and well decorated. The staff is very gentle. We were the only guests at the hotel due to protests, road blockades unfortunately. They prepared a special breakfast for us, they booked a 2 days tour to Colca Canyon with a great price (highly recommended) They also stored our luggage for 2 days. All the staff was very gentle and helpful but we especially want to thank to Rosio. She was so patient with all our questions, requests :)
The swimming pool was empty even if the information on Booking says it is open all year. They upgraded our room to a suit with a hot tub. But there was no hot water. Once they resolved the problem with the hot water, there was no pressure to be able to fill the hot tub. Even not enough hot water to take a shower. It may be because we were the only guests at the hotel.

I didn’t like about the bedroom because was two 1 1/2 beds together instead off king size and was pretty uncomfortable, in addition, the electric source fail all the morning and didn’t have an extra power source.
4.0
The roof terrace 360 view on the vulcanites and its location
The swimming pool appears large on Booking but is actually really tiny squares bath
3.0
Location was great. Service was good as well.
Room was kind of tight for 4 beds. The breakfast was very basic. They referred us to a Taxi for picking us up from the airport and was 2x more vs the one we used when we were returning
4.0
The location is excellent. The room small but fine.
The breakfast wasn’t great and the walls very thin.
people woke us up coming back to their hotel room
late at night.
3.5
good location.
The hotel is near the street, the night sleep is noisy. .Not much breakfast.
3.5
the location was perfect. The staff were mostly friendly. The views from the pool and restaurant were amazing.
we asked to check in early and they said no, then I told them we had a tour scheduled to pick up at 13:50 and they immediately gave us a room. The floors were completely dirty, we used a towel and water and the towel was black after wiping most of the room. You’ll hear everything through the windows off the street so we didn’t sleep well one night due to car alarm going off all night. We got back to our room one day worth the door wide open and no cleaning personnel around.

Location was awesome right near the Convent and not far from the square. Rooms were extremely comfortable and the Restaurant onsite with the city overlook was honestly fantastic.
one of the 4 rooms did have bugs in the shower....

loved the friendly staff and how easy it was to communicate. perfect location
4.5
Really happy with the hotel, the receptionists have a good level of English. That gorgeus pool is too cold to use in the Peruvian winter thought.
5.0
centrally located and close to the restaurants.
3.5
Great location and excellent price on the room that had everything we needed. Room safe and telephone didn’t work. (We used the front desk safe for our passports.)
Room was rather small (similar to European hotels) and the shower didn’t have a full division so the floor of the bathroom got all wet. Breakfast was simple and didn’t offer a lot of options.
4.0
The location of this hotel is fantastic - within easy walking distance to the heart of Arequipa. They also have a fantastic rooftop bar with a great view & good Pisco Sours.
The bathroom has no electrical outlets & the hotel super-glued a vase of flowers & a basket to the small countertop - making it difficult to place your own toiletries on the counter for use during your stay. Also, the continental breakfast left something to be desired. We ended up grabbing breakfast elsewhere.
3.5
Room was clean with everything needed for a short weekend stay. Rooftop has amazing views across the city. We didn’t use the plunge pool. perfect location, right in the centre, easy walking distance to everywhere.
There was an issue with a guest being sick outside of the room in the corridor, someone was upstairs said they clean up, but when we woke at 05:00 to leave for early bus was still not cleaned up. This is obviously out of the hotels hands, but should have been cleaned up on the evening.

Really great location, good communication and friendly staff. The host helped us to get a taxi from the airport and to organize a tour to Colca Canyon for us. The pool and the view from the rooftop are great. You can walk in minutes to the main square.
4.5
beautiful location, the view from the roof was incredible, loved it so much and beautiful city.
the breakfast - would be great if offered vegan options and vegan milk
4.5
the staff was excellent and very accommodating!
our room did not have a self controlling thermostat.
0.5
The view of the pool.
Do not stay here!
We booked two separate reservations. One through our travel agency in a standard room and one on our own for a suite.
Upon arrival the standard room wasn’t ready. Instead of complimentary upgrading us to a suite, the manager said “you can pay for the suite tonight and we will let u in now”. As a former general manager for Hilton hotels, we always upgraded guests especially if the room isn’t available upon arrival.
Getting to the room… the room which they consider a suite, is the size of a standard king bed room. The room does not come with an HVAC unit, nor with an iron and ironing board. Because of the poor insulation, it gets super cold in the room. We asked for a portable heater, which they do not offer.
Bathroom:
Ever experienced a smell of mold? Well because of the malfunctioning jacuzzi spraying water all over the place, when turning it on, the bathroom has a serious damp smell. The shower takes 30 minutes to get warm/hot. And taking a bath / filling up the tub takes 1 hour.
The WiFi is super spotty, and goes out every 10 minutes.
The pool is dirty & disgusting. We took a coffee cup up there at 2 pm, and when we returned in the evening at 9pm, the coffee cup was still sitting there.
Reception doesn’t speak English at all & on Monday night they hosted a private party on their patio, which they moved tables and chairs after 10:00pm. Because the property’s poor insulation, we could not sleep until they were done cleaning as our room was located right below the outdoor bar on the 4th floor.
Their first aid kid was not stocked, which is hotel policy. Also we were told we would have a light breakfast available at 6am, which when we arrived, there was still food (chicken and fries) on plates from the former nights party.
Overall a very unpleasant experience & therefore would not recommend staying here.

Location is excellent. One of the best locations to stay, right by the monastery and the district of Barrio de San Lazaro
The buffet breakfast was quite poor compared to others we had while in peru. The roof top pool was also very dirty
5.0
Perfect location to enjoy the city.
They weren't prepared for gluten free breakfast even though they acknowledged our request weeks before our arrival.
4.0
Near to everything
The bed were
2 together 😅
1.5
It was close to restaurants which is good for people too lazy to walk for 10 minutes from a good hotel
Noise is unbearable all night long from people drinking and playing music outside the window. Bring ear plugs
Refused to move us when hotel clearly wasn't full
WiFi intermittent at best and didn't work most of the time
Pretty bad breakfast when there is food remaining
Shower very weak
Expensive
Could hear other customers complain too. I don't understand the 10/10 ratings for this property
