Lovely place in a pleasant neighborhood

Peaceful, quiet, clean and beautiful. Nice balconies and views, good kitchen and bathroom, and both the bed and the sofa are high quality and comfortable.

Very good

Host was easy to communicate. Also, v easy checkin process, and available parking was a bonus. Flat is cosy and nicely decorated with all amenities and supplies needed provided.

The property is a bit smaller than how it looks in the photos. Aircon unit only in the living room so bedroom was slightly warmer. We only stayed for one night so these minor issues were not a problem but I guess might be if our stay was longer.

Pleasant and comfortable

Complete and clear information provided and excellent comunication. Seamless check in and good wifi. The apartment is spacious and well equiped. Is situated in a new and modern building. The apartment has 2 balconies, perfect for relaxing. There are few parking spots al the location, which are very valuable in the city.

From time to time there is some noise from the airplanes departuring the airport. Anyway, the building is good insulated providing thermic and acoustic comfort.

Lovely apartment with everything you need!

Lovely apartment, with everything you need. We only stayed one night, but would be great place for a longer stay too. Also would be perfect for anyone with a car. Location was nice, a bit out of the citycenter in more of a recidental area, but still walking distance to the oldtown, the harbour and the bus station. Easy self check-in and check-out were also great. All and all highly reccomend this place, we had a great stay!

Superb

It was ideal for us as we came from the other side of the island 2 days before our flight and the apartment is close to the airport. Host is responsive to the messages. Getting the keys was easy. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and spacious. It has even a parking which is great but it is tricky cause there are 4 parking slots with no signs to which apartment they belong to. We parked and then one of the neighbors told us it is his parking slot.. he was really nice and it is not a big deal for us.. generally we have got what we expected so thank you!

Hard to get to in the car because roads were closed at night for construction. Parking was on street because garage was full and hard to park into.

Very clean and cosy. Bed and pillows are comfortable, apt contains everything that you might need for your comfortable stay.

You can hear airplanes as the airport is near the city, but this relates to any part of the city, so please make sure to take ear plugs to Heraklion 🙂

Good for small families, 20 minutes walking distance from the center, close to a bus/taxi station.

On our 2nd day of our stay, the hand held shower head fell expectedly fell apart and broke. I told the host immediately with photos of the broken parts and he said it would be replaced. I let him know we would leave the keys in the lockbox prior to leaving our flat for the day so someone could enter the flat to do this. We got back to the flat at the end of the day and found a shower hose in a package sitting outside our door (likely with the expectation that we would fix it ourselves). This was the incorrect part to fixing the piece, but was also something we did not feel comfortable doing and so we just left it. Since the shower had a rain shower setting, we just used this for the remainder of our stay. Specifically, I did not like that we were told it would be replaced but came home to find a shower part suggesting for us to fix it ourselves.

Newly renovated apartment with tasteful decoration and attention to the detail, recommended!

The apartment is a bit outside the city center (20 minutes walking) but in any case it is located in a calm area that could serve well as a starting point to explore the rest of Crete.
