Struttura nuova. Camera grande e confortevole con letto comodo. Bagno pulito. Sala colazione ampia e molto bella. Parcheggio comodo di fronte all’hotel.
La colazione non era molto varia. La nostra camera era rivolta verso la strada quindi purtroppo il rumore si sentiva parecchio.

Perfect location just close enough to walk to downtown Asheville but with all the amenities and wow the view from the 2nd floor space was incredible. The room was extremely spacious and the kitchenette was outstanding. Having the option to even prop open the window was really nice to get a little fresh air into the room. The food was good, standard Marriott. There was even a complimentary happy hour during the week with beer, wine and cheese options. Overall I really don't have any negatives about this place. I appreciated the parking onsite (and even have underground if space available), though you do have to pay extra for parking. Probably one of my favorite perks was the filtered water from the kitchenette sink! This should be in every hotel. So appreciated.
The only thing that I didn't like was they only provided a combo "shampoo/conditioner". To all hotels out there, please provide separate shampoo and conditioner. Pretty please. Since we were staying for an yoga festival event the prices were definitely more expensive than typical prices. Otherwise our stay was fantastic and would definitely return.

The breakfast was a great addition because it had healthy and satisfying options. The proximity to downtown Asheville and the blue ridge parkway was our main reason for booking here, and there were great dining options within walking distance. Our room had Mountain views which was the icing on top! LOVED the small kitchenette for storing snacks and drinks. Also had a gigantic bathroom.
I wish there were a hot tub, but that’s simply because we were on a road trip and it would’ve been so nice to take a soak. The pool was very busy, but it was during spring break, so it’s totally understandable.

Room very comfortable. Great shower. Soft pillows. Had microwave and sink, filter for drinking water. Utensils. Coffee maker just ok. Breakfast self-serve was very good and delicious.
The hotel didn’t do housekeeping on our room. Sounds like they clean your room on request or every third day. For a Westin branded hotel, this was disappointing

Breakfast area was amazing and view from the rooftop was awesome! Room was great and comfy
Parking was never impossibly to find but on a busier weekend could be problematic

The room was clean and comfortable, and the view from the rooftop patio was wonderful!
The shuttle service to downtown was a bonus!

A very serene and relaxing stay. Rooms were very clean, the whole place was actually. GREAT SMELL when you walked into the lobby, fresh and lemony.
Bed was comfortable, shower was delightful.
Breakfast was better than average hotel free breakfasts, but the eggs are not good. I don’t know what it is about the eggs on hotels, but they have a funny texture and just don’t taste right. Pancakes were like sole of my shoe. Tough. Coffee was good.

Very clean. Love that break room on second floor. Decor fabulous
View of mountains spectacular

Newer property. Room we stayed in was huge with a great balcony. Tons of room in the common lounge.
Breakfast was subpar

The location and the facilities surpassed my expectations. I will stay here again if traveling to Asheville, NC.
I enjoyed my experience.

We loved having the bikes available to us. We were able to bike to many of the local area breweries and were happy with this experience that was available.
4.5
Loved the location and the view from the room. The hotel is new and modern and conformtable.
The heating unit in the room was extremely noisy. It woke us up every hour or so when it came on. That was the only negative.

Our family liked the cleanliness of the entire hotel especially the room. Our room has functional roomy bathroom. There is refregirator, microwave, stove , sink and all basic kitchen equipment. Big screen TV, nice view of the city below. Elevator is very roomy and clean. The breakfast is nutritious with coffee , tea, hot chocolate, cold juices, fresh fruits , pastries , eggs and etc.
It has laundry facilities next to the swimming pool and work out room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
One family member thinks that the mattress is perfect for a person that has back problem.

Breakfast was excellent: great variety, quality, and so handy before our early morning flight. Wake up call worked. Quiet overnight. No distracting lights and noises in room.
The sofa bed was not made up before we arrived. Luckily I checked; when I called for bedding and asked for a comforter such as used with the regular beds, I was told that it would be delivered. But when the bedding was delivered, it was just sheets, pillow and 1 blanket. I would have appreciated bedding like the beds had so my son could be comfortable. We were 3 in room -- 2 people in the 2 queens and 3rd person on the sofa bed.

Best smelling hotel I have been too.
Amazingly located and extremely clean.

The hotel was amazing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location served our needs well. Most of all, it was great to have a dedicated shuttle on the weekend. Our driver Bill is THE MAN. He was able to get us where we needed to be timely and very knowledgeable about the city. This was especially true at 9:30 at night with six hungry party individuals. We were very glad to have him around and the hotel should be proud to have him as an ambassador for them.
Only one item - air vent in room blows directly at the head of the bed. It would be nice if it was directed out toward the room more.
3.5
The room was spacious and clean. For some reason,
The lamps were unplugged when we got there. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The lamp stand by the couch never worked. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. The eggs were reconstituted, with water standing in the serving urn and not hot. The pancakes were premade, so I didn’t try them. The oatmeal was instant only, rather hot cooked in a crock. The toaster didn’t work well at all. The bagels must have been old because they were overly hard and chewy. However, the chicken and turkey sausage were very good, even though they weren’t hot either. The yogurt and toppings were very good and the coffee (decaf and regular) was good.
See above. The top bed covering was so heavy we couldn’t sleep under it.

Generally in good shape
The bed was uncomfortable, shower door did not close all the way and got water on the floor. Bath room door would not close all the way seemed be binding on the jamb. Room in general needed general maintenance repair.
The breakfast food was cold and both toasters did not work right. I asked staff if I could heat up the food in a microwave and they said they could not do that for me. I mentioned the food being cold to the front desk and all he said was sorry. On our last day we went down to breakfast and they had everything put away at 9:45 but I grab some instant oatmeal before they picked that up. I don’t think I will stay at the Element hotel again. I will go back to the Holiday Inn Express.

Breakfast had great choices, the coffee machine was broken which was a bummer. The facilities were clean and the indoor pool was a huge plus for the kids! The Thanksgiving reception was a nice added bonus.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The hotel was amazing! I give it a 10 for so many reasons! The staff was great, the rooms were roomy, beds and pillows so comfortable, breakfast included, free wine and beer during the week in the afternoon, and lots of gluten free and healthy options. View is beautiful! I wish they had more hotels like this one!

I found the hospitality to be welcoming upon my arrival. Crystal, the receptionist at the front desk, was very welcoming, kind, and considerate when we had to deal with an accident while we were on the way there. The room was impeccably clean, and the noise from 240 Highway that some people complained about didn't bother me at all. Our stay there was a truly enjoyable experience. Great choice
The appearance of the hotel and the cleanliness as well.

Shuttle service was great!

The location is perfect, right downtown! The rooms were spacious and clean. They’re well stocked if you want to cook meals, it’s like an Airbnb with the service and amenities of a hotel, the perfect combination. The complimentary breakfast was great! The free lattes and yogurt bar was my favorite, fresh fruit and other toppings. The gym and pool area were well equipped and easily accessible.
No complaints at all!

The rooms were very nice. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was really good! They even have an espresso and cappuccino machine.
There is some road noise.
2.5
The hotel is described as “downtown” but it is a bit of a walk to downtown. It would be better to call the hotel “Element Right By The Highway” than Element Downtown.
Also, I paid for a king mountain view room but ended up in a queen room overlooking the parking lot. There were limited amenities (no washcloths, hand towels, soap, or conditioner — and the toilet struggled) for such an expensive (more than $400 for a one night stay.)

Room was big and very user friendly with cooking possibilities, plates, mugs etc. Dishwasher and pots and pans. Beds were very comfortable. Black out curtains, nice view. Although pretty close to highway and busy road, there was no noise! Breakfast was nice and we appreciated the 5 - 6:30 reception.
Nothing, maybe except the payment for parking, of which there was enough

Nice big room with comfortable seating and plenty of drawers/closet space. Had a great view of downtown Asheville. Hotel amenities were very cool: pool area, roof top patio, laundry. Very clean spaces and very comfortable. The staff was fantastic. Very friendly, personable, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Thanks for having us!
nothing.

I liked the room and it's decor. I liked the location. I liked the parking options.
Breakfast hot foods were not hot enough and cooled quickly. Bed was too soft for our preference. Breakfast should be earlier for those out to get up and experience the city and those who are early risers. Say 6 am....we just seemed to be early every day.

Everything is just well thought through. The whole staff is so friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful stay and a beautiful location. The coffee machine is the best
The mattress was a little uncomfortable. The eggs at breakfast were over cooked. The road noise was a little loud during periods of the night due to the tunnel amplification.
4.0
The terrace felt bright and clean because of the glass walls. The size of the bathroom was great, and the color scheme of the room was good. The facilities (pool, gym and outdoor area) were good and clean as well.
The breakfast was below average when compared to the standard of the hotel. The area was clean and nice, but there were not many food options for how much you paid for the hotel.
5.0
The view and location to downtown is perfect. The coffee/espresso machine is fabulous. The staff is so attentive and helpful. Just an all around well managed place.
Minor thing, the breakfast options didn’t change the next day.
A little bit of noise from the road.

Staff were brilliant, the rooms were equipped with kitchen which is perfect for a family. We also had welcome drinks with cheese and olives which is a fantastic little touch.
Just build in the overnight parking fee as its one of those little things that detracts from the experience.

Loved the small touches like lemon water and apples in Reception. I wish all chain hotels would take a page out of Element’s book by actually caring that customers have a comfortable, delightful stay instead of getting away with the bare minimum to make a profit.
