Está cerca del centro y las instalaciones son nuevas. No sirven desayunos pero tienen una mii cocina donde puedes hacer uso de todo (cafetera, microondas, tostadora, etc). Además te dejan dos cápsulas de café en la habitación y agua. Todo muy limpio.

No está muy alejado del centro pero la calle no es muy agradable. La habitación pequeña y no hay amenities, solo jabón de manos. No hay nadie recibiéndote, solo vimos a personal por la mañana haciendo el servicio de habitaciones.

Vila Natal inesquecível

Limpeza. Comodidade. Localização. Tranquilidade. Funcionalidade. Temperatura do quarto, sem uso do ar condicionado, muito quentinho, mesmo com temperaturas a rondar os 6 graus pelo exterior. A caminhada desde este fantástico aldeamento até Óbidos é incrível, ao longo da muralha. São uns 10 minutinhos a pé, que se fazem muito bem. O fato de ser tão perto, mas ao mesmo tempo afastado da zona central, oferece um sossego muito bom. Fiquei fã do piso (diferente) do chuveiro e impressionado com a limpeza do quarto e geral. Ficou no meu top de alojamentos e certamente irei regressar.

De ter sido somente uma noite.

Hospedagem barata e boa.

O quarto é confortável e contém tudo que se é necessário. Os arredores são tranquilos porém bem escuro. A localização é fora de onde tudo fica em óbidos, a distância para quem está de carro é tranquila. No local se consegue estacionamento.

Não tem nenhum funcionário para te receber o que para mim foi estranho. Os arredores são bem escuros.

Do momento que estava saindo.

Absolutamente tudo. O principal é o tratamento. Ou melhor, a ausência de tratamento já que não tem ninguém para dar suporte. Eu e vários outros clientes ficamos fora da casa durante muito tempo.

Localização

Colchão demasiado mole, de cada vez que nos mexiamos iamos afundando no Colchão. Péssimo para quem tem problemas de coluna. Os anfitriões ( deduzimos que sejam as duas pessoas com quem nos cruzamos, pois não se apresentaram nem se mostraram muito interessados na nossa estadia) Ao nível do isolamento sonoro deixa muito a desejar dado que se ouvia tudo o que se passava na zona de refeições.

Very quiet, comfortable and clean place.

Very clean. Looked brand new. Easy to park. Close to supermarket/cafeteria. Checkout at 12:00.

Information (codes to enter) on check in was delivered exactly at check in time without notification to expect notification at check in time. We walked around trying to enter the property without a success. Needs to state clearly early early that: ACCESS CODES WILL BE DELIVERED JUST BEFORE CHECKING IN. This way one can prepare.

Wonderful stay, close enough to the old town and castle walls but still quiet. Parking was also easy

Just perfect, easy check in. Absolutely seamless. Wish we had stayed longer

The only negative was that the rooms were not fully soundproof. Which was not something I ever take note of but we could definitely hear people walking in the corridors and talking downstairs.

Good stay in Obidos

Really nice and clean apartment. The position is also good, about 10 min from the old town and there is also a free parking available. There are also 2 groceries stores close by.

Except soap there seems to be no other ameneties (shower gel, body lotion etc)

We had awful smell from the toilets. The hotels personal (which communicated with us only by booking app and refused to talk with us on the phone) best solution was to take our stuff and our 3 kids at 17:00 and find somewhere else to sleep in. Needless to say that there were no available rooms and the one that where available where 3 times the price. The hotel refused to refund us even part of the godd money we paid for this terrible experience. We had to stay the night suffering from bad smells.

No on-site staff to resolve ongoing problems.

Unfortunately my stay was very unsatisfactory. I spent more time than most in the hotel because I was awaiting multiple failed deliveries of my lost luggage. The things I can list as pros include the location (I liked getting in a little walk along the aqueduct a few times each day, and view from my room was nice) and the water pressure and temperature in the shower.

The air conditioning was not working for two of the three days I stayed here, and staff ignored my request for a fan. I also had to repeatedly facilitate access for the A/C repair team to my room to test their repairs as there are no on-site staff at this hotel. My room was on the upper floor but still had the sewage smell noted in many other reviews; there is clearly a significant drainage problem. There was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom (even though I read the owner’s response to another review claiming those were “always” in the bathroom) and the shared kitchen lacks basic amenities including a corkscrew, bottle opener and, most importantly, a SINK. Overall, it just felt like nobody cared about the guest experience. The good news is these are easy fixes if the hotel chooses to step up, so maybe you’ll have a better stay in the future.

High value for modern spot in ancient city.

The facility was very clean and modern and only a short walk to old town - the aqueduct is just outside. Lounge was just comfortable enough and the local shops are just around the corner.

Good for an overnight stay

Clean and updated facility. Group kitchen and seating area was a great place to meet other guests. I liked the idea that one could follow the aqueduct to town very easily.
