We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

I loved the safety features of this condo. Multiple locks before getting inside the condo. This was a huge plus for me as I was traveling alone. The view was amazing of Dickson St.

Let me start with saying you are renting this place for the location and there is no better place - walkable to campus, Dickson - 5 stars! The pics depict it as more glamorous than it is. Some of the furniture is a little worn, the bathroom is dated (cheap cheap shower curtain). There was the largest hairball I had ever seen (pic) left on top of the soap dispenser- I really thought it had to be a joke cuz there was no way your were going to miss that at eye level!!! The Fob (key) was a duct tape POS (pic). There was no way to put it on a key chain so I ended up putting it inside my cell phone case - very cumbersome. The mattress was the BEST mattress I have ever had at a VRBO. I swear it was like a hug. Good sleep but be aware a very loud train goes through in the middle of the night. The building is quiet!! I saw only 1 person the 4 days I was there. Overall 4 stars because of the hairball & duct taped fob but a 5 star location.

Right in the middle of the action and then trips up and down the beautiful Greenway. Parked the car and walked everywhere. The apartment is great for two people and we really enjoyed the patio as well.

Check in was at 3pm but we were unable to get into the condo until almost 6pm. We got locked out of the condo (our fault) and they were unable to get us back into the condo without the key fob. We had to move to a hotel so we didn’t get stranded. Security was unable to let us in and we were returning late from the baseball game. The location was great but not worth the all the issues we had and the extra money we were out getting another hotel room. Everyone was very nice but unable to help.

Not much for accommodating early check in and late check out ...fairly cumbersome getting in and ot of room only one fob to acces property and elevator...Difficult for 2 people doing different things

Perfect location for visiting the U of A, dining and entertainment. Easily walkable to the Walton Art Center, Theatre Squared and Dickson Street Book Shop. The deck and view are great.

This was our first visit to Fayetteville for our daughter's college orientation. Nice view of Dickson street and just steps away from several restaurants. I suppose we could have walked to campus if the weather was nice and we were in for a stroll. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay in your condo and we were thrilled we could bring our puppy along. The view of Dickson Street was spectacular and the location close to campus and restaurants was perfect. Easy parking in the parking deck was a bonus, too! Only improvement I would suggest would be to replace the two sitting chairs with perhaps a more comfortable love seat or small couch. Thank you for your hospitality.

Beautiful view, nicely furnished and clean, but it is located in a loud downtown area with music playing late into the night. If you enjoy this lively environment it’s a fun place to stay but if you like quiet nights choose another of their vacation properties.

nice property and convenient location BUT: lack of comfort. Straightback chairs on patio with no table couch inn living room uncomfortable with no coffee table or end tables to place drinks. Bed very uncomfortable. Lights were very weak, could hardly read in the living room, and bedroom lighting was extremely weak. Tv did not work Could only get a single channel, even after a visit by maintenance staff Overal impression was nice laceration with chef to poor accommodations. Would not recommend to anyone.

This property was beyond convenient to the University -- easy parking and access to the building -- had a balcony with a view of Dickson Street that is indescribable -- the bed was beyond comfortable and everything was clean & tidy! We loved it and hope to stay there again. Oh, and management was in contact checking on us without being overbearing and answered any questions from us immediately.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo! We were able to bring our pups with us and we loved getting to sit on the amazing balcony with them and listen to music playing at the bar next door. The location was extremely convenient and the management team was super responsive. Overall, this condo was perfect for two people looking to enjoy all things Fayetteville!

We brought my daughter down to move in to her dorm at college and stayed at this property right on dickson street. The property was just blocks from the campus so it made it super easy for us to go back and forth to help her. Right in the heart of town walking distance to everything we needed. Beautiful room with a beautiful view. 100% stay here every time we make a visit down here from KC. Couldn't have been better.
