Primo location with fantastic shelling. The accommodations were perfect for all of our needs. Check in and out were as easy as it gets. No outrageous demands. User friendly. Did not want to leave but we ran out of room in the truck for all of the goodies the five of us found during our stay.

This could have been a 5 star property and experience based on location and the condo. But it is horribly maintained and managed. We spent our ENTIRE 7 days dealing with Break Away Vacation problems: 1) broken garage door (only access to beach is through garage door).....reported on Sun, fixed Wed. When I first asked her if it was working....she said "no" . It was only when I asked how to get the kayaks out when she said" it will be fixed Monday" which it did not happen. No apology, just rudeness. 2) both shower/tubs stopped up retaining 6-8 inches of water after each shower...reported Sun....one never was fixed 3) missing or broken utensils...replaced day before checkout 4) nearly all kitchen cabinets were a junk show....stuffed with random and missing appliance pieces. 5) black mold surrounding glass door on screened lanai which CAN BE SEEN from the walkway from beach....someone finally showed less than 24 hours before checkout to address. 6) so much junk in garage that when they cleared it out, the contents filled 4 or 5 dumpsters. We have pictures of it all...the crammed kitchen cabinets stuffed with random pieces of appliances. Piles of junk in the garage ..filling all of their dumpsters to the brim. We also have pictures of how we left the condo. The worst part of this experience was dealing with the owner of Break Away Vacations. All I can say is the text exchange with her regarding these issues is beyond rude and passive aggressive. 100% of these issues should have been dealt with prior to our check in. We asked her multiple times when she last inspected the unit but she refused to answer. Thankfully another employee began to handle these issues towards the end of our stay. She also gave us a bottle of champagne for their shortcomings which was nice. What we most wanted was to be treated with common courtesy.

Wonderful view and accommodations. Looks like the photos, view was awesome! Beautiful sunrises! Quiet roads, friendly guests, beach not too crowded, lots of shells convenient to grocery & shopping. Puzzles and local magazines were available. Mold on outside porch and master bathroom needs detailing. We would definitely come back!

After a 2 1/2 day drive we arrived to find the lockbox to get in was broken. Property mgr was a bit rude on the phone, trying to make it seem it was our fault. Staff member arrived and couldn’t open it either. She didn’t have a key, so had to drive back to office. So not a good first impression. The view is lovely and a short walk down the path to a beautiful beach. The screen on our lanai were covered in bird poop, which obscured the view. And the sliding glass doors were streaked and dirty. The furnishings are nice and kitchen well stocked. Nice bedding too. The bathrooms are very dated. Toilets clog often and tubs are chipping. The rusty toilet brush and exposed wires in upstairs bath should be resolved. Two of the upstairs TVs didn’t work and master bedroom ceiling fan broken. I reported these issues twice and they were not resolved. Being up high makes the view very nice. However, the open stairway to get to all 3 bedrooms was problematic for my older parents and the two dogs. (Would also be a worry for small kids) The garage has nice beach chairs and pool floats. But the garage was a mess with trash mixed in with the supplies. Also be careful of the big wire hanging down in the garage. It could easily get caught on your car. This place could be great with some TLC, but for the price, I was disappointed. Also, if you have small pets, be careful of the wild bobcats that are in the brush in front of the property.

The location was great. We had issues with a toilet running in an upstairs bathroom. In the end we would probably not stay in this property again because of all the stairs.
