Highly recommended

Everything was great; the location, the facilities to check in and check out, the recommendations…the website was really helpful and made our stay easier and a great experience. The stuff was really kind and helped us with everything that we could need.

Very enjoyable!

We were travelling with my elderly mother. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our special needs and were extremely friendly.

The location (near the city) meant that there was the usual Friday-evening/Saturday-evening noise of people going out. In one of the bedrooms, there was a smell from a kitchen below.

Πάρα πολύ καλό

Το δωμάτιο ήταν τέλειο. Συγκεκριμένα, η πρόσβαση ήταν πολύ εύκολη τόσο από το πάρκινγκ όσο και εντός του κτιρίου. Επίσης, ήταν πεντακάθαρο σε όλους τους χώρους και ούτε μία στιγμή δεν νιώσαμε άβολα. Πράγματι, οι χώροι ανταποκρίνονταν στις φωτογραφίες. Είχε όλες τις παροχές πχ πετσέτες, πιστολάκι για τα μαλλιά, σαμπουάν και αφρολουτρο (όχι τα κλασικά σαπουνακια αλλά πολύ καλύτερα), παντόφλες μιας χρήσης αλλά πολύ καλή ποιότητα, καφέ εσπρέσσο, αυτόματη θέρμανση και πολλά άλλα.

Δεν μου άρεσε η φασαρία απέξω. Ωστόσο εγώ είμαι ευαίσθητη στους ήχους όταν κοιμάμαι κι έτσι το βράδυ ταλαιπωρήθηκα. Μέναμε στο ισόγειο. Για όσους δεν έχουν θέμα με τον ύπνο και την φασαρία, τότε το δωμάτιο είναι υπερτελειο.

Φανταστικό κατάλυμα! Με καλύπτει απόλυτα κάθε φορά! Value for money!

Τα δωμάτια είναι τέλεια! Άνετα, ευρύχωρα με ωραία διακόσμηση και έπιπλα/παροχές. Μοντέρνα και σύγχρονα!

Ότι το check in είναι μετά τις 15:00 αλλά το check-out είναι στις 11:00. Λίγο flexibility σε αυτό θα βοηθούσε την εμπειρία γιατί ουσιαστικά φτάνει κάποιος πρωί στο νησί αλλά πρέπει να φτάσει μέχρι και το μεσημεριανό φαγητό και μετα να πάει να ξεκουραστεί και να φρεσκάριστει. Ενώ αντίθετα αν αναχωρεί το μεσημέρι ή το βράδυ είναι υποχρεωμένος να βγει στους δρόμους από τις 11...

Luxury apartments in city center

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Ένας μικρός θησαυρός στην καρδιά της πόλης. όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος σε απόσταση αναπνοής. το προσωπικό ήταν πάντα εκεί διαθέσιμο &πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Δεν υπήρχε καλύτερος τρόπος για να ξεκινήσει η χρονιά...

Δεν είναι κάτι που επηρέασε την διαμονή μας αλλά το μόνο αρνητικό είναι το parking αλλά αυτό είναι γενικό σε όλη την πόλη έτσι κι αλλιώς. εάν είστε τυχεροί σίγουρα θα βρείτε στα γύρω στενά, διαφορετικά υπάρχει ιδιωτικό parking 2 λεπτά μακριά.

Amazing! The best place to stay in iraklio!

The comfort of the place. The beds were amazing, the washroom was so beautiful and clean it really made for an incredible relaxing stay. The place itself is so clean and beautiful I wish I could stay forever!

We wish we could have stayed longer!

It was comfortable, attractive, quiet, very new and clean and well-appointed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Having two bathrooms was especially nice, and two balconies, too!

Access to the hotel by taxi is a little challenging. Our taxi dropped us off several streets away as a result, and it took us quite some time to find the hotel. The stairs to the loft bedroomj may also cause a problem for older adults and families with young children.

Central location

Great central location with a lot of amenities just around the corner. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating, clear instructions were sent in advance to make the check in process smooth. The hotel is quite new with modern interiors, good shower pressure and very comfortable stay.

Excellent stay and would highly recommend it to anybody visiting Heraklion.

The staff were exceptional. When we explained that we don't like long life milk they went out and got me some fresh milk. In 2 situations we needed directions to various places. Rather than trying to explain they escorted us there.

One of the best stays we've had!

The property provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the position was fantastic, and we were within easy reach of public transport, food services etc. The hosts were very helpful, and willing to help with all our queries.

This place is gorgeous. It's new, clean and very modern. There's a sitting area and a kitchenette as well as a large bedroom and modern bathroom. The location is great and the staff awesome.

Very convenient location close to anything. Beautiful apartment with anything a traveller might need. Very comfortable bed and super quiet neighborhood. Air-conditioned, with free coffee and water bottles and amazingly helpful staff! I highly recommend. I'll definitely go back.

Very stylished rooms! The most comfortable beds and so modern! The room was at the ground floor, with the most beautiful garden. Best location in the heart of the town! The children loved it so much! 💕 Thank you for everything!

The reception staff was top class! The lady that greeted us was the most genuine and kind person we had ever met on our stay! She definitely put us and the other guests before anything else and we felt so welcomed! I’ve stayed at an endless amount of accommodations over the years all over the world and I have never been greeted with such a welcoming and warm presence. The way my wife and I felt during our entire stay definitely made our trip memorable in itself. We felt this way even before stepping into our room, where we were guided to and our bags were brought up and we were shown around the apartments. The rooms were stunning!!! Definitely our best stay on our vacation by far! And the best stay I’ve every had! Well done to the entire team at City Lion! It was perfect and if you’re planning on staying in Heraklion this is a must! The location is prime and our stay was peaceful and quiet!

Our stay at City Lions was incredible. A 5 star rating is no exaggeration. The room was clean, well maintained, well stocked with amenities. The location was quiet but central - only a few minute walk from the main square and fountain. What makes City Lions special however, is their staff. Chryssa, Manos and team were friendly, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. They helped us with booking taxis, printing ferry tickets, navigating KTEL buses to the beach and even handling our laundry - always getting us the best rates possible. The night before our early morning departure, they made sure we had fresh coffee and water in the room. The City Lions app, accessible through QR code, was a life saver. We found answers to any and all questions we had, like best places to eat and what to visit.
