Beautifully done up place, in a very nice natural setting. Friendly & helpful host & staff. Enjoyed my short stay there

Everything: the authentics and comfortable thatched roof chalets, the beautiful garden, the quality of the breakfast and the hospitality of owners and staff. I highly recommand and wouldn't hesitate to come back.
Nothing, all was great.

Marij and René have made a little paradise here near Maun! Great staff and a beautiful and comfortable room. Away from Maun, but staying in the city centre is not a plus anyway.
Food at the restaurant and at breakfast is good. We would certainly choose Discovery again!
It's the African feel, but you could argue that the roof of the rondeels are too open, so mosquitoes can come in easily. But there are mosquito nets around the beds.

Calm, quiet and peaceful. Very nice staff. Family feeling.

The staff was amazing. They were very helpful. They made us feel at home. The owners are very friendly.
The shower outside was brilliant. We loved it.
Carol made us a nice latte!
We had 2 single beds put together to make one bed. It was uncomfortable as there was a gap between.

The location outside Maun between the Mopani trees. The friendly staff and the willingness to help out with parking for our car while we were on safari. The many birds and clean facilities. Did I mention the outdoor shower?

Great peaceful location, calm and quiet for relaxing. Love the outdoor shower. Nice to have the fire pit, and the coffee shop to access wifi.

The traditional huts, their shape, the outdoor shower, the excellent food served for dinner, all off the staff and the smiling and happy people around.
If not having a own car you need to transfer in and from town by cab. Which is not a general problem, but you have to plan your day a bit.

Breakfast was just what one would require. Penny cooked great scrambled eggs and bacon for me.
Wifi was not great but at least you could get it at Carole’s cafe.

What a great place to stay! Marije and Rene created beautiful camp with traditional bungalows, nice dining house and wonderful garden. Bungalows are very basic but clean and equipped with everything needed. Food is absolutely delicious. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they do everything to make everyone's stay unforgettable experience. Camp is located just in outskirts of Maun, very close to mokoro station. It's also good starting point for Moremi Game Reserve. I highly recommend this place, Marije and Rene are exeptional hosts!

I liked the whole idea of how this was established and the personal interaction with owners. To have an outside shower was great!!!!
I loved the cats and chickens that was there because it gave it a homely feel.
I would love to visit again!
The only negative is that the mattress was very uncomfortable.

Very nice B&B. The complete complex is well maintained and nicely decorated. The owners and the staff are very friendly and take care of their guests. Dinner is superb and fair prices as well for drinks. The Chalets are rustic but very clean. We felt very comfortable.
Size of the Chalets maybe 25 sqm does not compare to description at booking.com (50 sqm)

The setting was beautiful, secluded and peaceful. The staff were nice and food was good.
It would be great if they offered lunch here as unless you have a car, the nearest lunch places are quite far away. The pool could have been cleaner. The rooms were quite dark and the mosquito nets had holes in them.

Discovery B&B is a pleasant and comfortable spot and perfect base from which to explore the Delta, or begin your journey further into the area. Conveniently located a 20 min drive from the airport, it nevertheless feels like a plant- and bird-filled oasis, and if this is your first stop it will immediately put you in the holiday spirit. The hut was cool and comfortable. I loved the outdoor shower, the firepit where guests could get to know each other, and absolutely loved Carol’s coffee shop, where you can access wifi and enjoy genuinely good coffee and cake. Carol is a sweetheart too! The honesty bar was very convenient and I was able to buy a bottle of wine when the liquor stores in town were closed. I also enjoyed a delicious and atmospheric traditional dinner with other guests on the porch. My stay was short and sweet, but memorable. Would definitely recommend if you’re passing through Maun!
As other guests have mentioned, the huts around the firepit don’t have a lot of privacy unless you keep the door closed, which shuts out the sunlight. If you want to enjoy private outdoor space then I would recommend booking one of the houses with a little porch. The B&B also doesn’t have an airport transport, but if you contact them beforehand they are happy to help arrange a taxi for you. Otherwise, arriving in Maun with nothing pre-arranged can be a little bewildering.

The staff was very friendly and it was clean and tidy. Marije helped us with arranging a day trip and transport. The communal facilities were very nice, fellow campers sit around the campfire/breakfast or dinner table together and share stories and experiences. We loved the friendly cats as well. The outside shower was nice and the beds big and comfy. You can have dinner (set dinner but 5 different dishes and dessert/tea/coffee and it was very tasty) and there is an honesty bar.
Maybe a bit dark in the room itself but there is light :)

The huts are located in a tiny but green and abundant garden which attract birds. It was nice to walk around in the morning. At night we saw bushbaby climbing the bushes in the garden. Also ask the owners for a route to the river which is a nice short walk away.
The owner was very friendly and informative. She brought a huge fan in our hut when we said that it's too hot inside. She also fixed the problem with the hot water immediately when we let her know about it.
The breakfast was quite good with the food quality and hygiene on a high level.
Several friendly and beautiful cats inhabit the place.
When we arrived late in the afternoon tired after a long drive we entered a bloody hot hut. It was difficult to imagine to go in bed. Even with the windows and door open it was too hot inside. We were unable to keep one of the windows open as it faces a fireplace and all the smoke went to our room. The other guests were sitting by the fire but they were very quiet. I imagine that if there's a loud company there you can forget about the sleep. In general, you get very little privacy as all the huts are very close to each other. This description is applicable to many indoor accommodations in the area. My sincerely advice to fellow travellers with tents - go to camping instead of indoors! Even though it is sometimes also noisy at the campsites the temperature in the tent would be much more suitable for sleeping. The other negative for us was a mosquito net surrounding the bed. It had many holes but even without them the size and the position of the net relative to the bed allowed the insects to come inside. I've got a couple of mosquito bites during the night. That would not be a big problem but this is the area with potential risk of malaria!
The double bed was made of two beds and this is always not very comfortable. The pillows were too thick and hard but this is a matter of preference.

The internet facillity is "only" in 1 area, no acces to it from my room.
Due to lots of rain the outside shower had some leaves and branches.
