Our third trip to Big Sky but first time in this property. We loved the easy access on/off the slopes; all of the amenities the home had to offer; the space; and the views!! We were a group of 10, between three families. We had large enough spaces to gather when we wanted to share meals and play games but also had the space to retreat when needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna daily after our time on the mountain and the kitchen had all of the cookware and service ware anyone could want. The house is well designed with great flow between rooms and beautifully decorated! We would highly recomend this home and hope to revisit it ourselves!

The home was clean and comfortable for our family group of seven. Driving up and down the winding ski mountain roads was my least favorite part, and I wouldn't want to do it after dark. But the views were lovely. The nearby towns of Big Sky and Bozeman were fun to explore when we weren't in Yellowstone. Check in was easy, and communication was good. Overall, it was a very nice vacation.

Pro: This house is incredible! Loved everything about it. The layout and location are absolutely beautiful with lots of comfort! Con: I had called the day before to ask if there was any way to check in before 4 the next day and I was told they were on a tight schedule but to call the next day after dinner to see if it was possible. I did and got the same response. We killed time until closer to 4 and decided to drive up there and find the house. When we got there no one was around and certainly no cleaning crew inside or outside the house so I called again and told them we were here and once again asked if we could get in 45 minutes early and once again was told they were on a tight schedule and their computer showed "there is still a task to be done". So we waited in our vehicles in the driveway for the door to unlock at 4 sharp. The house was beautiful but not sure how much cleaning was done before our arrival. My adult son had empty water bottles behind his night stand and on the second day my husband got a piece of glass in his foot from walking around barefoot in the kitchen and we did not break anything! If the floor was swept it was not swept well. There were crumbs under the table, some red jelly or something smeared on the side of the dining table and I had to wipe down the kitchen and refrigerator handles due to something crusty on them. There were some hooks on the floor in the master bath that had fallen off the curtain and I picked those up! The final straw was when my son went to change the toilet paper roll in the half bath next to laundry room and found the paper wrapping and toilet paper roll covered in what appeared to be dried blood! It was so incredibly disgusting it made my son gag! LIke I said we loved the house but after all that it certainly left a tainted feel to the whole experience. It is a shame that they claim to be extra clean due to Covid because that seems a little hypocritical to me. Then you start to wonder exactly what was actually cleaned before we arrived. Keep in mind that I live on a farm with livestock so I am not a clean freak and don't want to come off as one and I am not afraid of a little dirt or cobwebs here and there. I would recommend this beautiful home itself but if it was my home getting cared for like that I would find a new cleaning company! I hope it is clean for the next guests!!
