The lovely breakfast that John Joe cooked and the tour of the stables and horses which my husband loved. Comfortable accommodation and location .
Nothing. A shame we couldn’t stay longer.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed at - a huge, clean, beautifully furnitured room and bath, with huge windows towards the countryside, with an exceptional breakfast and a very cosy host. If you are somewhere between Cork and Dublin and like nature and quietness, this is where you should stay!

Clean, comfortable, contemporary and peaceful. Our room was nicely appointed, with a lovely double bed, en suite shower, walk-in closet and Wi-Fi. Our host John Joe and his lovely partner Margo were charming and welcoming, but they ensured we were left in peace to enjoy our rest in their lovely property. John Joe was able to recommend a local restaurant where we could enjoy proper Irish food. Breakfast at Coolcormack Stud is very special, hand prepared by John Joe.
We liked it all :)

I liked the host and what was provided. John Joe is an excellent communicator prior to arrival and met us with a huge Irish Welcome.
The room was spacious and very clean.
Breakfast was extraordinary.
what a great stay if we are fortunate enough to return to Ireland we wouldn’t hesitate to use Coolcormack Stud as a base to see the South East of Ireland

A perfect stay where you overlook horses playing in the beautiful field while laying in your bed! An excellent organic breakfast where the eggs were collected early morning, accompanied by freshly bakes scones. A real treat

The b&b has big bedrooms rooms, comfortable beds and, the highlight, a great breakfast. The host, John Joe, was superb and offered great advice about where to eat and where to visit. We would definitely return to this b&b.

Easy to locate. The owner John Joe was a superb host - he couldn’t do enough for us.
The place was absolutely spotless and the bed was the very best we have ever slept in. The linen was top quality. As soon as we arrived he served tea & cake - a lovely unexpected touch.
There was nothing to dislike. Wonderful place.

The room was large and comfortable, the deck was perfect for looking out at the countryside and sipping wine. Our host, John Joe, was very welcoming and informative about the area. He made a delicious breakfast as well! Truly, one of the nicest people we met on our vacation. I was also very happy to meet Tilly, the little farm dog. It was a very relaxing stay, and so close to the little town of Dungarvin.
Everything was perfect-

Friendly and helpful staff. I like that it was on a farm and we got to pet the horse there.
Nothing, it was fine.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Coolcormack Stud B&B. It's a lovely bed and breakfast in a old Irish farmhouse that has been completely remodeled and updated. The stay completely exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the warm and friendly owners, John Joe and Margo, who made us feel right at home.
Our suite was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable King bed that made for a perfect night's sleep. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail that added a touch of indulgence to our stay.
In the morning, John Joe provided a menu from which to select breakfast. We both went with the Full Irish Breakfast that was both delicious and filling. John Joe also makes his own granola and at times the whole house is filled with the wonderful smell of the granola being toasted in the oven. John Joe and Margo take great pride in using locally sourced ingredients such as free-range eggs to create a menu that caters to every taste. I particularly enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee in the mornings and John Joe's excellent Irish Coffee.
The location of the bed and breakfast is also a highlight, as it is conveniently situated about halfway between Waterford (Waterford Crystal, Bishops Palace, Medieval Museum) and Cork (Blarney Castle, Jameson Distillery) as well as the newly created Copper Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Area. It makes for a beautiful drive you can take on the way to Waterford.
The owners were happy to provide us with tips on where to go and what to do. The bed and breakfast itself is in a peaceful and serene area with racehorses grazing in the fields nearby. Overall, I cannot recommend this bed and breakfast highly enough. The friendly owners, large comfortable room, excellent breakfast, convenient location, and peaceful surroundings make for a truly unforgettable stay.
The perfect stay. It couldn't have been any better!

Margo and John Joe were most welcoming. We were offered a cuppa just as we arrived. The room was spacious yet cozy. We had a very quiet sleep on the amazingly comfortable bed. They accommodated our early breakfast with incredible food, some from their own garden. The location was serene and lushly green--perfectly beautiful. We really didn't want to leave so soon and would love to return for a longer stay.
We have absolutely no complaints! This system is trying to make us write more things we did not like, but we can only mention that the internet service throughout Ireland is a little spotty.

The room was beautifully designed and really big.
The property is very close to Dungarvan but far enough to feel like your away from all hustle and bustle.
The owners of the property are super friendly and more than happy to offer advice of the local area.
