About this house rental

Newly updated with new queen mattress (not an airmattress) in second bedroom and new twin bed in children's bedroom. New AC mini-split units upstairs and a back deck, this home is located within one block of the county library, county building, and 4 restaurants. It is also located within walking distance of the Utah State Field House/ Dinsoaur Museum and a green park area that is perfect for pet owners. It is within driving distance of the Dinosaur Quarry and Red Fleet and Steinaker state reserviors. There are also 2 rafting companies within a 1 mile radius for rafting trips on the Green River. We do our best to follow current COVID cleaning guidelines for the home and the business. There is ample street parking for vehicles towing trailers (such as UTVs) and additional parking under a carport. The home also has one bedroom set up for families with small children to stay along with two other regular bedrooms and a fenced backyard and play area.

We enjoyed our stay! The owner was very responsive and set out baby items for us before our arrival. It was great having a toddler bed and toys available for our 2 year old and a pack n play and bath toys for our 9 month old. The location was great and within short walking distance from the library, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for families!

Family did a short visit to Vernal, hunting dinosaurs. This house was the perfect stay for us. Location could not be more central, walking distance to Main St and excellent pizza. Amenities were excellent home away from home setup. Happy campers.

Such a comfortable, convenient and well-decorated home. We could easily stretch out and enjoy the space, including the nice and private backyard. Location was great, lots of amenities and spotless. Having a door code instead of keys made it even easier to enjoy. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was clearly a home. Everything was set up to be inviting with thoughtful touches of waters next to the bed, bathrobes hung visibly in the master bedroom, cleaning and laundry supplies available. Highly recommend this property especially if with a small family.

Out of all my VRBOs this one was the most surprising. There was way more space than I imagined from pictures. The location was a block from down-town and the home was immaculate. Everything was organized and clean. Communication was great, but really didn't need to ask too many questions since instructions were great. The town was also amazing. Truly a fantastic VRBO. My toddler and I arrived late (well after midnight), and was grateful to finally reach our destination. Upon entering the front door, a cute chalk board stand surrounded by children’s art work, welcomed us. Much to my surprise, the house was plenty big with a full length living room area on the back side and the stairway leading upstairs and into a second bathroom and 3 bedrooms. I loved the atosphere and how responsive/helpful Amy was as a host.

We were visiting from Colorado with friends to check out the Jeeping in the area. This house was perfect for us. There was ample parking for our truck and trailer, as well as both of our Jeeps. It's close to restaurants (we walked to dinner every night). The home is clean and quiet, with adorable decorations. We would definitely stay here again!

We are very happy with our stay. It was a welcoming home that was clean and comfortable. Just as we expected. The location is great, close to Main Street and yummy restaurants. Our group was attending a retreat at the conference center and this was a perfect home to stay in.

My out-of-town family loved their stay at this comfortable home. The immediate impression is that is it clean and fun. The house worked well for three young people, ages 15-17 and two adults. Everyone wants to stay in this property again.

What a wonderful house! The personal touches were a pleasant surprise. The master bedroom had a super comfortable bed and TV. Bedroom 2 had a queen size air mattress. We did not use bedroom 3, but it was set up for a small child only. The bathrooms had great bathtub/showers.This house was an easy walk to restaurants, shopping and the convention center. The outdoor area had comfortable seating and was set up for outdoor dining. There was a carport with ample off-street parking. I loved that this home was eco-friendly with solar-power.The host was great with timely responses. I would highly recommend this home and would love to stay here again.

Super cute home. In a perfect location for the wedding we went to. The home had everything we needed. I didn't see the previous reviews until after we stayed there. We were disappointed with the 2nd bedroom queen bed listed since it was just a blow up bed with a foam pad on top. The listing should disclose that feature. It was uncomfortable since it had already started to deflate prior to sleeping on it the first night. I would have given this place 5 stars had it not been for that. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

We had a wonderful time, and the accommodations suited our needs. Be aware that one of the beds is an air mattress, and the third bed is a small plastic toddler's bed. If that works for your group, I highly recommend this house for your trip. Thanks, Amy!

Cute house, everything you would need. Clean and well organized. We were a little disappointed with the sleeping arrangements. The main bedroom and bed were great, but the bed in the second bedroom was not nearly as nice and 1 if our guests had to sleep on the couch. I would have given this place a 5 star had it not been for that.

It's only a block off one of the main roads but so quiet! We walked up to a farmers market at the library Saturday morning! The house has everything you need for five people! The listing says no kids, but there's a bedroom with a toddler bed and pack & play that's clearly for children, so it's worth checking! Overall, a great place!

The house was perfectly located for us to be with our daughter who lives just on the outskirts of Vernal. It was very clean, had easy to use facilities with great kitchen and lovely laundry room. The master bedroom was luxurious although a little more dresser space would be nice for extended stays. The bathrobes were a nice touch which our traveling daughter companion enjoyed using.Our only suggestions would be to stress that this is not a house for anyone with mobility issues since level changes between rooms might cause issues and to also emphasize that the second bedroom would be a tight fit for a couple and that the children’s room is really really just for kids. We would certainly stay again at this property with its great rates and lovely facility.

We really loved our stay at Amy's house. It was in a great location where we could easily walk to places (museums, coffee), and not too far of a drive to some parks and monuments. The check in and check out process was easy and simple. The house was clean and full of amenities to make you feel right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with things for cooking, there were toys for the kids to play with, and even a playground in the fenced in backyard. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Enjoyed our multi-day stay here over the past weekend. The location was perfect for walking to the main street to visit the local shops and restaurants. Very clean, quiet and extremely well appointed with everything you would need for a comfortable night's sleep, making your own meals and relaxing in the back yard.

Amy was great to work with and she has thought of the little things in a rental property. Our stay was very comfortable. We loved the big carport and the beautiful back patio. My only critique, and this is coming from a person who is trying to eliminate toxins in my air, food, skin care, etc., there were too many automatic air fresheners. I don't think the house needed them so in my opinion, it would be better to not have them. If they are provided, great, then they can by used by those that would like to. I definitely recommend this property and will look to book it the next time I go to Vernal.

Easy booking , timely emails about arriving and door codes and house rules. The property looks small on the photos but it is very spacious comfortable and well appointed. Quiet neighborhood but easy walking to the Main Street. We would stay again.
