Relax y comodidad

El personal es súper amable y dispuesto, nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos. Las zonas comunes están muy bien con una piscina al lado del campo, juegos y el restaurante bueno. La. Habitación es bonita y amplia y sobre todo está muy limpia. Baño OK y ducha fría como en todo el norte. Con el calor que hace no hace falta. La playa de enfrente no se accede directo, es un camino corto y te dan una nevera para llevar las bebidas que quieras. Muy bonita para el atardecer

La única pega que le pongo es que la cama era extremadamente dura.

Una agradable y tranquila estadía

El servicio es inmejorable. la amabilidad de todas las personas en el hotel es magnifica, una cultura de servicio muy buena, además se nota que disfrutan su trabajo

No es claro que si se paga con tarjeta de crédito hay un cargo adicional, sin embargo pagar con tarjeta debito y efectivo es una opción sin cargos.

Klasse, für alle, die ein paar entspannte Tage verbringen möchten

Ländliche Umgebung, sehr nette und gutgeführte Anlage, gepflegter Garten, gutes Restaurant, der Weg zu Fuß zur wunderbare Wanderung (Quebrada de Valenzia) mit Bademöglichkeit in Naturpools ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist sehr gut. Für Menschen, die die Ruhe suchen ein guter Ort zum Entspannen. Die Busse fahren sehr häufig und können an der Landstraße gestoppt werden.

Im Meer kann man aufgrund der Unterströmung nicht baden. Der Strand ist völlig unberührt. Hinweis zu Palomino: dort gibt es keinen öffentlichen Strand mehr, das Meer ist rauh, die Hotels haben die Uferzone privatisiert der Wald ist zur öffentlichen Toilette geworden...

Perfect locatie voor mooie prijs

Vanaf deze locatie kun je langs een fantastisch pad naar het strand lopen en dan langs het strand naar buritaca lopen.

De matrassen waren iets hard maar dat is persoonlijk

El mejor servicio y la mejor disposición.

Sinceramente, hicieron más allá del deber, todos, desde los administradores, hasta los trabajadores, se portaron sumamente amables, y serviciales. Todo superó lo que podríamos haber imaginado del servicio. Cuenten con nuestra gratitud, y buena publicidad. Hasta una próxima.

Todo estuvo excelente. No tuvimos necesidad de salir de las instalaciones, porque queríamos estar dentro.

Sobrevivir con gratitud a un engaño

Es un micro centro vacacional para familias ubicado en medio de potreros de vacas, lejos de la playa. Tienen un buen restaurante aunque acostumbran sumarle cantidades a la cuenta, así que hay que estar atentos

Las camas son muy incómodas, el colchon es durisimo, realmente hacen que el descanso sea muy complicado.

El personal super amable en todo momento.

Hay que tener en cuenta que el alojamiento está en un entorno rural y que como tal vas a tener que lidiar con muchos animales y bichitos. Pero parece que había un nido de geckos en nuestra habitación (lo que no es problema). El problema es que la habitación siempre tenía pequeñas caquitas

Schlechte Lage

Schönes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, alles sauber, das Essen in dem Restaurant direkt im hotel war bezahlbar (ca 7-12€ pro Portion).

Kein WLAN im Zimmer. Hotel liegt abgelegen (das nächste Dorf ist ca 1,5-2km entfernt) das heißt, dass sie sich im Hotel komplett versorgen müssen - das Restaurant kocht ok (nicht besonders gut), die Preise sind noch grad noch angemessen (bis auf Getränke - 2€ pro 1 kleine Flasche Wasser ist für Kolumbien zu viel), aber 3-5 Tage in dem gleichen Restaurant zu essen ist super langweilig. Außerdem haben die nur 2-3 vegetarische Optionen. Ich würde hier wegen der Lage nicht mehr übernachten. Ansonsten war alles super - Personal, Sauberkeit, Zimmer mit AC, usw.

Very pleasant hotel with truly welcoming staff and great amenities. It is clean, comfortable, stylishly decorated, and very comfortable! The pool was very clean, and the remaining areas of the facility were consistently maintained and well-kept

Unfortunately, there were hardly any of the dishes and drinks listed on the restaurant menu, and the selection was very limited throughout our entire stay. Additionally, the promised bicycles mentioned on Booking were not available nor existent.

Perfect after the Ciudad Perdida Tour and quite beach

The staff was just amazing and super supportive. They help us with all our needs after four days in the forest. The give us support with laundry and the right tips to move around! Always smiling and happy. We love the room - bungalow- perfect to have your own time and privacy. The swimming pool is fine and clean! Love the beach and their services.

Nothing but we suggest a more simple menu with less dishes and more Colombian food to makes the services quicker and with more quality. Maybe at the pool low level of the music will help to relax. But really are only suggestion to improve all was fine!

Great place to unwind and relax

Laundry service amazing, amazing location (quiet which we really liked), fantastic with children under 12(they loved the walk to the beach and all the animals along the way; fiddler crabs, bats, ants etc); pool clean and well maintained, food decent. Convenient for Parque Tairona

Really peaceful (except when Bob Marley blaring, please play more local music, not what spring breakers expect in the Caribbean); menu somewhat limited and was boring by day 4. No interaction from most staff; they’re professional but aloof and a bit more warmth of welcome and farewell would go a long way

nothing, horrible location, next to cattle feed lot… the smell was awful

the staff was horrible, no internet, you are basically trapped and isolated, with no internet for taxi or moto, tv did not work and the bed was like cement blocks

Nice place. Would stay again

Looks like the place is quite new. Nice pool and the food at the restaurant was very good. Every room has a hammock outside. Very reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Only small things. There were a couple of dead bugs on the floor when I got there. There were no hangers ( I am sure they will fix that). The bed was a little too firm for my taste. The towels were not replaced next day - I had to bring them for exchange.

Felt like a VIP

Great staff and peaceful setting with a 10 minute walk down a private path to the ocean. Very private and accommodating. They even helped us coordinate a horse ride on the beach.

The bathrooms in the rooms could not receive the cooling from the air unit in the main room but this seems to be standard throughout the region. Also the beds were very firm and we are more of a soft bed preference.

Luxury of a hotel at hostel prices!!! Beautiful 10-15 min walk to the beach, which you have all to yourself and if you don't fancy the beach there is a pool!!! The food is sooo good, generous portions. The place is spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, The staff are super friendly, smiley helpful and welcoming. I stayed more nights than planned!!!!
