Close to everything.
Could hear traffic all night and went sitting on balcony.

The area is beautiful.
The smell of marijuana was overwhelming during our short stay. I saw a no smoking sign but someone thought that did not pertain to weed apparently.

Slightly outdated and air conditioning quit working a little over an hour after we got there but it was quickly addressed and running in no time

We stayed in cabin 406 and it was great. Had a running stream right behind the cabin. Beautiful view off back porch. Beds were comfortable. Nice having a refrigerator with an ice maker. Close to downtown Gatlinburg. Very nice place to stay. Will stay there again.

It was close to stuff like not in the middle of stuff where you feel crowded but really close to stuff.
I really have trouble finding criticisms about the place. It was absolutely beautiful and the staff was very attentive

Very nicely kept. Quiet location!!
Will get a cabin next time. The noise from the people above us was a bit too much but that is the only complaint

The room was beautiful and felt very spacious with the high ceiling. I appreciated the ramp instead of stairs to get to our floor…made lugging suitcases so much easier. Also, being able to open our windows at night (because there were screens) and listen to the sound of the river below us was so peaceful and lulled us to sleep. Since we were on the third floor we had no fear of bears trying to get in our room thru the balcony screens. We were able to easily walk to Gatlinburg from the hotel but didn’t hear the hustle and bustle while trying to sleep which was a plus. Coming back to the pool and hot tub after a day in the mountains or in town was a definite plus as well, you didn’t feel like you were on display like so many of the other pools in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge because this one is tucked in the back instead of roadside.
The only thing that could’ve made it better was having somewhere outside to dispose of our trash. We didn’t need maid service though we could’ve requested it, just somewhere to take our own trash out of the room would’ve been nice.

The location was great. We were in #406 and the room was very nice.
Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the floors. Hubby’s socks and my bare feet were dirty. They were better after we had room service come in on day four. Should have requested housekeeping the 2nd morning.

The rooms, including the kitchen were great. Our cottage had a full standard kitchen and we had 2 queen beds. The location stream-side, with the overlooking balcony, was terrific. Parking was convenient, right in front of our door. The washer and dryer worked well for us for a reasonable price. The pool was nice and not busy in the afternoon in late May.
It was a little further walk from the main street than I expected, though certainly doable. A few small nits --- Facial tissues and paper towels should be provided. those are an expectation in any rentals and those with kitchens respectively. Also a dust pan to go with the broom would have been nice.

We booked a double bed cottage and it was a whole little tiny house to be honest. You walked in from a private entrance to a larger than average living room with a stone gas fireplace, a full mini kitchen and dining area, and a fully private balcony overlooking the river. The bedroom had 2 queen beds and a vanity desk and the bedroom led to a decent sized bathroom with a tub shower combo and a full size closet inside the bathroom.
The Internet didn't work while we were there. A couple different things in the room appeared to have been broken and cheaply fixed. i.e the smoke detector was hanging from the wall, the bed frame was very creaky, and a couple of the dresser drawers would fall if used, and the toilet wasn't fully sealed to the ground and would wobble.

Our room faced the River and it was so relaxing
Outside of units are a little run down and dated but rooms are clean

The front desk rep accommodated us with a room with no ramp. It was one level and it faced the creek. Loved it. We stayed on our balcony. Enjoyed the creek and the birds and squirrels. We will be back. All the staff was very nice. Room was very clean.
The beds made very loud creaking sounds.

IT’s location
The property was very nice. The only complaint was the shower in the bathroom was backed up.

What I liked about the property was the creek outside my room. That was very nice. We had a shared balcony with the room next door.
What I didn't like was the fact I spent days searching for the perfect room for my anniversary. I wanted a room with a fireplace and had other hotels to choose from with fireplaces. This property fit my wish list of what I wanted in a room. I chose the room with a fireplace and creek view. Then we check in and they switch our room and give us a cheap fake fire electric heater. Very disappointed! Bait and switch. They said since it was booked through a third party that it wasn't a guarantee. Well then don't advertise it on a third-party site. Also, every time we tried to take a shower brown water came out of the faucet. Had to let the water run for a long time for it to run clear. The beds are very hard and squeaky as well.

Wir hatten einen Balkon und konnten direkt auf ein kleines Flüsschen schauen. Das war schon schön. Und auch das Zimmer war komfortabel. Es gab auch eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Kommen gern wieder.

Larry, Jerry, C.J. and Aaron are fantastic people. Customer service from these gentlemen was above and beyond. The location is convenient to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge. Food establishments were close and delicious. Even the coffee at the cottage was great and I don't drink alot of coffee.
The grounds are very clean. Rooms are clean with plenty of towels and washcloths. The fireplace was an unexpected amenity. They have wood to purchase as well. Just a great place.
We enjoyed everything.
