Located right in the heart of Fort Myers Beach house is within walking distance to the beach, beach shops and 5 min from the grocery store.
Sit at the balcony and watch out for manatees or if you're really lucky the occasional dolphin making their way up the canal while enjoying the views.

As you step into the house you are greeted with a spacious open floor plan living and dining room filled with natural light and high ceilings.
Relax into the soft leather chaise lounge and catch up on your favorite TV shows and movies on the big screen wall mounted 65 Inch 4K ROKU TV.
Off the lounge is the large chef’s kitchen with sleek granite countertops and state of the art appliances. There is a dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, a stove, oven, microwave and all the dishes and utensils you could need. Take advantage of the complimentary coffee along with a selection of pantry items to get you started.
Enjoy your meals in the elegant dining space or head outside onto the balcony and eat alfresco style while overlooking the canal below.
Off the main living area you will find the grand master bedroom with a large luxurious king bed with soft hotel quality fitted linen. There is a separate sitting area with a plush loveseat sofa as well as access to the balcony via huge glass sliding doors.
The master bath will impress with its granite his and hers vanity, an irresistible soaking tub and an oversize walk-in shower that will leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the day.
The second bedroom offers guests plenty of storage with a walk-in closet and dresser. There is a TV which is perfect for a movie night in.Off the bedroom is the lavish ensuite with a large shower and a vanity stocked full of all the essentials.
The third bedroom overlooks the canal and also features its own TV as well as a large queen bed and yet another lavishly appointed ensuite with soft fluffy towels for each guest.
The living room sectional sofa contains a queen size sleeper bed. Also available is a full size air mattress that is available to you if you have a larger group. Guests also have full use of the washing machine and dryer along with a starter complimentary washing detergent.
Make your way downstairs to the sparkling heated pool where you can relax the day away on the sun lounger while you keep a look out for dolphins and other wildlife passing by. Then, take a short walk to the white sandy beaches or try out paddle boarding with two boards provided for guest use.
At the end of the day head out to the balcony with a glass or two of wine and watch the canal light up as you relax and unwind with your friends and family while visiting the beautiful Fort Myers Beach.

We loved this home! It had everything we needed. Loved the high ceilings, proximity to the beach and being on the waterway and hanging out in the pool! We also enjoyed the availability of the boat and jet ski’s. Everything was perfect & Trent was amazing to deal with!

Everything about the property was amazing!! Outdoor area is very well maintained and pool was perfect! I loved everything about the inside of the home. Very spacious and well kept! Kitchen had everything we needed to fix several meals in the evenings. Short walk to the beach.

Great newer house w/pool on a canal and only 1 block from the beautiful Ft Myers sandy beaches. Perfect for families with kids. For an extra fee, home came with 2 wave runners & a pontoon. The only con for us was traffic was pretty bad in afternoon/early evening. Owner answered any questions we had immediately.

The pictures are exactly what you will get with this beautiful property. The house is spotless and so roomy and modern. We enjoyed the upstairs covered outside patio where we had many of our meals, overlooking the water. The primary bedroom is on a separate level from the other bedrooms, giving lots of space and privacy. The pool area is partially covered so those seeking sun can get it and those seeking shade are also happy. We took advantage of the bikes and also rented the pontoon for a day, which was a blast. Be forewarned about the traffic in Fort Myers Beach...getting off of the island will take 30-45mins, depending on the time of day (we went in winter so I suspect the off-season isn't as bad).

Property was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the outdoor pool. Walk to beach was short. Enjoyed the spacious rooms and cleanliness of homes.

This home exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, very clean, and we appreciated all the additional amenities like the pool, grill, beach chairs and wagon, and more. Highly recommend.

Great home, responsive property owner and very clean. All appliances were in working order clean and pool was warm, inviting. The property has extra furnishings for our 12 month old granddaughter like pack and play and high chair so that was awesome - we could have saved us bringing it down if we would have known/read up. Only issue with a leak from upstairs bathroom - repair man came next day and minimal disruption to our family. It did not get repaired so we were down a shower but family adjusted well!

Beautiful property, very homey and welcoming. Photos and descriptions are very accurate, host was professional and informative. The home had plenty of room for everyone to enjoy time together and also privacy. Our family enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay, a lot of space for a Family of six, good furnishing, a lot of helpful things for the Beach, nice pool, very engaged owner: thank you, for your Support, Trent! We had a very relaxed week over there! Our highlight: uncomplicated boat renting directly from Trent, found some really nice Spots and Dolphins!!

Family Vacation-2022
Excellent vacation. The house is very nice and located in a quiet neighborhood. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes and there is a convenience store located at the end of the street which was perfect for picking up drinks and cooler ice on the way to the beach. There is a Publix located 1.3 miles down the road which was super convenient for getting food. The beach was super and the house was great. The house was as described. Trent did a great job communicating. We usually stay in a beachfront condo but had more family this year and decided to go with a house. The pool was a terrific add on. I wasn’t sure if we really needed it at first but it was nice to come back and hang out at the pool while dinner was cooking and also to go out and hang out later in the evening. The master bedroom was excellent. All 3 bedrooms had a full bathroom and there was also a half bath off the living room. Beds were nice and I didn’t hear any complaints of sore backs. Plenty of pots, pans, glasses, dishes and utensils for cooking. Everything we needed to feel at home. There is a nice patio of the main level which was covered and had a ceiling fan which was good for relaxing and reading out of the sun or afternoon Florida rains. There are a couple of bikes that we were able to use which was an added feature. I would definitely recommend this rental to others. There were no surprises and Trent was an excellent host. You need to remember to take the trash and recycling to the curb. Trent has nice roller cans that you just need to make sure you put out on the right evenings. I would definitely rent this property again.

Clean and convenient
This property was well maintained, had anything you would need for a beach trip, and was situated directly on a canal! We had a few things we needed to communicate with the owner about and he was very quick to respond and take care of.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this house. Very clean and updated with plenty of space. Quiet area, quick walk to beach and very short drive to grocery store and restaurants. Very responsive owner, too.

The pool has a sunbathing ledge and a lounger which was perfect for relaxing. It is just a short walk to the beach and Trent provided all the beach necessities chairs, umbrella, wagon for transporting your gear. The only problem was the traffic going north out of Ft. Myers Beach which added extra time to your trip out for dinner, shopping or exploring. However, we knew about this from the previous year but the location to the beach and the amenities of this property outweighed the traffic, I would definitely recommend this property for couples or a family. Perfect in every way!

Two week stay
We loved this home and location. Short walk to beach. The owner was wonderful and helpful if needed. Home is well equipped for indoor and outdoor fun. The pool is great , only negative for me as I love sun is it gets afternoon sun but it was heated and perfectly maintained. Super easy check in and check out. We would have booked again for next year but someone beat us to it. Lovely home

This house had everything we needed. Sun all afternoon on the heated pool. All bedrooms with a private bath! Walk or bike to grocery store, outriggers, Farmers market. Trent is a very attentive host and answered any questions very quickly.

Trent was fantastic about communication before, during, and after our stay. The home is meticulously maintained and the cleaning crew does a fantastic job. All the beds are very comfortable and the furniture is excellent quality and clearly an investment, not the cheap rental home furniture you often see. The kitchen is very well appointed. We had two families…8 people including adult “kids” and ate many meals in the home. We had every pot, pan, and utensil we could possibly need. Trent advised us that a new high quality knife set was arriving one day, so we washed it and put it to very good use. The neighborhood is quiet and the walk to the beach is very quick. The pool is set at a great temp and very well maintained, as well.
One thing we also really appreciated is that the thermostat is not forced to stay at or above 74 degrees. We have stayed at other homes where this is the case, and on humid days it’s difficult to keep the air comfortable.
We are already planning for our return trip!!!

To start: there is one less than favorable review on this property and we’re convinced it’s a chronic complainer looking for some kind of payoff. There is absolutely nothing you could find to complain about at this home.
Trent was fantastic about communication before, during, and after our stay. The home is meticulously maintained and the cleaning crew does a fantastic job. There was also copious amounts of pet hair on the couch and throughout the downstairs. There were also large amounts of thick dust noted in several areas around the house. We did not feel reassured that the house was actually cleaned between guests.

We really enjoyed our stay and the wonderful amenities provided. The house is very clean and felt just like home. It was well stocked and we can’t say enough about the hosts - simply wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay and the wonderful amenities provided. The house is very clean and felt just like home. It was well stocked and we can’t say enough about the hosts - simply wonderful!

The owner was great from the start, even prior to booking, with answering my questions and providing info. The house was spacious and clean, with everything you need to go to the beach (which is only about a 2 block walk) to swimming in the pool to paddleboarding and fishing from the dock. We had a great stay and I highly recommend this lovely home!
