The house was great with all the big bedrooms and bathrooms. It made the trip with family and friends great. The large kitchen and dining table were great too. The pool was warm, the hot tub worked, and the beach is not even a 5 minute walk away. There is ice cream and food nearby. Though DoorDash does not deliver there, I think Ubereats does. The upstairs air conditioning went out during our stay, but they fixed it within 24hrs, so that was nice. The only two things I disliked was the relatively small number of towels they give you (only got a single little kitchen towel), and the lack of cleaning supplies they provide (and the ones they do provide are really crappy). I had to buy paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, hand towels, hand soap, multipurpose cleaning spray, laundry detergent, and dish soap. Also you’ll probably want to bring or buy your own shampoo. I even had to buy kitchen towels and sponges because the single sponge they provided fell apart in 3 days. If they want their house clean, they really should provide more cleaning supplies. The cleaners remove literally everything, so don’t count on having even salt and pepper. We had to buy that too, which is such a waste. We threw out so many things when we left.
Also, the cleaners showed up at 9:20 even though check out isn’t until 10. I had already left with my family to get to the airport, but my friends were not pleased.

Great location. Beautiful house. A couple more lounge chairs around the pool would have been nice. But otherwise great time.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is lovely and walkable to the beach and restaurants. The property management company was very responsive. There was an issue with the AC that was fixed within a couple hours. They allowed us to keep our vehicles in the driveway after checkout, so that we could explore a bit. My only negatives are there were some dishes in the cabinet that were quite dirty and I thought we would have more necessities available (salt and pepper, ample toilet paper, coffee filters). However, it says on the listing to contact them if you need such items and we opted to purchase them, so perhaps these would have been provided. I would absolutely go back and appreciate the staff at the property management company and the owners!

The house was great, clean & beautiful.
The only thing that REALLY was not up to par was the pool temperature. The heated pool was the main reason we chose Seabatical. The heater only heated the spa & kept shutting off. The staff was WONDERFUL & HELPFUL when we called. Would stay here again IF pool is warm. Thank You.

The house was beautiful but a few things I would recommend 1) pool needs to be warmer 2) you should have more essentials like small salt pepper, dish soap laundry soap, TP and paper towels for 2 week stay. 3) need more than 2 dish towels 4) need more bath towels for all the guests.
Had some communication issues with management -and a real odd unscheduled visit from 4 large repair men on the property-pool without our knowledge. Noone seemed to care -management or owner!
Ft Meyers beach is beautiful-the town is struggling still since the hurricane-but we all had a lot of fun.

Overall property is good. Walking distance to beach and Fort Myers downtown.

We loved this house. It was just me and my husband and our dog great place very clean accurate on description. The rental company was wonderful to work with. They communicated well about every detail. The only negative is the area still has a lot of damage so there are a lot of restaurants and things close that are totally gone. There’s a lot of construction going on so it’s a little bit crazy and noisy but no reflection on this beautiful house, we would love to stay here again.
All of the rooms are well equipped and so is the kitchen super clean
One negative as we could not get the icemaker to work correctly it might’ve been us it would make ice. It just wouldn’t come out dispenser.
We would love to revisit this home

Great house and great location!
We loved the house, it’s location and all its amenities. There were 10 of us and we each had our own room (king bed) and bathroom. Very close to beach. Great pool and lounging area as well.

We loved the house
Downside / Upside of our week:
Downside:
1. Sun Palace Vacation waited 3 days before our trip to then tell us we were being charged additional $$ for our dogs and if we didn't like it we could cancel our trip. That's an exact quote. They did offer to give us a full refund 3 days before we were to leave. (That would have put us in a bind for accommodations that late in the game with 8 people and 2 dogs...who does this??? Unprofessional is an understatement. When we paid for this months in advance.) I stated to her that I highly doubt the owner would want us to walk and leave the property empty for the week and they need to stand by their contract. There is more but suffice to say they called back and said they would waive the additional last minute fee.
2. Downside - Air condition wasn't working on main level. My hubby is a GC so he temporarily fixed problem as the maintenance people never showed up. The A/C pipe needed to be cleared it was backing up and it will eventually cause water damage if not blown out.
3. We would have loved to have used the elevator but when we opened it. It had a pile of dirty laundry and cleaning supplies. So we just closed it for the week and used the stairs. 4. The floors were swept but appeared not to be mopped as we consistently had dirty feet even after a shower. And the kitchen hand towels in the drawer were damp and dirty when we pulled them out to use them. So if you can get past some dirt issues the house is great. I would look into another cleaning company if it were me.
Upside:
1. The house is spacious for a family such as mine.
2. Close to EVERYTHING
3. Had all of the creature comforts of home.
4. The pic doesn't show the sunchairs outside but they were there as well as floats for the pool, fishing poles, beach carts. etc.
5. We thoroughly had a great time.
Short of a few hiccups with the rental agency ... we got through it and the kids had a blast.

Gorgeous place!!!
Very short walk to the beach! Gorgeous house! Our only complaint was the pool water was too warm. Couldn't cool it down enough to be refreshing. There is an app that controls the pool, hot tub and speakers. Overall great place!
