The open floorplan boasts a sitting area with a wood-burning fireplace and a fireside desk for remote work or schooling, an adjacent sunlit living area with a sectional and a 75-inch TV, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, snacks, or mugs of hot tea or cocoa. There is even a Keurig coffee machine.
Outside, enjoy unobstructed lake views from your furnished deck, get something sizzling on the gas grill, and dine together at the picnic table. The crown jewel, a six-person hot tub on the wind-protected deck overlooking the lake, invites ultimate relaxation. This home also features a private dock, a five-seat pedal boat, and two kayaks, so you can set out whenever you want for a paddle around the lake.
This home is nestled alongside gorgeous Woahink Lake, which offers refreshing waters for summertime swimming and great kayaking and fishing opportunities. Within a few miles, you can access the sand dunes (well-loved by ATV riders and sandboarders), and beach access is a short drive away! Be sure to stop into Old Town Florence to browse the galleries, shop for souvenirs, or get some takeout from one of the local restaurants. The location and privacy of the lot were a plus. The view of the lake, nice deck, and dock were great. We loved kayaking and paddleboating on the lake and enjoyed the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the layout was great for our family. The kitchens and bathrooms are a little dated, but they were clean and well appointed. Everything was labeled and the hosts thought of everything you might need.

Pros: Owners thoughtful with newer furnishings including beds and bedding. Newer flooring and painting. Hot tub very nice amenity as is dock down to lake. Nice stock of firewood.
Cons: Other than flooring and paint, house last updated in early 80s. Hollow core doors, house lacks privacy. Layout very funky including shared bathroom and kitchen. On-suite bathroom at front of house facing parking; lakeview master does not have attached bathroom, need to walk through common area to shared bathroom. In cold, rainy weather, it felt very hard to warm up even with use of fireplace. Poor circulation - towels didn't dry between uses

This house was amazing and perfect for our 2 night stay with friends. Fully stocked. I wish we could’ve stayed longer to utilize everything. Hottub worked and was clean. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had all wares and utensils even spices and oils needed although we didn’t have time to need them. Big tv, comfy couch, big windows with awesome lakeview. The porch and dock made for some fantastic photos. We will absolutely stay again someday! :)

We arrived and immediately the neighborhood deer family greeted us. How lovely! The property was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed including games, kitchen gadgets, and lots of spaces that encouraged togetherness.
The down sides of this house were the driveway was difficult to find the first time, the water pressure absolutely sucked and the bathroom was dark, small master bathroom, and several things that are provided did not work. For example, the lights above the bed would have been great for reading but they didn’t work. The waffle maker didn’t work, etc.
However, we had an issue with the internet and the folks responded in a timely manner (though it was difficult due to lack of reception) and resolved our issue.
Overall, a 5/5 stay. Despite some things not being perfect the house goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and serve our needs so the little things ended up not mattering much.

Beautiful, comfortable house fully equipped with everything imaginable. You can be super lazy and gaze out at the lake from inside on the comfy couch or get out the kayaks and go for a spin. It’s a perfect location and the scenery is breathtaking. I will be back again and again!

We loved our stay at the Lazy House. It was perfect for 6 adults. They had a lot of supplies and it was very clean. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The view of the lake was breath taking. We all had a great time and would definitely stay again! Thank you!

The location was great and the lake setting beautiful. Good location to access the grocery store and restaurants, but far enough away from town to feel removed. Easy access to lots of outdoor activities. House is definitely older and it shows in spots, but the updates that have been made make it comfortable and it is well stocked. We enjoyed it.

Excellent place to stay to explore the dunes and all the area has to offer. Very well stocked and comfortable for our family vacation. Beautiful lake views from the home and deck and a large front yard to play. Lake access from the dock has a lot of lake weed and not very appealing for swimming. Overall would recommend this property!

Exactly what we were looking for. House was so fully stocked, we enjoyed staying in and cooking over our meals in Florence. Kayaks and pedal boat were great for getting onto the lake, hot tub with the wind screen awesome for relaxing. Tons of wildlife and great little touches like the tree swing and kids chairs/games.

Perfect for our family gathering. Beautiful location and well stocked! Only one complaint...when we had some transition in the parking we had to put one truck on the lawn for a few hours. Someone left us a nice note telling us we parked like morons.

We really enjoyed staying here! The only issue we had was that check out was so early...10 am. We called the night before and asked if we could check out at 11. They said they would call the next morning to let us know but they never did so we had to rush to leave by 10. It would be great if check out was at 11 like all the other places we have stayed. Thank you for a wonderful place for us to enjoy!

What’s there not to like about this wonderful location? Nothing -said no one. Clean, spacious and that lake view is to Live For! The kitchen and house had everything we needed and then some! Comfortable furnishings throughout and thoughtful extras like cozy blankets to keep warm for some wonderful deck time during early spring season, terrific. Our hiking excursion along beautiful Woahink and only a few minutes’ drive to old Town Florence, food and the beach, a bonus! My Gal pals and I enjoyed our experience here immensely. Thank you😊

This was the perfect home base for our 2 families to relax and enjoy each other and the Oregon Coast! The house is so nice and spacious , it had everything we needed for delicious meals and fun family game and movie nights! The hot tub was great also! Watching the weather roll in over the lake was fun.

Our family of four truly enjoyed this retreat! The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook. The layout was perfect, the hot tub was wonderful. I really enjoyed the sunsets over the lake and we couldn't really hear any of our neighbors. Lots of things to do near by and everyone we met in Florence was very friendly. Vacasa made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. Thank you!

Loved the property. Suggest that you put some other entrance step to hot tub. Maybe a rail. It’s too hard for seniors to get in and out. Maybe another step would make it safter.

This house is set up nicely. Lots of kitchen utensils, games for kids, water toys etc. We were a little bummed the hot tub chemicals were off. It was over chlorinated so much our eyes burned. The grill was also out of propane. The care seems to be a recurring theme we find with vacasa rentals.

I love the Lazy House. I've visited several times and each time find more things to love. From the daily deer visitors, robins and blue jays and bluebirds to the beautiful lake views - it's the perfect nature escape.

We loved staying at this house! The only criticism I have is that I was under the impression it was wheelchair accessible, and there is one step to get into the house. The photos of the front of the home were too far away to see the entrance in detail. A ramp would be great.
However, despite that it was perfect for our family. It is very well equipped with entertainment and kitchenware for the whole family, and the beds were very comfortable. My family would definitely stay here again.

From the moment I walked into the Lazy house it felt like home. The view of the lake is beautiful, the house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the kayaks and hot tub.
I would definitely recommend this amazing place and I hope to stay again.

Great spot, and easy to be lazy! The view is relaxing, the air is fresh and time goes by differently here. The house is very clean, and the private lake access was wonderful! The house is so spacious and the layout is great, as it has a couple rooms away from main common areas for kids to sleep or early bedtimers to escape to early. The house has everything you could need and is easy to find things since all the drawers and cabinets are labeled. Close to Florence if you can convince yourself to get off the deck and take a drive! Definitely will return!

Spacious, light with lakefront view and sunsets. Fully equipped house stocked with everything you could imagine you need! (Including life jackets, s’more forks, firewood for the fire pit, lots of games, even beach towels and TP! ). Two fun little kayaks, two floats, and an easy peddle boat make the lakefront home a continual adventure. Too bad for the weeds that prevent swimming near shore. But everything else was just great. Comfy beds and options for eating outside! These hosts have thought of everything.

Lots of space for everyone. We loved going out on the lake with the kayaks and paddle boats. We also explored the sand dunes (5 minutes away) and the pretty lighthouse. The house had everything we needed in a quiet pretty neighborhood. There was even a family of deer that came right up into the yard!

Very well equipped and comfortable. We had some trouble with wifi and called the 800 number. Someone was there in 20 minutes and had it fixed. Couldn't get the apple tv controller to work but by the 2nd day we figured out that all we had to do was charge it with one of our apple phone chargers. Otherwise everything was great. Oh one more thing, there was only 1 paddle for kayaks and the straps to the seat backs were broken so we didn't use them.
