My wife, our chihuahua and I enjoyed exactly what we got here. A very private feeling location, quiet in a comfortable very clean cabin. A mountain view off the deck & from inside. Enough outdoor space to take out the dog. Excellent communication from owner. Good directions were provided. It is very isolated so neither phone provider (AT&T & Verizon) worked except by wifi calling. We used the provided directions but found that got excellent accurate directions using Waze on my phone. Our Honda Pilot navigation also did ok, although I preferred the Waze routing. There are some other cabins/homes visible but not too close & during the 2 day stay only heard any vehicles a very few times. We highly recommend Paradise Peak.

We came up for a wedding at the Blue Montyana and it was a perfect spot. Of all the VBRO’s I’ve stayed at this one is the best. Loaded with lots of extras, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, full kitchen, gas grill, etc. They had back-ups so you don’t run out of the basics. We will be back!

The family and I really loved and enjoyed our visit there. Great location since our grandkids lived only 5 miles from there. It was all we wanted and then some. Highly recommend this place.

The cabin had everything we needed and nice extra touches like coffee, toiletries, games and information about the local area. The cabin was clean and modern with cute, rustic decor and great views of the area mountains.

We had a wonderful stay. Our only complaint is that the gravel road leading to the property was pretty badly washed out and rutted. Making the last turn into the driveway took a couple of tries. The cabin itself, however, was beautiful, clean, excellently appointed, and near perfect!

We were beyond pleased with the supplies/amenities in the kitchen. Everything was well thought out and we had plenty of towels and hangers. We think the chairs that reclined are TOO comfortable........just kidding, we had a hard time wanting to get up out of them because they were awesome! Our only complaint is the road/driveway. It was treacherous, and took us two to three times to turn into it due to ruts & loose gravel/narrow road. Martina was excellent at communicating with us.

We were waiting for my daughter's house closing. She had to work remotely...and I needed a place to keep out of her way. This was a perfect solution. From my perch on the deck, I was able to see deer and rabbits and birds. The sun was grand. The house was a perfect size for the two of us. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We were glad of our 4 wheel drive vehicle due to recent rains.

Our stay at the cabin was pleasant, it had a beautiful view, was clean and cozy, and they were easy to get ahold of for any issues we had. Our only complaints were that the cabin is not secluded, there are neighbors very close on both sides. as well as the bed in the master bedroom, the pegs would fall out during the night, leaving the bed lopsided.

The property was just as described. Everything was clean and welcoming when we arrived, and the house was stocked with all the basic amenities we could ask for (toiletries, dishes/cutlery, coffee/tea, etc). Martina was extremely friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

If I could give this cabin 10 stars, I would!! I was totally blown away by the fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable recliners, the beautiful mountain decor, the comfy beds, the amazing mountain views, the gas log fireplace and the outdoor fire pit. If you are planning a trip to the NC/TN mountains, this is the place to stay!!!

We had a great time in this little cabin. All three beds are extremely comfortable, the towels are better than most hotels I have stayed in. We stayed the week before Christmas and it had cute holiday touches inside the property. It was very pet friendly, providing a doggy blanket, pet bowls and a mat for their food to be placed on. Over all we were very happy with the property and wish we would have stayed one extra day to just spend it at the cabin around the fire pit and enjoy the place while we were not running around to activity’s.

What a great find! This cabin has everything you will need for your getaway. The cabin is very cozy with the fireplace and great view out of the main room. Both the bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and well furnished. I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this one takes the cake for the best stocked kitchen. There were also nice little touches like K-cups, tea, water, snacks provided by the host. There also was plenty of towels both for the bathrooms and the kitchen. I would happily stay here again!

Great beautiful location. Good price value. Family of deer running around all day with the mountain as a backdrop.. beautiful... Lake watauga is amazing.. southern craft bbq is the best I've had in years... Cabin is comfy, very well stocked and maintained. Plan to come back and stay longer next time

Wow! My family and I were totally blown away by the accommodations at Paradise Peak. Such a beautiful property with a beautiful view of the mountains. The master bedroom was very nice with a King bed for the parents. My brother and I enjoyed the other bedroom with two twin beds. Having separate bedrooms/bathrooms was great. The kitchen was perfect. We cooked a couple of nights. The patio was one of our favorite spots to hang out in the morning or evening. We were conveniently close to a boat ramp which was a bonus for us. And we were not too far away from many adventures in the mountains. Very quite and peaceful place to spend time with family. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! Even our moody 14 year old had a good time. The cabin is beautiful and has everything you might need. There are books, games, fully stocked kitchen (herbs, spices, coffee,pots,pans,and dishes) The deck is so peaceful and it has a gorgeous view. The beds are comfy and the shower was perfect. We want to return! It is so beautiful!
