Perfection!

The location is ideal and the view from the room was breathtaking. after staying here I don’t think I would ever stay anywhere else in Biarritz!

the only negative was no fitness room but with all the walking we did I didn’t even miss it

Wonderful hotel with great views and close to beach.

Wonderful views of water and very comfortable split level room

Noise in the plaza both nights kept us up. Breakfast was largely pre-prepared and not up to high standard of the hotel

Lovely spot in Biarritz

The position of the hotel! Sea view in the city center. The staff is very nice and helpful: they call us to inform about traffic limitation and give some advice

We regularly stop here (perhaps 2 or 3 times a year) on our journey to and from Spain. We like it and it is conveniently located and always helpful. We tried the restaurant for the first time on this trip and it was really special. Will be back in a month or so

The restaurant atmosphere and decor could be cosier. But the food and staff are excellent, which makes up for any shortfall

Too many stairs from the parking to the hotel, making it really difficult to carry the luggage. We booked "pay at the hotel" but were charged on credit card the first night prior to arrival with no notice at all.

A well located hotel in the centre of Biarritz so everything you need is in walking distance. A beautiful view from our terrace out to the beach and the ocean. Great boutique hotel with really great staff and fabulous restaurant.

Very comfortable stay in execellent surroundings with a great view of the sea

The location and view of the ocean from the hotel are great. There has been a refurbishment of the bar and restaurant area that has been done to a very high standard and increases the comfort factor.

Very good

Great location, enhanced by a very cordial welcome from reception staff who remained very helpful throughout our stay. Room was beautiful and very comfortable, admittedly a little small around a very large bed which was extremely comfortable. The extra space provided by the duplex seating area more than compensated for it.

It would have been really lovely to have had a balcony to sit on and listen to the surf on that wonderful beach but our room did not have one.

Love love love- big balcony with lounge furniture & glorious views!! People very nice & helpful. Food was great. Best hotel room and the price was reasonable. It’s a much better value than anywhere I’ve been! Coffee machine & amenities excellent. Very chic decor.

Luxury, great location and comfort in the centre of beautiful Biarritz

We loved the duplex room with a lovely seating area right in front of the window with uninterrupted sea view. The hotel is in the centre of town but located on a pedestrianised square with fabulous sea views and the opportunity to sit outside for meals and drinks. Staff are friendly and helpful and housekeeping was great.

Tiny room - the gap between my bed and the wall was minuscule- lucky I am slim! staff wouldn’t serve a croissant 5 minutes after breakfast finished.

Beautiful place in the center of the town with beautiful ocean views

Beautifully restored interiors of the hotel and the rooms, our design room with ocean views and super nice bathroom. Staff was mostly young and very attentive, the entire experience was "easy going".

As strange as it is to say, nothing really. Private garage would have been nice, but due to the location it is obviously too much to ask ;)

Great location and friendly staff

Breakfast was very poor. The scrambled eggs were terrible and made from egg powder we think, if they were made from real fresh eggs then someone needs to teach the chef how to cook!
