Quality-price good.
Good location

once you walk out the door, there is a metro station Bologna. it is literally a ten minuet ride to Roma termini and 15 minute ride to the colosseum. can’t get easier than that.
Also, it was near good bars for some nice night life. they also let you keep your stuff there when you check out so it gives you some time to explore the city.
small elevator, other than that. not a problem

Nothing at all
Everything was disgusting, it was not a hotel seems lile a hospital to me, why did they put 4 star in it? Its just a basing night stay place, the location is good. But i dont consider this a a hotel also. Its the worst hotel i have every stayed in my life.

Nothing
Outdated, overpriced, the price doesn't match the room, old and dirty, small, noisy cos the window is thin, receptionists not helpful looking for pharmacies, elevator small, reception in the 4th floor and you have to leave the dirty key every time you go out and pick it up when coming in.Small shower and all very dirty.

Location
Unpleasant employee in the reception. Some noise because of renovation. Quite high price for room with this facilities, furnitureand size

Good location next to Bologna metrostation.
Bed comfortable.
Quiet enough since room did not face main road.
Facilities except aircon worked ok.
It's a bit of a dump.
Room rather small.
Only just clean enough.
Reception area was a building site.
Aircon seemed to be disabled although outside it was 28c.
Very overpriced for what we paid.

Great location just a few steps from the metro/subway. We were able to choose a twin beds room or a double bed room and to leave our luggage there after check out.
Low soundproofing. Loud noise outside all night. Wifi was not connected on the 5th floor

nothing
a lot of rumours from nearby rooms….with sex done by guests until 5 o’clock… vulgar and terrible
8.0
Points:
- good to stay, very great location, city transport exactly right after the exit from hotel, shops, etc.
- towels, bedlinen were fresh and clear
- good Wi-Fi
- every day room cleaning
- very good room heating
Points:
- no tea/coffee facilities in the room - it is what can be improved here (just basic kettle and to cups should be presented)
- a little bit of dust in the room corners but it wasn't problem for us
- hot water for tea/coffee - not free
- basic noise cancelation

The hotel was literally right by the subway, a food market and a great pastry shop which made it very convenient.
The Wi-Fi was terrible could not stay on for more than a minute or two before it you get disconnected, the front desk person told me that breakfast was not included with the room rates and if we wanted to eat breakfast, it would be eight euros apiece. I went downstairs the next morning to look at the breakfast and it was very minimal and not worth the eight euros apiece. The hotel was hot even though we turned the thermostat to off. We had to open up the window and it was hard to sleep with constant traffic, noise and people yelling all hours of the night. The pillows were very uncomfortable. They were very hard.

Wish there was a kettle for tea/coffee facilities in the room. Wish there was comfier blankets/pillows/quilt.

The location is excellent, right on Piazza Bologna.

Location great, as already stated. I enjoyed the breakfast, I just wish it would have been included in the price of the room.
The wifi was weak. I could hear the voices of other guests in the adjoining room or in the corridor. One day, the staff came knocking loudly on the door, demanding I open immediately. I could not open, I just had my shower and was getting dressed. It was upsetting. They asked me if I was a smoker and calmed down when I sais I wasn't. They apologized afterwards. They were looking for someone who had thrown out of the window a lit cigarette butt which ended up on a children's day care centre. The "Carabibinieri" were in the corridor when I came out of my room.

Very minor, handle on bathroom door a bit dodgy

First of all, the staff. I thought I had lost one charm of my Pandora bracelet, and even though it's so annoying to find as it's tiny, they were in touch with me via email to let me know they had been looking for it but they hadn't found it! It happened to be in my suitcase.
The location is also great. I didn't stay for breakfast as I had a train to catch. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Next to metro station
Our flight was cancelled so I requested refund for one night paid in advance but was not possible... Also, for my mom's birthday that we spent in Rome also requested some special but they didn't reply to me to organize anything.
Poor customer service
