With the flexibility to combine into one large unit, each featuring a kitchen, make it perfect for two families or a large group. Just a short walk away from Fort Myers Beach, the vacation home exudes beach vibes, inviting relaxation and island time. Private entrances via balconies overlook the pool, providing a modern, beachy ambiance. The open-concept kitchens, dining, and living areas encourage socializing, equipped with amenities like Keurig, French press, and margarita makers.
Both apartments boast smart TVs, queen sofa beds, and well-appointed bedrooms. Apt #1 features two king bedrooms with a walk-in shower bathroom, while Apt #2 includes a king and queen bedroom with a Jack 'n Jill bathroom. Linens, bath towels, and household essentials are provided, ensuring a comfortable stay. The laundry room on the ground floor is accessible with a provided code.

Right in the heart of Fort Myers beach you will be an easy walk to many great restaurants, shops, bars, coffee shops, and, of course, the beach! The white sugar sand beach is right on your doorstep (about a 3 minute walk), so you can be lazing in the sunshine or floating in the Gulf any time of the day you fancy - with no worries about traffic or parking! Times Square and Old San Carlos Blvd (where you'll find many of the restaurants) are only a block away
We are within easy walking distance of many things that FMB has to offer, but there is also a trolley bus that runs the length of the island January through April. Route 410 runs from Bowditch Point Park to Lovers Key State Park. Stops for the trolley are indicated by the blue and white ‘Trollee’ signs on San Carlos Blvd. and Estero Blvd. Download the Transit app for up to date details.
Also January through April The FREE beach tram runs from Bowditch Point to Matanzas Pass Preserve Daily. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily. A tram should come by approximately every 15-30 minutes.
From the apartment, you have easy access to the bridge across to Fort Myers and (depending on traffic) you can be exploring historic downtown Fort Myers within 30 minutes (16 miles).
We are 20 miles from SW Florida International Airport which is generally around a 35-40 minute drive. However, please be aware that traffic on and off Fort Myers beach, particularly during peak beach hours in the mornings and evenings, and during the winter season, can cause delays. Leave plenty of spare time if catching a flight (up to an extra hour)!

Lovers Key State Park: 6 miles
Vanderbilt Beach (North Naples): 19 miles
Naples downtown (5th Ave): 28 miles

If you have visited Fort Myers beach pre-hurricane Ian, you will find that, while the sands have shifted, the trees have a few more stories to tell, and many things may not be as remembered, the spirit of Fort Myers Beach remains unshaken and the beaches beautiful. You will find many much-loved businesses and restaurants may no longer be here. They may be here in a different format (perhaps a food truck instead of a restaurant), or at a new location, or have been replaced by something new. Times Square is currently a shadow of its former self, and for some time yet, there will be construction underway in many places. We thank you for your understanding during this time, as we rebuild our community. Our hope is that you support the old and embrace the new, but most importantly, enjoy your time here.
The minimum age required to book this unit is 28 and that person MUST be staying at the property for the duration of the booking. Bookings for groups of singles under the age of 28 are NOT permitted. We reserve the right to request IDs at the time of booking.
The maximum number of guests allowed for occupancy is 12. Outside guests are not permitted without prior permission. You will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds given, if management determines that bookings have been made under false pretenses, guests are underage, or outside guests (not staying at the units) are found on the property.
No smoking on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
Pets. We may consider hosting your pet (dogs only – no cats), however, they MUST have prior approval. Please inquire BEFORE booking. We will consider dogs under 40lbs and there is a $100 non-refundable pet fee.
Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum before 8am and after 10pm.
Our goal is that you have an excellent stay and we strive to provide the apartments in top condition for you. Please notify the property manager upon arrival if anything appears damaged, needs repair, or cleaning. We will assume that everything is in good condition if we do not hear from you.
We understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable. This also allows us time to repair/replace before the next guests arrive. There is a $500 security deposit charged at the time of booking. We rented this property with 4 other couples to celebrate our 50th birthdays. It was absolutely perfect. Awesome set up, comfortable beds, loved the pool and the location was excellent. Spent time at the beach and enjoyed the restaurants and bars in tTmes Square. We are already wanting to come back!

Nice property that’s close to everything.. the 2 upstairs apartments are the nicest of the 3.. downstairs apartment smelled of bug spray or something like that.. when we arrived the trash cans outside were all full.. my only suggestion would be to let guest know trash pick up days because they hadn’t been picked up in awhile
