The breakfast is very good. I love the sausage that they served us.
Only because the walls in our room is not concrete, and when I hit the wall to kill a mosquito it created a loud “bang”. But nonetheless, it was a very nice stay.

Kind host, super bed and good price. Location is also better than expected due to being on the “end station” of the jeepney. Once we knew where we could get it in the city center it was very easy. Also very kind to get free water and breakfast
First morning there was no electricity (not fault of Accomodation) but made everything a bit difficult. Also no toilet paper however owner went to the store for us the next day.
Breakfast is also served very early (7 am) which isn’t great if you want to sleep longer. Owner forgot to mention it the first day and still made us something a bit later which was very kind.

The location is accessible to public transportation. Cleanliness is excellent.
The owner/staff calls out for breakfast around 6-7am. We were out at 7:15am but the food is already gone. There's some leftover in the caserole and we thought it's for us (me and my husband) yet we decided to wait and ask permission first if we can eat that. To our surprise, we were scolded saying "kanina pa kasi namin kayo tinatawag. Naubusan tuloy kayo. Tinabi na kasi namin yan eh (pertaining to a family siguro) Lagi na lang kayong huli. Hindi pwede ang ganyan!" I was stunned by the disrespect. First of all, we've been in Palawan, boracay, cebu even abroad, and all hotel policies with breakfast inclusions will give you time from 6am-10am to eat. Second, this isn't military or retreat camp that we have to eat at exactly freakin' 6am, especially for someone like me who works graveyard shift for living and just wanted an extra snuggle time in bed with my kiddo. And again, we went outside at 7:15am. It isn't our fault that there's poor management on food distribution or lack of communication. We even texted or messaged them about the time of breakfast but got no reply. Overall, it should've been a great stay but we're so disappointed just because of the side comments of the owner. Di namin deserve mabastos ng ganon like we were a bunch of disrespectful teenagers.

One of few places that is affordable with free breakfast. Communication with them is so great, especially on the day of check-in. They also upgraded our room with no extra charge.
Place was a bit far. But can be accessed by taxis anytime, and jeepneys in the morning.

This transient house is really good if you're on a budget or magpapalipas lang ng gabi dahil alanganin ang time of arrival sa Baguio. We arrived at around 2AM and staffs were really accomodating!
They served us free breakfast at around 6:30am.
(Yes! for its price, may free breakfast!)
Location is good, katapat lang ng terminal ng jeep and maraming taxi na dumadaan.
SM Baguio/Burnham Park is just 8min ride away thru taxi.
For reference, walls were made up of plywood. Luckily, kami lang ang nag occupy ng one side. Hindi namin masyado rinig yung mga dumadaan ng corridor.

warm water and with breakfast provided
staff were unfriendly , lack of communication during check in and didn’t provide thorough orientation about the property .

Good breakfast service and possibility of using the kitchen for preparing our foods, refrigerator available.
Beautiful views of nearby urbanized mountains.
The distance from the center of Baguio is quite far and you have to be prepared for taking taxi, jeepney or for a long walk.

Even tho the location was far from the centre, it was Cheap, clean and breakfast was included.
We took time to find the hostel as it doesn’t have any logo sign outside, we had to call the owner to find the place.

We were waiting more than one hour to get a key to the room, unfortunately nobody responded on booking conversation. After one hour two guys (friends of owner) showed us our room and gave us a key. We were really surprised that nobody was on the reception (more than 3 hours),

I like the staff, they are very accomodating.
The room was clean and smells good.
The location was a bit far from the city center, however, manageable since the jeepney terminal was right in front of it.
