For the price is decent, if not because of the noise from the construction my stay wound be better

The location is close to restaurant and grocery store.

Nobody mentioned the construction they were doing. It was noisy every morning.The AC is not cold. The shower floor is not that clean.

Its a great area, nice and clean, easy accessibility and the mattress so comfortable accessible parking lot

The bathroom had long hair on the floor Also the flat sheet and a pillow cover had blood stains at midnight somebody tried to open our door

I will stay here again for a weekend visit.

nice, clean, great location (very close to Santa Clara University) bed was comfy.

No blow dryer. No where for suitcase - luggage rack would be nice.

A once clean well designed and situated hotel is getting a little king in the tooth.

Proximity to Santa Clara University.

Room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. Stayed here over a year ago when I found the room clean and pleasant. So returned this time and found the room greatly deteriorated: Long scuff marks along wall next to bed, flecks of debris on sheets that smelled faintly of BO, fan in bathroom broken, floor of bathroom dirty.

Has potential & cute decor but was disappointed

Great location & staff was nice. Cool coffee spot right across the street to start the day. They’re remodeling so maybe once that’s done conditions improve. Bars are super close by fun night life. Would return just based off location alone

Room smelled weird & wasn’t thoroughly cleaned when we arrived.

it was alright.

the location was convenient and in a nice area.

construction going on. and the rooms were dirty. they had obviously not been cleaned. the floor boards and baseboards literally had dirt on them. look liked that had never been cleaned and floors had never been mopped. also stayed for two days and was never offered room service or new towels.

Cut my stay short due to construction zone and dirty room.

The pictures showed it as a retro 60s era motel.

The room was dirty. There was a trash can propping open a sliding barn door to the bathroom that wasn’t installed properly (it wouldn’t stay open). Exposed box springs on the bed that were dirty. And they don’t tell you it’s a construction zone. Half of the motel is under construction. I was trying to work from the room and couldn’t concentrate, giving the sawing and hammering that was a mere 30 feet from my room door. I complained to the person working there and he said construction didn’t start until 9:00am. It was 8:45am when I went to see him and they had been working for about an hour. And his customer service was bad - no empathy for the work zone noise - it was “my problem” to deal with. We only stayed there 1 night out of 3 that we booked. I also complained to Booking.com and requested a refund, which apparently is at the discretion of the motel to give. Needless to say, no refund has been issued. Buyer beware. DO NOT STAY HERE - a waste of your money!!

Needed a room overnight, overpriced for what it wa@.

Did NOT like having to pay damage deposit! Never had to do that for a hotel room & only a FAIR room @ that.

Very good

The location was perfect for what I was there for. It was nice to be within a short distance to all the things I wanted to do.

The room was stuffy and it was hard to get it dark enough to sleep well. Being right next to the road meant more noise than I had anticipated.

construction works! right next to my wall! I understand everything, but to wake up at 8.00 from horrible sound of hammers, it’s too much. I needed 1 day off to sleep, but this morning ruined my plans.

Great stay!

Location! Walking distance to Santa Clara University and stores.

Construction workers too loud talking among themselves. Not even their machinery or tools.

Comfortable and meet our budget

There are stores close to Signature Inn which is convenient for our stay. Most of staffs are very friendly and room is very clean. No one will bother our stay and room clean only upon request.

There is no hair dryer in our room. Our clothes have no place to hang only wall nodes can be used. Microwave is available only in the reception office and it is too small to heat our takeout food. Noise is pretty loud from neighbor room and street traffic.
