The quality of fitments in the room were excellet. Best shower, for pressure, I have ever had in a hotel. Our only interaction with the staff was when we booked in and had lunch. They were very friendly and helpful and the lunch ( a Thursday and Friday meal deal) was good quality, well priced and met our needs at the time.
The fact that the room was not serviced at all during our 3 night stay which meant that we ran out of tea and milk by our last night. Also when we returned to the hotel in the evening it was always closed or about to close. In mitigation on booking in, we were told that this was a possibility due to the remote location and staffing but 7.45 0n a Sunday night did seem a bit early,

Spotlessly clean. Friendly owners.
Didn't have any glasses in room and we were woken at 5am on Monday morning by noise overhead/upstairs, eg very creaky floors, cups being washed and clattered etc, but everything could be easily remedied.

The location was very peaceful- just be aware it wasn’t in a village but just a short drive if you wanted anything

friendly staff, good breakfast & nice view

Lovely people lovely staff and comfortable rooms
The fire alarm went off and it was so loud I damaged my ears for thr next 2 days. I don't thinknthey knew how to turn it off as it was going off for around half an hour. So this ruined our stay

staff all very attentive and helpful. food fantastic both at breakfast and dinner. room comfortable and very clean throughout whole property.

Nicely positioned in the Cotswolds with easy access to villages and towns. The thick walls and double glazing meant a lovely quiet stay. A mix up with the booking meant we arrived with Dog. Despite not having a dog friendly room left the hosts did everything to accommodate us. Massive thanks.
4.0
clean, very attentive staff, comfy bed
couldn’t fault it
4.5
The staff were very friendly and very welcoming. The chef (Liam) is very passionate about his work and the quality of his food was excellent. The location is quiet and scenic with ample parking. The rooms were clean and cosy.
Can be challenging to get a taxi due to being further out of town.
The rooms could do with some netting on the windows to allow natural light but have privacy, rather than just blackout curtains.

Cooked breakfast for small supplement was very good. Inclusive Continental breakfast also good, with cereal, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit and pastries.

Hosts were very welcoming and kind and did all they could to make our stay comfortable. Room was great, with a very comfortable bed. Food was very good too.
4.5
The location was perfect for us to use as a central point to be able to visit lots of the beautiful villages in the Cotswolds. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting with a lovely welcome when we arrived. Our room was plenty big enough for us with a sumptuous comfy bed and all amenities provided, tea coffee etc all plentiful. Bathroom was lovely looks all fresh new and very clean. Lovely soft towels, and a large velux window above giving loads of light, and a great shower.
The patrons of this establishment are trying very hard to meet each guests expectations, always offering to help and provide what is required.
The breakfast is advertised as continental, cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries and toast - plenty of all. If you want a cooked breakfast orders are taken at your table at a reasonable charge.
The menu for light lunch and dinner is available and again a good selection to choose from with dessert prices are reasonable too. We had a wonderful 2 night stay, would definitely recommend.
We found all accommodation facilities and amenities perfectly adequate for our stay.

Lovely staff. Good access to popular villages. Clean comfy rooms.
Breakfast was served a little late (9am). Overall good though had a transient feel to the place with no surrounding housing or community
4.0
location-clean well appointed rooms- good parking-pleasant staff
full breakfast not included in the price

All the staff made you feel welcome, lovely location, but very remote for entertainment and taxis. It needs a taxi service that they can call on at any time.
Toaster needs upgrading as it does not toast at all, needs at least a couple of times through to get any colour on the bread.
Taps on basins in bathrooms too powerful as it jets all over you, pressure needs reducing or redirecting flow downwards.
