it’s low cost so you get what you pay for but staff and service up its game.

close to town for food and parking although on the street was easy to find. breakfast and the welcome/staff overall was excellent

internet pretty much none existent. rooms at the front get traffic noise until 11pm when it calms down a bit. very small TV.

Lovely guesthouse. Highly recommended!

Such a lovely B&B. I've stayed a few times over the few years and have always found it spacious, comfortable and clean. So very friendly and helpful I would highly recommend. The location is excellent. Parking is on the road but we had no problems at all in the four days we were there.

Exceptional place, exceptional welcome to visiting Witney.

I stayed in the Corncroft to go to a colleagues retirement evening. From start to finish, the welcome, being shown to my room to an excellent breakfast the next morning was a great experience. The staff are attentive and chatty and really do make you feel welcome.

Personally I don't think I could have found a better place to stay in Witney. No complaints at all.

No parking however there is free on street parking in the residential streets behind the guest house so this was not a problem

Very pleasant, reasonably prices and comfortable.

Lovely breakfast which was made for us based on our request. Staff were excellent, greeted us and checked in - saw us off and checked if we needed any help or information. Key system works really if you're getting back late (good wedding stay venue!)

No comments - really nice stay, good size room, facilities etc.

We've stayed before and we'll stay again!

The room was warm and welcoming, clean and tidy. The staff in particular were very friendly, attentive and efficient, and nothing felt like a bother. The breakfast was substantial with plenty to choose from. Overall great value and comfortable accommodation.

We both slept well despite the mattress springs being a little prominent/hard and the street traffic outside being occasionally noisy in the morning. The guesthouse itself seemed very quiet.

disappointing as I have stayed here twice before and had excellent rooms and good service

room was cold, radiator not turned on prior to our arrival, then when put on only warm at the bottom of the radiator. shower was poor and no hot water

Location was fantastic! (but don’t forget no parking.. it does state!) Super friendly staff!

Beds were like Goldilocks. One rock hard and the other so old, zero spring left. breakfast - we would stay again but skip breakfast option. cooked breakfast was half cooked

Comfortable stay and would recommend.

We had room 11 in the eves which was quirky and suited all our needs perfectly. The bed was really comfortable and the temperature of the room was great. Staff were super lovely also.

The breakfast required improvement, however it is the only negative comment I have.

A charming b&b. Staff were most welcoming and friendly and let us check in slightly early which was great as we had travelled for many hours and had our baby with us. the room was very clean and has everything we needed. bed was very comfortable. breakfast was really tasty. highly recommend

very convenient location for a short stay

very friendly greeting and convenient location. good breakfast and even went to the trouble of getting bread and cereal for our dietary needs. clean throughout

one of the beds was comfortable, but the other was very low and springy. the step up into the very small shower room was a tad inconvenient, but I guess it’s to be expected in an older style building.
