Good stay for an unplanned staycation. Price include breakfast n the breakfast was not bad. Overall i'd gave a thumbs up.
Only The bed sheet got some stain when we arrive. But it was not major.

Im malaccan. I stay whenever i come hometown coz now i live in KL. So location wise okay. About the room n services. Not as good as they were in the beginning. Now i think twice before booking.
Why.. First they screw up with breakfast. I ask for room service coz we checked in late night n was too tired, sleepy n hungry to go down.. whoever picked up the person clearly not happy. He replied rudely to come down and when i insist he took down the order then hung up halfway with a loud thud. Then next thing, room card wasnt working. They fixed it then it happened again. They dint hv the right tools of something i dint even bother coz too pissed at whqt happened during breakfast. So yeah.. Not so happy stay this time.
