Good Relaxing one

The staff was good and helpful. Always with a smile and helping mentally. Keep them :-)

The Air Con in the room not cold enough, the pool is small, will be good if the rooms are given different time slots. Also will be good to have a small Gym for atleast Cardio.

Peaceful, comfortable with caring people

Is a very nice, comfortable place and the people who works there is always nice and caring. The bedroom was clean and it had everything you can need. Food was good and no pricey. Head chef was excepcional, very caring.

Peaceful and calm, pity about the wildlife in the water.

We liked the nice view out to the Lake and the sunsets. The coffee was good .

We were very upset by the killing of baby lizards as a man did his duty to stick them on a goey stick with chemicals on, which he showed me. I also was saddened when all the wildlife in the water was wiped out by addition of chemicals to the water overnight. I saw the toad I’d photographed the night before floating dead, along with 4 medium sized fish, a newt and dragonflies - not to mention the hundreds of finger nail sized frogs we’d admired the day before. Rather barbaric in this day and age.

Excellent Location Big spacious rooms Nice rooms ( stayed at the private villa) Friendly staff ( a special mention to our Porter, Mr Ashwin. Very friendly guy and very well spoken.)

Buffet was very limited..one chicken dish, one beef and one fish dish only for non -veg patrons. No tandoor dishes which one must order separately. I might well have just ordered ala carte and avoided the buffet completely Our electricity in our room kept going on and off..not sure if they were doing maintenance or what but was quite annoying after a while

Staf was super helpful, my daughter fell sick and the hotel manager was kind enough to help , the other staff was also helpful. Genuinely thx you sir.

The food was just about ok, while in photos property looks big , it's not that big or fancy. Also the pool is small.

Location with a good lake view and friendly staff, lots of area on the whole including a children's play area. Swimming pool was clean and water not too chlorinated. The kitchen helped us with our request for a surprise cake.

The villas and facilities are a bit aged. Our lake view villa had people in front of it most of the time in the view,making it difficult to keep curtains open for the view 😀. Bath tubs look a bit uncomfortable for use and freshly painted.

Ambience and location was good. Great staff at the reception. Very helpful and courteous. Rooms were good and well maintained

Extremely bad experience. This stay was a gift to a couple and the guest was charged the day they checked in. Inspite of making alternate payment the money collected from the couple was not refunded for 2 days. The manager at the facility did not meet the guest inspite of requesting to meet the manager 3 times. Emails to the hotel went unanswered. Would not recommend

It was a really nice stay with a nice room and great food.

The pool was a bit murky and there were ants and gheckos in the room.

Very good

The villa was spacious, clean, and we had an extremely peaceful two days at the property. A special mention for the staff who were available to help at all times. :)
