A bit on the expensive side considering it only offers location and nothing else.

Walking distance from the city and easy check in process

The room smelt funny as if it hadn’t been aired in a long time. Beds and pillows were very hard. Towels were thin and overused.

That it was at a good location. The beds were comfortable! And the bathroom was good

The value of price money and the room didn’t match at all! There was problem with the WiFi! Though after connecting with the property they said that it was working fine and if the model of your phone is old then it won’t work but my phone is new iPhone 15! That was the problem! And even the door there was problem with the lock as it was difficult to open! And I feel the price money was way too expensive! For this room! Because we didn’t have access to the kitchen!

Would not look for any other place if walking is not an issue.

Great rooms, everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was way nicer than expected. It had everything you could possibly need i.e. iron etc. Close enough to breakfast places, like Tree House, highly recommend. Honestly, the place is spot on.

A bit far from the city center, there isn't much of public transport choice so make sure you like taking 20min walk.

Matratzen durchgelegen, man spürte und hörte die Federn. Die Toilettenbrille war sehr verfärbt und hatte schon Risse. Der TV wurde mit Tesa umwickelt. Hellhöroges Haus. Verwohnter Gesamteindruck

Cozy stay near city centre of Scotland's capital

Room was very cozy and gave a homely vibe. Sockets were next to the bed on side with usb plugs included, not required adaptors. Room included a TV showing main freeview channels. Tea/coffe/milk with kettle provided in the room. Toilet was very clean and stylish, with towels and hygiene products provided. Bathroom was had heated rails to allow towels to be dried off. Toilet also came with a vent exhaust. Had to contact host due to heating issue and he was very approachable. Bed was very comfortable, including the pillows. Self-check in went smoothly, just make sure to have the codes in hand that are send a day or a few days before arrival to the property via this page.

Heating turned off at night, so woke up in a really cold room. Upon contacting host, he re-set the boiler resulting to the following night o be cozier as heating did not turn off by its own at night. Shower gel dispenser in the bath was broken/empty, so had to use our own.

Cold room

When we arrived the room was cold and the heating off. I turned on the radiator but the central heating was closing at night, as a result the room was super cold during the night and we couldn't sleep well. The heating hadn't been turned on by the time we checked out at 10am.

-Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro, 15/20 minuti a piedi, oppure vicino alla struttura è presente una fermata del bus. - Staff gentilissimo, alla nostra richiesta di effettuare anticipatamente il check in hanno risposto subito positivamente e ci hanno fornito un sacco di informazioni utili per il soggiorno. - Camera molto pulita.

Absoluut waar voor je geld.

De ligging was fantastisch. Goed te bereiken met de bus en vlak bij de bezienswaardigheden. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De douche was lekker snel warm en de straal was vrij krachtig. Er waren meerdere beveiligingscodes nodig om in de kamer te komen waardoor ik me erg veilig voelde.

Het matras was vrij hard. Je kon enkele veringen voelen. Ook was het kussen ontzettend dik en hard. Als je daar van houdt is het perfect, maar ik ben een dun kussen gewend en dit gaf mij nekpijn.

Good location, close to many (well noted) restaurants, very close to center

Beds are too old, you fall in the middle. And the heater in the shower is not efficient. You can have a shower but need to go from frozen to burning water.

Nice hotel and price

The room and bathroom were really good.

The heater did not worked at first and we had to ask for help. The hotel rooms are not easy to find, there are two entrance doors and they are not obviously hotel doors. A few signs would be really useful on top of the doors and on the walls.
