I will never stay here again and I should be refunded for at a minimum 1 night because my room wasn’t comfortable. And I

I complained about the heat. It wasn’t heating my room properly. I had it up to the max and the room was still chilly. I complained and they just blew it off. I asked if I could get my beds made and no one speaks English.

The fact I booked a king size smoking room and got a double smoking room bathroom was leaking water from the ceiling I had no towels no washed clothes have you to the front desk and get them the gentleman that checked me and it was not very polite and acted very snobby.. like I was unimportant. I've stayed at this location several times before. It has certainly gone downhill .I will not be staying there again. Also I had no trash can in my room no ashtray floor was dirty. If I went to the bathroom I was getting water All over me. When I asked for a different room they told me they were full there's no other rooms available.

When booking my room, I requested ground level but when I arrived, we were on the 2nd floor and the clerk said the ground floor is more expensive and you booked through a 3rd party so she could not change it, she was not very sympathetic. Being of older stature it was difficult carrying our luggage up a flight of stairs and to our room. It was pretty hard on us.

The location was convenient.

The staff when first arrived was very disrespectful and basically dismissed me after my room was already paid for in booking. An I stated that I have already paid for a room thru booking and he stated there was no more rooms and got in his car and drove away, he wasn't going to refund me or anything.

I came in a room the bus was halfway made their bugs everywhere and every time you flush the toilet overflowed and ran over on the floor I told the front desk dude but he seem to say I already checked in this life only been there for 1 minute

Checked in late that was my fault but when I got there the room wasn't very clean the air conditioning didn't work there was no towels paid $72 dollars for room and they didn't want to switch rooms but did an was denied a late check out the next morning

The pool was closed and it was July. It would have been nice to go for a swim. But we still had a nice stay.
