Perfect for a short visit to San Teodoro

Location is excelent. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. There are 3 different choices for breakfast and is good. Overall it's a good option if you want to visit San Teodoro

The shower is somehow confusing and one of the options spits smelly water

Not great value for money unless you have 4+ staying in the rooms

Good location and staff were helpful with luggage

Staff ignored noise complaint on night 1 and implied it was our fault. Although not the properties fault for the party noise, it is their responsibility to ensure guests can sleep at night. Disappointed with how the complaint was handled

Fabulous customer service and clean, centrally positioned accommodation

Communication was excellent from booking to arrival and throughout our stay. Rooms are central and well located. That can mean some busy noise, but nothing unbearable, and they supply ear plugs if you want them. Clean and modern rooms. Whilst no on-site parking available it was easy to park to load/unload and free parking was only a 2 minute walk away. Suggestions made for where to eat after finding out what we liked.

No major issues at all, just a couple of things that were in the process of getting fixed

- uncomfortable pillows and mattresse - breakfast menu was ok but not many options

Modern, lovely snd unique quality stay right in the heart of San Teodoro

Lovely, spacious and modern room right in the heart of San Teodoro

The breakfast served at the restaurant downstairs has got some room for improvement to make it a better value for money. The selections offered on the menu are very limited, and not even available half of the time, staff did not seem to care as soon as they know you’re a hotel guest and not a restaurant guest.

All Perfect except....

Everything was Perfect except below:

Very noisy place bc it is in the city center. Without ear plugs hard to sleep. Quite of lack privacy. Rooms are just behinde reception. Just 3 options for breakfast everyday the same. Waitres are unkind and you need to wait for everything forever.

Modern stay in the middle of San Teodoro with convenient location in town and 20 min drive to beach

Very clean and modern room in the middle of San Teodoro, walking distance to all restaurants and small town attractions. Free parking and it was about a 20 min drive from nearby beaches

The renovated room was enough luxurious and the host was really kind.

I don't think breakfast should be included. I've taken the worst cappuccino ever in my life at the bar and that ruined the overall impression of the stay. For a week trip in Sardinia, here the room was the best but the breakfast was the worst. Just let people look for a decent bar that offers good brioches and coffee

The room itself was great, nice and spacious and nicely decorated.

The breakfast was a real let down, not fitting with the property or the price of the room. It would be better to sell room only, and then offer a discount for the restaurant downstairs.

Perfect location, clean and nice staff

Accomodation is in the center of San Theodoro, close to supermarket and lots of restaurants. The room was very clean (they cleaned it every day), very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. 10 minutes walk to "la Cinta" beach.

Good

Nice breakfast at the restaurant closeby. We could choose whatever we wanted from the menu and without any time limmitations, which was great. We also appreatiated the shutters a lot.

Town center is very noisy with music til late night. We could sleep well with ear-plugs, though. However, the staff is quite noisy and already hoovering at 10 am in front of our door. The check-out is also far too early.

So noisy!! Bring ear plugs if you want a chance to sleep through the noise of bars, cars and people in the street.

Perfect location in the very center of San Teodoro

- best location - great accommodation, everything is brandnew - the host Lorena was always very friendly and helpful - Wellness shower - great terrace - nice breakfast in the small restaurant just under the hotel - even with a child a great place to stay - many restaurants in the surroundings
