Lovely homes in a perfect location

Beautiful 2 bedroomed house in an ideal location for the beach and bars/restaurants. Welcome drink on arrival, daily breakfast and a sweet snack delivered to us every afternoon. They washed our dusty safari clothes for 1000kes (around £6.50) which was very reasonable as there were a lot of items. There was a room to leave our luggage after check out and they booked a taxi for us to go to Diani airport for our return journey. The house was cleaned every day and the bedding and towels were also changed daily. Fantastic, helpful staff who went out of their way to make sure everyone was perfect. There was a security guard working every night who was also polite and friendly. I would highly recommend V-Szameitat homes to anyone staying in Diani Beach, we have no complaints at all.

Good villa in good location with lovely dedicated staff.

Friendly reception by Monica and Marika (spelling, sorry). Villa was spacious, clean with full facilities. Good outdoor space and seating. The pool was of good size and clean and very relaxing with the monkeys watching us from the side of the pool. The location is perfect, although very quiet, just a few yards up the rough road there are shops, bars, restaurants, a supermarket, ATMs etc. At the bottom of the road is the beautiful white beach. A three minute Tuk Tuk (which are plentiful but negotiate price down) ride takes you to Carrefour supermarket, Safaricom for SIM cards and more. On the way there is a shopping centre with a bank. Breakfast were good and delivered to the villa. A bonus was the afternoon tea which was welcome on our return or while we were relaxing. We would recommend

No real problems. Would have liked more kitchenware, cutlery, dishes and glasses. Netflix was useful but much of it is in Polish.

Fijn ruim huisje met vriendelijk personeel.

Terras voor het huis, fijn zwembad, ruim huisje met overal horren. Uitgebreide keuken, goed bed, goede airco en vlakbij strand, restaurants, winkeltjes en supermarkt. Vriendelijk personeel.

Je kan op het strand nauwelijks rustig lopen door de verkopers die blijven aandringen. Daar kan de accommodatie niets aan doen maar wel goed om te weten als je hier op strand vakantie zou willen gaan.

Un endroit reposant

La gentillesse du personnel et les petits déjeuners variés. Nous avons apprécié la proximité du supermarché et de la plage. Le studio était très propre et bien équipé pour quelques jours.

Sachez que c’est une région où les singes n’ont pas peur de s’approcher des humains donc il est impossible de manger à l’extérieur.

Très belle location, d'autant plus en famille.

Nous étions attendus par l'équipe à notre arrivée, très gentil et serviable, ils nous ont expliqué la location et répondu à nos questions pour aller à la plage à 100m, ou dans les restaurants à 150m, qui sont très biens. Un grand merci à Marie-Rose toujours souriante et aimable. Nous avons loué une grande maison de 2 chambres, spacieuse, chambres climatisées avec compteur électrique, mais cela est normal au Kenya dans ce type de location et nous avons du dépenser 5€ pour 3 nuits de clim. Très bon petit déjeunés, endroit calme, belle piscine, proche de la plage et des restaurants.

Tout était parfait pour le rapport qualité/prix, il y a mieux mais bien plus cher! a vous de choisir.

Przede wszystkim wspaniała, życzliwa i bardzo pomocna właścicielka oraz cały personel. Super lokalizacja przy samej plaży z restauracją. 200 m do marketu. sklepów, banku, restauracji. Domki przestrzenne, w pełni wyposażone są wtopione w piękny ogród z basenem, gdzie grasują lokalne małpki. Śniadanie serwowane do domków . Gorąco polecam to miejsce

Extra time at Diani Beach.

We had such a good time at Diani Beach that we stayed an extra night.

As a result of staying an extra night we had an extremely early start the next day to catch the 8am train from Mombasa to Nairobi, but it was worth it.

Anlage in bestem Zustand in ruhiger,aber zentraler Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Meer,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Bank und Restaurants.Außerordentlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.Wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Frühstück hätte ich nicht gebraucht.Stromabrechnung zu kompliziert (besser am Ende abrechnen).Küchenausstattung insgesamt sehr gut,aber Teflon-Pfanne und -topf wären noch besser.

Very good value comfortable stay in good location

Great value property at a very good location. Supermarket, restaurants & beach all a few min walk away. The apartment itself was comfortable and we enjoyed our short stay very much. We also slept well, felt safe and there were no disruptive sounds, even if in a central location. We would stay again.

The pillows had definitely seen better days & an update is overdue. We would also have hoped we could swim after 6pm, so maybe pool hours could be an extended in the evening. My partner also noted that the manager only spoke to me, not him at all. For example, she shook my hand as goodbye but did not shake his or even say bye towards him.

Logement propre; Plus jolie en réel que sur les images de Booking; Monica nous a fait bon accueil, Esther nous a montré sa gentillesse durant tout notre séjour, elle nous a conseillé sur les prix du transport ainsi que sur la nourriture allant jusqu'a nous proposé le petit déjeuner de V-Szameitat et du UGALI qui a duré 2jours. Rapport Qualité-Prix Excellent; Je le recommande vivement. Rien à dire de négatif

Très agréable.

La piscine est top, très propre mais un peu trop chaude! Les jeunes filles à l'accueil sont vraiment très bien! L'appartement est vaste, ample et très propre.

Le seul problème c'est la voix trop forte de la vieille dame allemande qui crie à coté de la maison et ce tr'ès tôt le matin.

Le meilleur rapport qualité prix à Diani Beach

Tout était parfait! La gentillesse du personnel La réactivité de Viata en cas de question ou de besoin. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée La proximité de la plage et des commerces Et le contrôle de la consommation d’électricité est un plus, qui nous permet de prendre conscience que l’électricité est précieuse et que nous la gaspillons inutilement (nous en avons eu assez pour les 3 jours en régulant)

Tolle Unterkunft am Meer zum sehr guten Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Schön angelegte Anlage in der Nähe des Strandes. Das Areal wurde nachts von einem Wächter bewacht. Die Häuser waren gut aufgebaut (großer Wohn-/Essbereich mit Küche , Bad und zwei Schlafzimmern (mit Klimaanlagen in diesen). Die Ausstattung war gut (incl. Trinkwasserspender [kalt und warm]). Familiärer Empfang. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Geschäfte und Restaurants nah bei.

Toilettenbrille fehlte und wurde während des Aufenthalts nicht eingebaut (trotz anders lautender Mitteilung),

Perfekte Lage, zwei Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, wenige Minuten zu Restarant und Supermärkten. Schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit schöner Terrasse.

Very near to the beach, restaurants and shops, very helpful staff, nice monkeys! They allowed us to check out later to have a final swim and brought us the hairdryer in the evening. There was air-conditioning in each bedroom and fans in every room. Big kitchen with microwave. Nice pool. You could hear the sound of the sea waves from the bedroom!

Only small minor points: Beds were not the most comfortable and to wash our feet from sand after the beach we needed to go to the swimming pool (not too far anyway!)

I loved it!!!

Amazing location. Very near to the beach(2-3 minutes walk). Totally in love with the one bedroom house. I had a lovely garden view and the sounds of the ocean waves 24/7, fine breeze, Lots of monkeys around and a very cool relaxing place. They topped up1500sh for the Electricity and it was more than enough during my 2 night stay. The breakfast was amazing. I stayed there for 2 nights and they gave us different menus. Esther and the new kind lady who explained to us everything during check in was amazing! Kokkos restaurant and Chandarana Supermarket just 2-4 minutes walk away! Definitely coming back when I am there again. A much better option than the expensive hotels in Diani.

Everything was perfect except just a suggestion if cleaning could be done every day rather than every consecutive day. It would be so much better and convenient

Beautiful facility, centrally located, well organized, staff is very friendly.

Furnishings on the verandah of the one bedroom apartments are ok, but should be similar to the photos. I didn't notice more... would definitely book again.

We really had a great time and would recommend to stay in a very clean environment where your needs are attended to.

Fully furnished, very clean and spacious home. Very close to the beach. Clean swimming pool

The monkeys could be a bit of a nuisance lol 😂. One monkey entered our home as the door was open halfway one afternoon and jumped on the table and took a banana from a plate sealed with cling film. Very clever monkey 🙈
