Exceptional place, it definitely lives up to its name, UNIQUE!!!

It was clean, well equipped and cosy. Felt so welcome at check in and they went the extra mile for my partner’s birthday. We enjoyed every minute spent there.

Les hôtes étaient très sympathiques et disponibles La taille du logement La grande douche Pratique et calme pour visiter Belfast

La qualité de la wifi est très faible lorsque l'on se trouve dans la chambre La cuisine manquait d'ustensile pour faire correctement à manger (aucune spatule, 1 seule petite poêle, etc .) De plus, nous avons trouvé des bouteilles entamées dans le frigo (jus d'orange et lait). Les alarmes incendie se déclenchent trop facilement et il a fallut les acquitter tous les matins après la douche ! Le logement n'était malheureusement pas très propre lorsque nous sommes arrivés (plaque de la cuisine, cheveux dans la douche, etc.)

10/10 would recommend this place to anyone who wanted a relaxed get away.

cleanliness, fantastic hosts, lovely area to stay in. Easily got taxis to and from city centre.

Couple 3-night stay

The accommodation was beautiful and Martina and Paul are lovely hosts. They made us feel very welcome and the personal touch for my husband's birthday was lovely, nothing is too much trouble for them. The accommodation is very modern with everything you need. The accommodation is just a short stroll away from all the local bus stops that get you into the city centre in no time. Martina kindly put a letter together with places of recommendation to go which was helpful. This was our first trip to Belfast. We would highly recommend Unique Stay at Belfast for however short or long your stay. 😊

The location didn’t work for us. Too far from the city and quite costly and inconvenient to get transit into city. Bus service on weekend limited.

Exceptional

I loved everything about this property. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, they left a list of recommendations with places to eat etc and this was very useful. There is parking onsite at the apartment. The apartment itself was spotless clean, cosy and had all the essentials and cooking facilities. A comfortable bed and excellent shower made the stay comfortable. It's an excellent location, 10 minutes to The Black Mountains, 30 minutes to Cave Hill and 20 minutes to Belfast City. Great location for hiking/outdoor activities but also so convenient for getting into the city. I would highly recommend if visiting Belfast, honestly you won't find nicer hosts in Belfast.

Outstanding.

Everything. The apartment is just fabulous : beautifully done with a stunning painting in the living room/kitchen. Martina and Paul could not do enough to help one out and are warm, charming, welcoming hosts. Paul's mate even came over to sort something out a minor hitch. (I couldn't switch on the brand new really posh digital oven.) I could not recommend it more. What are you waiting for. Stop dithering and just book it.

Good place to stay.

Excellent facilities, accessible to bus routes into centre of Belfast. Taxi’s cheap into Belfast.

Had no control over the heating so it was a tad cold at times.

We expected a lofty attic, to land in a granny flat in the back (- underhand, and a bit backhanded?)

The unit was comfortable, clean and in the back of the property, noise free. The heating worked very well, an important factor in the month of December, and in a ground floor dwelling.

What displeased us was the fact that the advertised property - the one we thought we had booked - was not the one we ended up in. We were under the impression we would be staying in a spacious, tastefully appointed attic with Velux windows and a hardwood floor, rather than a more plain, ground floor granny flat in the back. Multi unit owners should not be allowed to show photos of multiple properties in the same photo set. The different photo sets should be clearly demarcated to make sure the guests know exactly which of the three units they are paying for and staying in. The granny flat we were in was not bad, it was OK, it just happened to be something other than what we thought we had paid for. Thus the low rating for the 'host' element of the evaluation here, the facilities themselves were perfectly OK.

Amazing wish I would stay longer.

very clean property and located very well to get to from Belfast city centre.

very modern property was able to connect my phone to the tv, wifi was very good and reliable as me and my partner came for the Christmas market the property was warm and cosy before we even stepped foot. This let us know the hosts are awesome and they are very friendly and kind have very good recommendations and a lovely little list on the kitchen counter for cab numbers and other fun things to do around Belfast.

Just amazing

Beautiful apartment. Well equipped and very well thought through. From the decor to the spare phone chargers and dry shampoo. Lots of little things that make it truly unique. The highlight for me was the pillows... Best pillows yet.. choice and lots of them!! All in all everything was great. Very relaxed and made to feel very welcome by Martina

Not a thing. Everything was perfect. Only one recommendation... some kind of security light to help a couple of drunken Scots find their way in the dark😂😂

The interior decor was lovely, it was great to have Netflix, prime etc so many places barely provide standard telly, all facilities you could want was there too
