Gran ubicación y excelente servicio

El hotel es pequeño pero excelente, tiene todo lo que necesitas. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero hermosas y bien equipadas para lo que es NYC, super luminosas. El personal muy atento, y predispuesto a resolver nuestras consultas. Tuvimos un problema con el inodoro (estaba tapado cuando lelgamos) y lo resolvieron en 15 minutos. Desde los chicos de mesa de entradas, hasta la encargada del desayuno y todos los que nos cruzamos (limpieza y mantenimiento) super amorosos y dispuestos a que sea una gran estadía. El desayuno es super completo, agregaría algunas frutas más, pero está perfecto. Por último la ubicación es PERFECTA, tenés el metro a la vuelta, little italy y chinatown super cerca, y la zona comercial de soho a 5 cuadras, así como los bares de noho a 8 cuadras. Nos manejamos en subte y caminando, y fue fundamental elegir esa zona. Volvería SIN DUDAS!

Agregaría frutas en el desayuno.

Kleineres, modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Metro- Stationen in der Nähe. Genau passend für ein Sightseeing Aufenthalt. Ruhiges Zimmer. Wasser und Kaffee im Foyer kostenlos.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per questo hotel in posizione comodissima alla metro. Colazione buonissima servita in una sala pulita e spaziosa. Hotel con pulizia giornaliera delle camere. Silenziosissimo. Consigliato assolutamente.

Petit havre de paix où il était bien agréable de séjourner

Hotel très sympa, rénové récemment avec gout, bien situé et propre, avec du personnel aux petits soins de l'accueil à la salle du petit déjeuner, ou voire adorable comme Reuben à la réception, toujours souriant et accueillant, comme le serveur du petit déjeuner également et d'autres. Petit déjeuner correct, grande salle agréable et tables espacées. il ne manque juste que quelques bricoles comme du lait chaud, un peu plus de fruits, ou du pain frais. Chambre mini mais bien équipée (fer à repasser + mini table, sèche cheveux, cafetière, bac à glaçons) Menage de la chambre toujours impeccable.

Chambre et salle de bain un peu petites, vite en pagaille par le manque de rangement. Il ne manquerait qu'une petite armoire ou une commode pour ranger correctement ses affaires. (en plus des 2 grands tiroirs présents dans les chevets) Le problème récurent des toilettes bouchées (à 4 reprises room 410) nous a bien ennuyé même s'ils sont vite intervenus à chaques demandes, il a fallut trouver des toilettes sur notre chemin parfois, plutôt gênant. La triste vue sur le mur gris et le bruit de machine (avec bouchons, on ne l'entend plus)

Nice stay, great location but no clear pet friendly policy

I liked the location, the complimentary breakfast and the comfy bed.

There was a costant smell coming from the restroom and the toilet flush was not working properly so we had to ask to get it fixed twice. We also found out that the hotel was pet friendly. We had a dog in a room on our floor barking for more than an hour so we had to complain to the front desk. I don’t think it is not fair to allow a dog on a floor where there are also other guests. If an hotel is pet friendly, they should have dedicated areas and allocate a floor exclusively to dogs owners.

Comfortable hotel

I loved how clean the room was, all the staff have been amazing from day one. Helaida (I think) the waitress at breakfast time is so kind and helpful. She does her job excellent!!! The supervisor has also been very helpful and she is really kind. When I come back to NY I think I’ll book the same hotel! Thank you guys🤍🤍🤍😘😘😘

The only thing I’d change, the quality of the proteins: eggs, sausages and burgers.

Hotel propre et agréable bien placé pour visiter, bons restaus à proximité, bon rapport qualité/prix

Hotel très bien placé, entre Chinatown et Little Italy, à 5mn du métro. Chambre et sanitaires très propres, grand lit et bonne literie, SDB petite mais grande douche agréable, grands flacons gel douche/shampoing à disposition, sèche-cheveux. Espace suffisant dans la chambre pour poser 2 valises. Hotel calme, personnel agréable. A disposition gratuitement dans le hall d'accueil, café, thé et chocolat chaud, appréciable en hiver ! Machine à pancakes à disposition pour le PDJ Machine à glaçons à disposition et distributeur de canettes/grignotises dans la salle du PDJ (payant)

Le petit-déjeuner est correct, il pourrait être amélioré au niveau des plats chauds proposés (notamment les oeufs brouillés, poudre d’œufs lyophilisée pas terrible), un assortiment de charcuterie serait appréciable (jambon, bacon), on est aux US, on a envie de PDJ américain! La pâte à tartiner au chocolat pour agrémenter les pancakes a disparu du buffet entre décembre et février... Donuts industriels. Dans la chambre, bruit de soufflerie assez important qui peut gêner les plus sensibles.

Es gibt einen Frühstücksraum im Untergeschoss. Geboten werden verschiedene Variationen von Ei, Würstchen, Gemüse, etc, cereals, Waffeleisen, Bagel, Toast, Croissant, Kaffee, Tee, Fruchtsäfte Die Zimmer sind klein, aber funktionell ausgestattet, alles ist noch recht neu und sehr sauber. Zimmerservice gibt es täglich. In der Lobby ist eine Kaffeeautomat, falls man kein Frühstück gebucht hat. Auch gibt es diverse Artikel an der Rezeption, falls man etwas vergessen hat. Im ersten Stock gibt es auch ein kleines Fitnessstudio mit Cardiogeräten und Gewichten. Der Hit ist die Lage des Hotels am Schnittpunkt der sehr lebendigen Stadtteile, Soho, Chinatown, Little Italy. An der Canalstreet gibt es mehrere Subwaystationen, von wo aus man jeden Punkt in NY sehr unkompliziert erreichen kann. Die Umgebung ist sehr lebendig und man findet viele kulinarische Möglichkeiten vor um seinen Hunger zu stillen. Das Team im Hotel ist hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder

A really good hotel that match the expectations!

My stay was amazing! Check in really late and was welcome by the staff, who was so nice and kind. The room was really charming and cocooning! The bathroom was more than correct and very clean. The breakfast is offered and pretty good ! I would like to thanks Reuben, Kaina and Jhonathan to have made my stay really incredible and provide everything I needed! I will recommend the hotel !

Great value and overall great experience here.

Gorgeous room, great breakfast, and friendly staff.

Couldn’t turn on A/C since it was set to heat only. And there is loud mechanical equipment outside the 8th floor window, so when you open the window to get air you hear it.

Séjour agréable

Emplacement vraiment parfait pour découvrir la ville en métro ou pour se rendre à l’aéroport. L’hôtel est proche de quartiers sympa de Manhattan. Le personnel est super agréable ça fait plaisir, que ce soit à la réception ou au petit déjeuner. La chambre est très propre et le lit assez confortable. Bon rapport qualité/prix

Sehr gute Lage, nah an der Metro. Sehr sauber, schöne Zimmer mit ausreichender Größe.

Etwas wenig Stauraum in den Zimmern (kein Kleiderschrank) und leider etwas hellhörig.

Stay Here!!

The staff are SO friendly! They are honestly fabulous and I could not fault a single one of them. The receptionists, the cleaners, the chefs; they were all exemplary people who were very polite.

The disposable plates at breakfast was a bit wasteful; I’d like to see some changes on that front to make things more environmentally sustainable.

La pulizia, il letto comodo, il silenzio, la gentilezza dello staff, il dispenser di bevande gratuito h24 nella Hall

La colazione purtroppo è troppo ridotta, nel senso che non è per nulla internazionale ed offre poche alternative.... Ci si deve adattare nel paese in cui si va, però da un Best Western ci si aspetta molta più varietà riguardo appunto la colazione..... Scordatevi il caffè NORMALE. La mancanza di un armadio per l'abbigliamento.

Bien, pero falta mejorar

Desayuno bueno, pero debiera variar un poco más y mejorar la calidad de los productos. La cama súper cómoda. Habitación en cuanto a tamaño está regular, mejoría el tamaño.

La vista de la pieza no era la mejor, se escuchaba ruidos de la pieza de al lado , ventana no aislaba bien el ruido exterior.

Decoração moderna, cama super confortável, pequeno almoço incluido.

Com muito ruído vindo da rua. Embora com metro muito perto, as redondezas não são as ideias para conhecer a cidade. O pequeno almoço incluído é uma excelente vantagem face aos preços da cidade, mas a qualidade das opções é tudo muito industrializado.

Great hotel and will return.

This was one of the few hotels I could find with two double beds. The room was comfortable, clean and bright. Nichole at the front desk was very helpful when we checked in.

Super Clean Friendly Hotel at Perfect Location

The location is superb, right by Canal Street Station. The staff was beyond amazing, really nice and accommodating. The room and common areas were spotlessly clean.
