It's a lovely little studio apartment in a quiet area of town on a very pretty street.
My fault for not thinking there would be stairs rather than a lift!

The place is super cute, bed is wildly comfortable, strong AC, easy parking, great location!
TV streaming was slow/unresponsive and would've been nice to have some K-cups, but these are super tiny things and not at all a big deal.

Location was great; walking distance to the heart of Savannah. The unit was nicely decorated and had good amenities.
However, the unit was a bit old and creaky. The bathroom could’ve used better cleaning and the shower was tiny. The bed was a a bit uncomfortable and small for two people. In addition, we had issues checking in. You needed two codes, one for the outer door and one to the actual room. The room code given to us in the check-in instructions did not work and we weren’t even given a code for the outer door. We had to call in to get this resolved. We witnessed two other groups during the length of our couple day stay struggling to check-in with the same exact issues.

Very cozy. Great location.
Bed was a little small for 2 adults.

Studio was located in a nice quiet residential area, within a short walk to the stop for the free trolley bus to town. A Kroger grocery was also within walking distance. Studio was cozy and had quiet air conditioning, which was much needed as was very warm. The owner left clear instructions which was welcome.
The studio was much smaller than expected, and a bit tight for two people. Bathroom needs upgrading. Although cozy, it was very cluttered. This studio is not suitable for people with mobility issues as up two steep flights of stairs. Also, the room is accessed using a 10-digit key code, however it wasn’t clear how to lock the door on leaving, which we eventually worked out. This was also an issue for new visitors in the room downstairs, who we had to assist.

I was never given the code to get into the front door. By the time I arrived, no one was answering phones, and I finally got a hold of someone in customer service who is able to get me the code. Then once I got into the room, it was boiling hot because the air conditioning was not on. I had to leave for a few hours before I could return for the room to be cool down.

Charming studio, well equipped, in a lovely neighborhood.
We had trouble making the booking online, we had to call staff to do it again, and it was quite tedious... (also, the code to open the door to get to the studio is super long, so it's always a drag to get in and out).
3.5
It’s full-furnished for what you may need for cooking.
I didn’t receive the code to get in to the house. I have to contact the agent.

Within walking distance to a few breakfast places, there's a Kroger's not far away where you can stock the mini fridge with some easy to cook stuff.
The room is very clean instructions are very clear. Definitely feels like you're staying in an old Savannah home.
And the bed was definitely a full not a queen, but it was very cold when we were in Savannah so me and my wife were huddled together and didn't really notice the size of the bed that much anyway. The TV was kind of adjacent to the bed at a weird angle. But you can kind of twist it to aim at the bed better. There was no Wi-Fi password and no one could help me at vacasa

the shower needs a detachable shower head with adjustability. the bed is to short…

Location is great. Charming building. Quiet neighborhood.
The the space was very comfortable overall.
I booked this through Booking .com and it said it was $77.00 a night. I was a bit shocked to see my credit card charged 197.00. This place is for sure NOT worth that much. I would say $120-140 tops. Also, the decor is a bit 'kitchy'

close to shops and restaurants
bed was a bit small
