The location was close to the beach and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Clothes storage was plentiful. The available kitchen was nice.
The wifi was spotty and there used to be coffee but they didn't have it. The towels had holes in them.

It was in the centre of everything! Very clean and lovely staff
It was a little small but great if you’re on a budget. Was a bit noisy some evenings, but we were very central, so it’s expected!

Great location (just minutes to bars, restaurants and beach) friendly staff, a good book swap! The best thing was being able to take the beach chairs for free!! (and beach towels included), it is now quite expensive to rent chairs on the beach, 600 pesos, so taking the ones from the hotel saved us a lot money). I think this is the only hotel that provides this service.

nothing
the room don’t look like the picture, no table and chairs, black furniture not brown, arrived earlier than their check in time asked for lower floors with 3+ reservations not arrived yet the reception didn’t want to make any effort to switch or check reservations in their system. switching floor is very common people have different needs different preferences they don’t pay you for their inconvenience, several pictures under the room type none had black furnitures you don’t cheat people come to your place then offer something else, moved from a dorm out of town didn’t go for a seaside hotel black furniture, booked here for the convenience in town and nice looking room, with knee problems and more money paid had to climb step by step to the third floor at the end of day just to sleep and look at that uxxy black in a smaller room no table nor chairs. left voice message and called booking for compensation then ask directly the next day, the reception refused, so put a review here for references. have seen people don’t get what they paid for here and there, it’s better Booking.com can set up a rule for compensations

*Shower worked
*Location was good
* Aircon worked.
Very small room and rundown hotel. We got the room number 1 on the first floor, so the noise was very loud from the hallway and from the streets. Hotel workers shouting until late. Bathroom was not clean, lot's of long black hair on the floor.
Cherry on top was water pump they put on every day for 1-2 hours that was behind our room. That noise was so loud that we had to leave the hotel to the beach. Just crazy loud. Really old furniture, stained sheets and curtains. Bed was really uncomfortable old spring mattress. So don't be fooled of the ratings you see - for that money pick something else. When we checked out the sewer in front of the main door was full and leaking and that smell was not good. Please pick some other hotel.

Great location. Quiet.Nice seating area downstairs to eat. Also, nice touch by providing beach chairs to use.
Towels are very old. Also, wanted to charge for taking a beach towel even though it said you could every other day without charge.

there were lots of ants and bugs in the room, the bedsheets were stained and sandy when we arrived. Staff speaks limited English and was not very friendly

The location is the best. Close to everything but not on the noisy streets.
Gabriel from front desk was very helpful.
the rooms are clean and have everything needed.
The shower was a bit clogged so only a few lines of water were falling

The property is basically run down. I was fooled by the 8.2 rating… very far from the actual state of the property. The bedlinen was dirty when we got into the room (the yellow patches in them was attributed to the use of sunscreen - up to you if you want to believe it or not). Shortly after we found out that the toilet was broken and they needed to call someone to fix it. In general the level of maintenance and cleanliness is appalling, despite the hotel charging European rates for the room. The staff was helpful, but did not even have the decency to offer a refund or at least a discount after my complaints.

The location was convenient and central to everything
I had to accommodate staff, rather than the staff accommodating me. If I had a question about accommodation, I knew the answer would be no, so I stopped asking.

The location was great! Close to the beach and all the restaurants and activities. It had everything we needed to stay for two nights. There were toiletries, AC and a ceiling fan which cooled down the room very well.
The windows were facing inner corridor and we could hear children yelling and running around from early in the morning. The furniture could use a remodelation. Also there wasn't a lot of space but for our 2 days stay it was alright. I would say a bit overpriced for what you get

Great location in town a block from the malecon side. Very basic hotel but clean and well managed. Only stayed two nights before moving into an apartment but would stay there again, maybe longer if I had a suite with more room and a kitchenette.
The basic room is OK but a little small and claustrophobic. Was OK for.two nights but don't think much longer. Upgraded suites with kitchenettes looked more comfortable but a little pricier. Depends on length of stay I guess.

The housekeeper was a nice and kind man. He was helpful during my stay.
The shower doesnt work well and there seem to be cockroach in my luggage after the first night. The manager who is a lady I only saw during my departure let me pay 300 pesos for a late check out while during the check-in that was flexible. The other rooms where empty so I don’t get the big deal. There is only a window on the gallery where guests walk by (they could look into your room when you leave the shades open).
