Friendly, spacious and central

Spacious room, nice extras like ear plugs, snacks and air conditioning unit. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Noisy, but to be expected when you are on the doorstep of the action. No breakfast but some great options available near by - Red Roaster was exceptional.

Lovely Hotel and Staff

Clean and comfortable. Staff very responsive

Noise from nearby pub and other residents. Appreciate it was a bank holiday weekend but even when using the complimentary ear plugs, we were woken by other people in the hotel. Especially those in the room above.

Central, clean and convenient

The room was spacious, light and well equipped. The design was great, a fridge with water and milk was supplied.

The shower itself was a bit on the small side and the pressure not fantastic. It wasn't really a hotel as there was no reception nor breakfast available, but lots of brunch Cafés nearby in The Lanes. I didn't like to be recorded on CCT cameras ( we are super strict in Switzerland with image recording) and the fact that not even my daughter and her boyfriend were allowed in to help with my luggage. A checkout time at 10.00 on a weekend is a little tight.

Lovely trip to Brighton

The host was very welcoming and lovely. Felt very professional. Would really recommend staying here. Was a very clean, big room. Air con provided. Such a great experience.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel, but luggage storing facility not good9

Decor beautiful. Location great. Facilities in room excellent. Fridge, air con unit, kettle, mood lighting around bed, robes, snacks, milk, packets of Alpen, water, hairdryer all provided in room.

No secure place to leave luggage. We arrived in Brighton at 11am as we wanted to spend as much time there as possible, check in was not till 3pm so asked if we could drop the case off. We were told it would be at our own risk as there was no left luggage facility. Obviously we didn't want to walk round with the case for 4 hrs so took the chance. We had to leave them in the hall of the hotel. On departure day, again we were not leaving till 6pm, we were told we could leave the case at our own risk and they had to be collected by 2pm, we were therefore having to walk round with it for the next 4 hrs. Before check in and after you check out you have to contact the hotel by text or phone as it is not manned full time. Lighting not very good to do make up in the room we stayed in. Mirror was in the darkest point in the room.

Very good

Location was good. Room very well laid out - particularly liked the fact that there was a fridge.

Shower was very narrow. Tv was a bit on the small side for the size of the room. I thought the 10 am check out was a little early - only my opinion though.

Fabulous and clean hotel in a superb location

We loved the location it was almost on the sea front opposite the pier but without the noise of the traffic. The door code to let yourself in at your convenience was great and communication from the hotel was first class

Our fault but the small room really was small. We should have taken a larger room

Great stay!

I don’t normally leave reviews but we were suppppper impressed Antonietta was really informative, felt like she cared about why we was here. This was a great location not in the hustle n bustle of the main town, but a relative close walking distance. Very spacious room, rituals soap/shower. Amazing. Wasn’t a hurry to check in or get us in our way. Very attentive. I personally absolutely loved the portal with recommendations of bars, restaurants activities, all had pins in correlation to the property as well so you knew exactly what the distance was. Seamless check in and check out process as well. Our stay was a short one overnight in preparation for the Brighton Marathon. Would recommend for couples for sure!

My only qualm was the fact we had a practically ground floor room so was quite noisy through the night and our room was immediately next to the front door. Although the host provided ear plugs some noise just wasn’t blocked out. This might be a different experience if you were in another room by otherwise this would be a 10 rating for sure

The perfect place to stay after a night out in Brighton.

The room had lovely decor, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. east walking distance to Lanes etc. The opportunity to buy the parking permit was really helpful. Very friendly host. Would definitely book again.

Comfortable, clean, friendly, chilled and close to the sea

It was exceptionally clean, the staff were friendly and very informative. Written information and information about the area was sent to my ‘phone meaning it was on hand whenever needed. The room was spacious with kettle and Nespresso machine, complimentary water and snacks. The shower was great. It was nice to stay somewhere where it was possible to open the window unlike some hotels.

Both a plus and a minus - being very central it was also a little noisy at night - but that is to be expected in Brighton.

Perfect find

Well equipped room, beautifully decorated with nice little touches to make the stay feel extra special. Ambient lighting, bath robes,

No breakfast at this place but literally a wonderful choice of breakfast places at the end of the street in Kemptown.

Location is excellent. Staff was lovely and the room was very clean. They’ve allowed us to leave our luggage after we checked out which was greatly appreciated.

Check out being early (10am) and there being an alarm at 10am. Not a pleasant note to end on.
