A repetir.

A localiação é excelente, a 5 minutos (a pé) do mar, do mercado dos lavradores e da Sé. Apartamento T1, com dimensões generosas. Novo, ou renovado há pouco tempo. Garrafa de água e de vinho à chegada, gentileza da proprietária. Condições adequadas para preparar pequenos almoços ou outras refeições. Cama preparada, toalhas de wc e uma de praia. Sabonete líquido. WiFi e TV por cabo. Atenção da proprietária, fácil de contactar, por whatsapp e telefone, respondeu prontamente e interveio quando necessário. Preço justo, atendendo à centralidade e acessibilidade.

Houve um problema com o funcionamento da caldeira (bomba de calor), que se refletiu na climatiação e nos banhos, mas que se ultrapassou com a auda da proprietária.

Comoda y agrabable

La casa perfecta,moderna,cómoda,buena iluminacion.Las fotos de Booking no le hacen justicia. Botella de vino y agua de bienvenida Había gel en el baño y productos de limpieza en la cocina y había cosas que seguramente se dejaron los anteriores huéspedes,algo de café,sal,azúcar....restos. Debajo justo había un Continente. Calle muy silenciosa por las noches. Me deje una cosa olvidada cuando dejamos la casa , escribí a la anfitriona y se molestó en buscarla y escribirme. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Por de ir algo,no había pinzas de la ropa y el suelo del salón estaba algo sucio cuando llegamos.

Best apartment in Madeira!

This apartment is absolutely perfect! Great location close to the center and supermarket, safe area. Big apartment! Super fresh and clean, new. Balcony and a great rooftop! Dishwasher and washing machine! Great communication with the hosts. Great wifi. Would recommend to anyone!

Super posizione centrale, sempre comodo avere il centro città a due passi dall hotel. Centro commerciale vicino 30 metri

Posizione e la struttura nuova

Avrei preferito più istruzione dettagliate di come e dove inserire i codici di accesso, a che piano si trovava l appartamento e più posate in cucina. Consiglio di mandare foto con tastiera per l accesso e il piano dove si trova l appartamento.

Amazing

We were 3 people and loved the flat, the comfort and the location as well. The flat is located in a perfect and populate area and you have so many shops around it. Also, the rooftop has a great view of Funchal, specially in the night. The flat has everything you need for you stay, the cleaning was good and Susana is helping you when you need something or if you have any issue. I recommend it.

Modern and well equipped apartment in the center of Funchal

Nicely renovated, spacious, well-equipped apartment near the center of Funchal. The entrance was easy, the host sent the gate code in advance. All the main things that a person needs on a daily basis are available at the accommodation. Highly recommended

The address of the accommodation is entered incorrectly on the Booking interface, but the host separately sent the exact location of the apartment. The bathroom was not 100% clean, my wife found several hairs during our arrival. In the bathroom, the exhaust fan didn't always work and even when it was on, it was not efficient enough, it could not extract the steam during the shower.

Wish I could give it a 10

Fantastic location, very central. Within easy walking distance to shops beach and public transport. Apartment is of a high standard, with all the extras.

Messaged the owner in the first day to try and get some help with the air con settings, as it wasn't blowing cool enough. No reply, all week. I was disappointed with this. Ended up just putting up with the heat, a shame after making sure the place has air con, to not have it working effectively. And not get any response from the owner.

Disappointed

Very close to everything including supermarkets.

The property was good the huge was the air conditioner that was working the temperatures would go from 27.5°C to 28.8°C inside of the apartment (extremely hot 🔥). Tried to contact the owner but I have been ignored 🙁

Please change the bed

The location was great, very near the centre. The apartment was well equipped, with everything you might need for a few days stay. Good value for money.

The bed was horrible. It was a very uncomfortable couch, we had trouble sleeping because of it and had some things getting out of it that made me some bruises when getting out of bed. It is the only negative thing I can say about this place, if they change the bed it would be a 10/10.

I would absolutely like to return, as long as the owner resolves the air conditioning issue, it’s a lovely apartment.

The apartment is in a great location. large and very well equipped. great shower, in a large bathroom

my one complaint, which is very significant. The apartment boasts air conditioning, which obviously is needed. However the occupant and paying guests can’t use it. it seems to be controlled remotely on automatic, which even the cleaner tried to alter to manual, to no avail. Contacted the the owner twice on the issue, it was still not resolved, second time didn’t even get a reply. The result was the apartment was stiflingly hot at night. You wouldn’t open the windows as there is obviously street noise.
