it’s decent

the staff and the cafes nearby, along with the canal

the elevator didn’t work and the breakfast is small. also the wifi works poorly on the fifth floor along with the hallway smelling

Première expérience dans une auberge de jeunesse réussie !

Le personnel était très accueillant. L'endroit très bien situé (pour ce qui m'intéressait). Et le rapport qualité prix est super.

Parfait!

Personnel sympathique, lits tout à fait silencieux, chambre assez grande, étage réservé aux femmes, propreté, sécurité. Bar/restauration disponible et pas trop cher.

Good area and decent room

Good location, lovely room with a balcony. Lots of food and drink options nearby. Staff were friendly and room was clean although showing signs of use which is to be expected.

It would be nice to provide hair dryers in the private rooms.

***BEST HOSTEL IN PARIS***

The environment was awesome! The staff was great. With so many different ethnic people staying there, you could easily make friends with anyone from around the world! The Mexican staff was friendly and helpful. The IRISH and FRENCH knew how to throw beer pong parties at night!

I have nothing to complain about.

Es war in Ordnung, ich habe mich auch relativ wohlgefühlt, auch wenn es unruhige Nächte gab.

-Anbindung der Metro war in Ordnung -Gesellschaftliche Abende, um gut Kontakte zu knüpfen

-Komfort im Zimmer (Gepäckaufbewahrung zum Ausziehen unter den Betten waren teilweise laut, Fenster kaputt und damit offen geblieben, Licht am Bett defekt und wurde auch trotz Info nicht repariert) -Keinen Tee mehr an der Bar zu erhalten ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit wie 21 Uhr

Habitaciones comodas, la limpieza en general muy bien. Esta alejado de la zona centrica pero cerca del metro.

El acceso a la cama de arriba es incomodo, faltaría una luz puntual en la misma. el canasto de guardado es de buen tamaño pero muy ruidoso y poco funcional.

morgens um 6-7 Uhr Lärm auf dem Flur Abfluss im Waschbecken läuft nicht ab, schmutzig

Atención personalizada! Es DEMASIADO IMPORTANTE! En cuanto al servicio o atención al cliente es demasiado importante que quienes atiende brinden calidez, trato cordial, amable y más, entonces creo que en éste sentido es un servicio EXCELENTE.

Tener que retirarme del lugar, era necesario descansar más días. Pero bueno así es debes trabajar más.

Ótima!

Apesar do Hostel ficar afastado do centro de Paris, ele ficava a uma caminhada de uns 10 minutos de 2 estações de metrô. O Hostel é grande, tem uma bar no térreo. Tem um segurança na entrada, que verifica se você é hóspede ou não. Se quiser deixar as malas antes do check-in ou depois do check-out, eles também tem um luggage room, mas tem que pagar para deixar a mala, acredito que tenha sido uns 8 euros por 24 horas, o valor depende se a mala é grande ou pequena. O dormitório é grande, tem umas mesas com cadeiras, a cama é confortável, tem cortina, tomadas, iluminação própria e um locker-baú embaixo delas. No dormitório que eu fiquei também tinha uma parte separada com pia e espelho. O banheiro achei limpo, os vasos sanitários são separados da ducha, tem bastante espaço de bancada, com tomadas e secador. O café da manhã valeu super a pena, tudo á vontade e era bem farto.

No primeiro dia, tive que tomar banho frio pois não saía água quente. E é nojento tomar banho no último box de chuveiro com outras pessoas tomando banho ao mesmo tempo, porque toda a água dos outros boxs vão para o ralo desse último box.

Great location close to the metro. Relatively affordable price compared to hotels of the same category. Breakfast available directly at the hotel.

Few sockets in the room. Breakfast is very modest for the price. Not very comfortable bed. Small room and no wardrobe.

Le quartier, il y a de quoi faire ses courses même tard le soir et des fastfood ouvert assez tard. Le métro est pas loin. Les jeunes avaient l'air contents du bar, il faisait suffisamment chaud. J'aime le fait qu'il y est un agent de sécurité. Les toilettes semblaient propres. Le personnel était agréable.

Au deuxième étage, les douches F étaient bouchées, les murs des douches étaient un peu sales. Il y avait de la crasse accumulée autour des vises et autres angles. Ça ne s'est pas fait en un jour... Et enfin, la laverie. Il y a des restes de salissure et de colle dessus d'anciens affichages. ça mériterait un petit coup de spray et de microfibre. Faut frotter parfois. j'ai voulu un café ça à pas marché, faut attendre que les personnes au comptoir soient dispo pour acheter une bouteille, on peut payer le lavage qu'avec des pièces... C'est vieillissent. Un bon paiement sans contact et un distributeur de boissons plutôt qu'attendre qu'un employé soit dispo pour payer...après je comprends que ça a un coup. c'était le plus abordable sur Paris donc ceci explique sans doute cela mais niveau propreté, j'ai l'impression que ça pourrait vite résolu. C'est dommage

Short and sweet. It was fine, people were nice, some people weren't so nice, but that's how it is.

My first time at a hostel. Would like if there was a guide for everyone about cleanliness and organization. Too many people leaving garbage on the floors and not cleaning up after themselves. Would like quiet spaces we can change our stuff, so that we don't bother or be bothered by other people wanting to access their lockers under the beds.

Would like quiet spaces where we can change our luggage's without bothering other people.

For a hostel this was a good place to stay. A bit far from the center but an easy walk to the metro.

Rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean. Met higher expectations than anticipated.

The BedThe mattresses were quite thin and each night my back was pressed into the cross bar of the bed frame. Woke up each morning with back pain. My only complaint for this hostel.

Too warm, the room had almost no air circulation I had to pay three euros extra for I don’t know what, and just about everything except for the bunk bed requires extra payments

Exceptional

Location was amazing, felt like a very safe area, the atmosphere of the hostel was great and seemed easy to meet other travelers if you wished, made better by the staff, Camolela who worked at the front desk was particularly welcoming. :)

Bathrooms in the rooms themselves would be great. :)

At least I was able to do laundry for only slightly more than many of the nearby laundry salons.

I enjoyed the close proximity to the canal.

This hostel was extremely overpriced. Breakfast was mediocre and oppressively guarded by security. There was an additional charge for everything; the guests were simply potential customers at the sports bar that infested most of the common area. Even the espresso was an extra €2 for a single shot from an anonymous machine. It tasted horrible.
