Great location for a mud hens game

Breakfast was very good and room were very clean

Booked 2 rooms and the 2nd room was ready until after 5pm. Unacceptable!!

Bed very comfortable and love the design of the room.

The room was very comfortable and the layout was very nice. The staff was nice too.

The windows were all dirty with spider webs and dirt like they haven’t been cleaned for a while. I specifically got the room facing the river and we couldn’t see properly or take pictures because it was so dirty. Also There was a sulfur smell in the hallways.

Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr vielseitig. Suite war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Bad war etwas klein aber ausreichend. Überall Steckdosen mit USB! Der Fitnessraum hatte genug Geräte und war auch groß genug.

Das ein und ausschalten der Lichter war immer etwas mühsam, weil man überall nur einen Schalter für das Licht hatte. Also z.B. wenn man vom Eingang ins Schlafzimmer ging, musste man nachdem man das Licht im Schlafzimer angeschaltet hatte, wieder zurück zum Eingang gehen um das Licht im Vorraum auszuschalten, weil an der Schlafzimmertür kein Schalter war.

Great facility,staff and bed.

Before coming to the hotel we had questions about the area and amenities and the frontvdesk erk was very detailed. The breakfast staff was very sweet and friendly and helpful.

Desayuno bien. La habitación muy buena, amplia y tener un living y cocina con refrigerador es excelente. Buen sistema de televisión.

Se olvidaron de hacer la pieza un día. Al reclamar me indicaron que vendrían a hacerla. Luego de 45 minutos de espera y volver a llamar, me indicaron que el personal de limpieza se había retirado y me llevaron toallas limpias. El parking no está incluido. Para mi es un problema de booking, ya que no está la selección para parking incluido en la tarifa o parking que se debe pagar adicional.

I was able to access the venue nexts door and I was to go to and from my room with no issues

This is a great place to stay!

Large, comfortable room. Spacious bathroom. Wonderful view of the Maumee River and downtown Toledo.

Very bad experience and non cooperative staff made stay experience very bad

Staff at breakfast room though quality of food is good but variety is missing (just check quality at Tampa Florida)

Front staff behaviour they were never happy to answer anything haven’t seen in my life such pathetic and rude front office staff (send them to training to learn basic hospitality manners) smile is missing throughout their stay in office and house keeping services were worst (again haven’t seen such dire situation)

There was a group of people on our floor that were really noisy. They ended their party at midnight or so. So not too bad.

Nice Room; Nice Staff; Convenient Location

The suite was very nice & seemed pretty clean. Bedding & frequently-touched locations seemed clean. The hotel & rooms looked recently renovated. I loved having the kitchenette. I loved having the option of the complimentary breakfast. The location was convenient, based on places we wanted to visit. Valet parking is available & I liked the convenience of being able to pay for that service at check-out.

Once in the room for a while, I could see that the room wasn't as clean as I initially thought. More attention to detail as far as cleaning would've been nice - the mirror, underneath the sink, stove top, floors. We had to ask for a couple things that should've been in the room upon arrival - wash cloths & extra toilet paper. The convenience of the complimentary breakfast was nice, but the food itself was mediocre. The coffee was good. Breakfast ended at 9:00 am. It would be nice if they served breakfast at least until 10:00 am. I am not an early riser on vacation. Being downtown, the outside noise kept us from having the best night's sleep.

Love this hotel

Loved the spacious room and the view of the river.

I thought the car reservation man was so rude. He was acting so ghetto and he was loud saying im here to play D1 football and you people gonna stop being disrespectful and acting like your daddy owns this hotel. He went on a rant for about 2 minutes as i stood staring at him. I said are you talking to me? He just ignored and kept ranting. Not what i expected when i went into a beautiful restaurant.

We had a great stay and will definitely return!

We were in town for a concert and Homeward Suites by Hilton was the perfect location to stay at, very close to the concert venue

Nothing really…the room was great, the staff were very helpful and we ate twice at the NAPA; dinner the 1st evening (Jun 19) and lunch the next day (Jun 20) and the meals were excellent

Only one washcloth. Looked to be toothpaste on the bathroom floor. Would like to be able to speak directly to the front desk when calling the hotel from offsite. Would like a safe and magnifying mirror.

Excellent stay and we'll be returning soon!

The rooms are very spacious and the view is awesome. The staff is helpful and didn't hesitate to lend a hand during the unpacking process.

It's a habit to wipe down surfaces before I unpack. While doing so, I noticed the drawer handles and light switches needed to be cleaned. I took care of it. It's all good.
