Recommend this hotel to anyone that's traveling

I like the professionalism in the communication I like the way that whenever I ask you something as far as towels or rags they will make sure that I got it I've been here several times and I have no complaints

It was good, affordable getaway for the night.

It was exactly as I expected. They're remodeling it. Room was mostly clean, bed was comfortable and bug free.

Housekeepers definitely need to do a better job. Found hair in the tub and old pizza crust behind the trash can.

I couldn’t stay and I requested a cancellation and get my money back from them

The beds were comfortable

It was very rundown the sink leaked, one of the lamps didn’t work, it looked like it needed lots of repairs. The breakfast was not good very minimal. I’ve been to lots of quality, and this is the worst one I’ve ever been in.

I am glad it’s over.

The workers were nice for the most part.

The lack of cleanliness is the main thing. The air was on 50 when we got into the room. I have a one year old child. I asked for an extra blanket and the worker refused. So that was another issue.

Breakfast are was emptied out by 9am. There was no food available.

Hot Tub (we paid for an upgraded suite) was gross. Room was not clean. Bedspread had a stain.

The beds were comfortable.

No tissue in the room. The 1st room had a horrible cat spray oder had to change rooms. Couldn't work the tv called desk clerk was to come help didn't. The alarm clock was not changed to day lite savings time. Wouldn't have used the tub it was gross. All in all not worth the money it cost☹️

The room was close to where I needed to be.

The room I was in (138) had someone's poop smeared on the bathroom wall under the sink. I found a dirty condom right under the bed and we couldn't get the TV on. The parking lot and road leading to the hotel are terrible.

Beds were ok, pillows were better as mushy they were, I slept really well on the pillows. The parking lot was very well lit.

that I’ve stayed 5 times and still haven’t seen eggs at the complimentary breakfast their suppose to provide they have hash browns an sausage just no eggs cereal but no milk toast with no jelly or butter

No more quality inn, there is no quality.

staff was friendly and welcoming.

Room phone did not work. Bathroom door was falling off the hinges. Ice machine did not work. No extra blankets.

I have a sick father I was rudely turned away by michael at the front desk.i was told no rooms available after making a reservation days in advance.i had just drove 500 miles I had stayed there many times before but will never again

No hot water, and very noisy very little staff.

I liked that we could bring our pets with us. Our power went out in Michigan and we didn't want to leave they to a freezing cold house.

No hot water to take a shower. It was at best Luke warm, so my daughter and I couldn't take a shower the days we were there because it was to cold. We told staff and they did nothing.
