Anchor@Lake Martin and enjoy your getaway at this 3 BR / 2 full bath condo ON THE WATER at Stoneview Summit, inside StillWaters Resort in Dadeville, AL, Blue Creek area, near restaurants and the famous Chimney Rock. This top floor corner unit provides stunning unobstructed views of Lake Martin and breathtaking sunsets. When you arrive, the elevator is located on the parking lot level. Feel free to grab one of the carts by the elevator to assist with luggage/groceries. First Responders and Military discounts - photo of card or badge required for discount to be applied. This is a non-smoking unit, no pets allowed, and managed by the personal owners of this condo.

Our home sleeps 6-7, has 12' ceilings, and inside you will find items to get you started, including coffee of your choice. This 3 bedroom unit is child friendly, has sound machines and box fans, cable and internet, TVs in each bedroom, washer and dryer, and our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware. A blender, toaster, crockpot, electric can opener, Keurig coffee maker and a regular drip coffee maker are available as well. Fresh towels/linens and beach towels await you (all surface areas and every load washed is sanitized). Bed sizes: King in master (and the master closet is so large, it can accommodate an air mattress or two pack n plays; full size air mattress and bedding provided), another King in guest room one, and two twins in guest room two. Stoneview Summit is a fantastic location on this premier lake of Alabama and is only 25-30 minutes from the Auburn campus.

In addition to the lake, you will find only a few steps away the zero entry pool with waterfalls and children will enjoy the water slide. Enjoy the beautiful grounds in this community with a golf course (extra fee), walking paths, its own restaurant, and a children's playground. We have a fireplace inside and out on the balcony (seasonal). Enjoy dining (for 6) out on the spacious balcony with a beautiful sunset over the water. There is add'l comfy seating (for 5) and a gas grill. It’s an easy walk to the dock which has a ladder to get in and out of the lake. Noodles and floats are provided in the balcony closet.

There are restaurants close by, as well as a Dollar General, gas stations and Lake Martin
Grocery.

If you bring your own boat, our private boat slip is available, located directly in front of the balcony, has a professionally installed Savadock bumper system, and is labeled with our unit no. (only one watercraft allowed). Harbor Pointe Marina is 3 minutes from the condo and is a full service marina with ship store that allows launching your boat upon arrival and allows exiting when you are ready to take your boat out (small fee). Boat trailers are not allowed in the complex parking lot nor at the marina. Boat trailer storage is very close to the condo inside the community resort (boat trailer entire stay-one time small fee).

If you rent a boat, there is parking at the Harbor Pointe marina to enable loading and unloading your gear. You will need to inquire first with the owner if you would like use of the boat slip for a rental boat. The Ridge Marina is close by, as well as there are others on the lake.

This top corner unit truly allows for breathtaking views. The skies create magnificent colors every night! We have only one video doorbell outside by the front door. If you are a large group and need more bedrooms, let us know, as we partner with a condo close to ours, which is ideal for family gatherings, golf outings, weddings, football games, etc. Communication is key to success, feel free to ask us anything! Photo ID and a signed contract is required.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this condo, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The first thing that stood out was the **amazing view**—it’s truly breathtaking! Whether enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding in the evening, the scenery is nothing short of spectacular, offering a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The condo itself was **immaculate**. Sandy’s vacation home is absolutely perfect! Our family of 5 visited for 7 nights and this home had plenty of space for everyone. The pictures in the listing do not do it justice, it’s SO much nicer in person. The kids enjoyed the pool and slide but really enjoyed being able to jump off of the dock. We rented a pontoon for a few days and loved that we could see it from the balcony. Sandy’s communication was wonderful! We will definitely be back!

This condo was perfect in every way. Beautiful and clean, well appointed and we found nothing lacking. Sandy was a wealth of information and soo helpful. She has left no stone unturned. The fireplace on the balcony was such a nice treat in the mornings and the evenings. We were able to enjoy the pool while we were visiting and it was clean and well kept. I will be back!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. This condo had everything we needed and more. The owner was so nice and responsive. This was our first trip to lake Martin and we loved that the condo was right on the water. The patio was great. We ate at the table and looked out at the water. Also, we loved that this condo had its own boat dock. We rented a boat for 2 days and had a place for it. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was perfect for our family weekend. Very clean and so nicely decorated. Comfortable furniture and beds (very important to us). Kitchen had everything you need without excess that you didn't need. Nice touches were beach towels, plenty of extra blankets and pillows, and spices in pantry. One of the best lake rentals we have stayed in. Owner communication was great... before and during stay. Even though there is not a dining table, there are chairs at the bar and the coffee table raises to become a table for two. We also brought some bamboo trays which we used sometimes in the living room. Several meals on the balcony were perfect, with beautiful sunsets. Loved the gas fireplaces both outside and inside, as well as comfortable wicker seating on balcony. Will definitely return.

We are so pleased with our choice to rent this condo for our annual trip with our friends. The condo was high end from the complex to the furnishings. It was stocked with with everything from beach towels to appliances to bathroom products. The beds .. SUPER comfy! The location is close to town and restaurants. You can’t get any closer to the water than from this location and the views - OUTSTANDING!! Easy check in and check out. Very friendly owners. I would give more than 5 stars if I could and going back to this condo is a guarantee! Thank you for an awesome experience!

We absolutely loved our stay! This fifth floor condo has the best views! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning and evening. The owners have this condo stocked with anything that you would need during your stay. Checking in and out was super easy and the owners had a notebook with local restaurants and attractions. Be sure and check out the muscle car museum while you are there too!

We enjoyed this condo very much! We have stayed at Stoneview Summit many times and this particular condo is our favorite one and we will definitely be back. The unit is extremely clean , well stocked with everything you will need and has the best view of the lake. The walk to the lake is very quick and easy. The dedicated boat slip is a huge plus and offers protection on all sides for your boat. We appreciated Sandy very much and how attentive she was to our stay and needs.

Our entire stay was great. The condo was spacious, beautiful, and had everything we needed. The property and condo were new, clean, and well maintained. The owner communicated well before and during our stay. The pool was excellent; our kids especially enjoyed the slide. We rented a pontoon boat from Harbor Point Marina and enjoyed a couple of days on the lake. Last but not least, the sunsets were stunning every night. We are already planning our next stay.

I knew from the first time I communicated with Sandy this was going to be an awesome getaway. Everything she described along with the VRBO listing came true and more. The condo was so CLEAN and well maintained. Plenty of cookware, sitting space and the beds were super comfortable. The view from the 5th floor, overlooking the lake, with its spectacular sunsets was priceless. You have your own dedicated boat slip with bumpers already installed. We enjoyed dinner outside with plenty of ceiling fans to keep us cool. The linens were super fresh with no stains on the towels or sheets. The instructions on everything to do with the condo, restaurants on the water, and how to navigate the marina with your boat/trailer were very detailed and easy to follow. I would highly recommend this condo to anybody looking to getaway and enjoy a beautiful lake with numerous amenities to offer. You won't be disappointed!
