Sleeps up to 12 people (max 9 adults) with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, en suite bathrooms in all bedrooms, modern kitchen, coffee bar, wine bar, patio with heated pool (pool is open from May - Oct ), outdoor fire table, grill & outdoor seating - endless entertainment. Home was very clean, & host was super responsive. Close to the beach, boardwalk & restaurants. Enjoyed all the amenities at the house-grill, speakers, pool, basement etc. thanks for a great trip!

Beautifully appointed house. Excellent location. Close enough to walk to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Pool was a bit small but kiddos had fun. Having a private bathroom for each bedroom was a lifesaver. And there’s a powder room on main floor. Yay! Finished basement was an added plus for kiddos play space. Actually it was so nice down there that grownups took advantage too. Loved the keyless entry. Owners are great to deal with. Any questions were answered promptly. Would definitely stay there again.

The home was recently renovated and is very spacious and beautifully done! It is well taken care of and shows pride of ownership! It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. We’ve stayed at several different beach houses and this was our favorite!

This beautiful home was perfectly equipped for our family of 10, which includes 4 young grandchildren. It was tastefully decorated yet very comfortable, the layout was perfect, and the beach was only a couple of blocks away. The pool was an added bonus. We highly recommend this property.

My family and I had an amazing and comfortable stay at this property. The house was as advertised in the listing/pictures, very clean and had modern appliances. The heated pool was a relaxing oasis after a day at the beach. Location was also perfect and was within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, Funland, nearby restaurants and Main Street. Property owner/manager was very responsive and had clear/detailed instructions. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

House is perfectly situation just a 5 minute walk to the beach and quick walk to all the amenities in town. The house was a great setup for our family, with everyone able to have their own bathroom / bedroom and with very large and open common space.

We were so happy with our stay! This is the perfect beach house for families getting together and catching up. It had the great room concept with plenty of light and an airy feel and lots of room to enjoy a meal together! We loved the heated dipping pool especially since we had little ones. The proximity to the beach was great. We could comfortably walk to the boardwalk. Everyone had fun in this beautiful home. Can’t wait to do it again!

This is a beautiful home, carefully curated in every way to make your stay a fantastic one. All of the bedrooms are en suite, the kitchen / dining / family hangout space is very large, inviting and comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped for any creative cooking you care to embark upon, and the super detailed guidebook provided by the thoughtful hosts will make your stay a breeze. You can walk to the beach, the boardwalk and into town so easily and can explore the little lake nearby that is so picturesque -- really a great find!

5 college friends get together 1x a year for a girls’ week, this year we picked Rehoboth Beach & we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay. The place was gorgeous, clean, extremely well equipped! Perfect location, a couple blocks to town and or the beach. Would highly recommend this rental….it was perfect.

This was our third annual sisters (5 of us) beach week and our second in Rehoboth. We had a great time. The house fit all of our needs - 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms along with a powder room on the first floor. We would definitely recommend this home to rent for your vacation. Unfortunately it wasn't quite warm enough for us to use the pool so we didn't get to experience that amenity. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We could not have enjoyed our stay or the property more. The property is full of amenities, appliances, cookware. It has a sand wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach toys. Family ready. The property included towels, wash cloths and beach towels. Fully stocked spices for cooking, Keurig cups and a welcome popcorn making kit. The beach and boardwalk are a 5-7 minute walk away. Downtown Rehoboth is a 10 minute walk away. We used our car once for a restaurant on Coastal Highway. Otherwise we biked or walked. The pool is heated and covered. Pool toys are included. Rooms and baths are spacious. I could go on. We will rent again for future Rehoboth vacas!.

Beautiful new home just a block and a half from the boardwalk. Check in was seamless and owner was very quick to solve an issue with the previous renter taking a parking hang tag by mistake. Kristin was on top of it and brought us daily permits until FedEx arrived with the season hang tag. I was impressed. I would recommend this rental to anyone!

Such a great time! Everyone loved the house. It was everything we needed. The house was gorgeous, the pool was the perfect size and we all loved the outdoor shower. The amount of kitchen ware was astounding. Just a perfect property. Would have stayed another week if we had the time!

This was a great house for our group of 11 (three generations). The main floor was large and we were all able to hangout there without getting in each other's way. The bedrooms were excellent and handled the variety of ages. The pool (while small) was great and was the highlight for the grandkids (ages 3-6). The backyard was big enough for all to hang out. Communication with the manager was excellent. A great week.

This beautifully decorated home was a fabulous place for a multigenerational vacation. The kitchen and dining areas were well equipped for family meals and the location was perfect for walking to the beach or to Rehoboth Ave. Would definitely stay here again!

The best part of the house is it’s location - walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, Funland, etc. We didn’t have to drive anywhere! The house is new and clean and decorated very nicely. Lots of space - a great spot for a family with kids!

This is a beautiful and well appointed house. We had it as a family reunion place after our son’s wedding. The house is beautifully decorated and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom (5 total of each). We cooked out on the grill and splashed in the pool. The Rehoboth boardwalk is only a short several block walk. This house is worth every penny. Kristin, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We are making plans to return next year to this house.

We had a wonderful time at our stay at this property. The house was clean, organized, spacious and well supplied. Location is amazing. We were just two blocks from the beach and just under a 10 minute walk to the main drag of restaurants and shopping Rehoboth had to offer. We had a tiny issue with the pool but Kristin was extraordinarily responsive. She had a pool technician over to the house within hours. (The pool service employees were super polite and professional too!) We had a great stay and would highly recommend this property to any interested groups.

This house was FANTASTIC! Wasn't sure what to expect as it was our first time renting a house. It was everything we had hoped for and more. Kristen was the best host throughout the rental process. Anytime we needed to contact her to ask a question she responded immediately . The house was clean, beautiful and well appointed.The location could not be beat. Lovely new home which includes many extras not found in most rentals (fluffy bath towels, beach towels, chairs and cart, baby gates, high chair, pack/play, pool, sound system, keyless entry, and much more). Owners are very available to answer questions and provide info to make the vacation enjoyable. Everything went smoothly.

Beautiful beach house. The place is gorgeous. Everything was brand new and perfectly decorated. Gorgeous kitchen with fantastic appliances. I love the large windows looking out on the backyard and pool area. The place is even better than the pictures on the website.
