Visiting Albany for work, vacation, or to visit family? The Twitchell Estate is a spacious 4BR home that will be perfect for your stay. This elegantly designed Boho Chic rental comes with amenities such as self-check-in, Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV, and many other streaming options if you're looking to relax indoors, and a private laptop-friendly office with Wi-Fi if you need to get work done. Enjoy free coffee and tea in the stocked kitchen, with everything you need to feel like you are at home.

Guests have access to the entire apartment including the front porch and back deck. Guests can self-check-in using their given code on the touchscreen keypad door lock.

Please note that we have very friendly tenants next door. While the place is very well insulated, you may hear them from time to time, and vice versa. Please respect a courtesy quiet hour after 9:00 pm for our neighbors.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was a very convenient location for our needs. The stairs might be a concern if staying with a baby/crawler but otherwise family friendly. The house was clean and well stocked. The office space was helpful, as well as the large kitchen table.

My son and I recently stayed at this location. My son had to take Bar exam and we stayed for 5 days. The home was perfect in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to grocery and some shops. The home decor was great and bed and everything else was so comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and everything one needed. We had great 5 days and enjoyed our stay. More importantly my son had a quiet place to study and relax before taking his exams. Manager, Brian, was also very attentive and easy to get hold off to answer questions. Hopefully, we'll come back sometime soon.

It's sometimes hard to find good property managers and home owners. These two were wonderful. We had a little hiccup and it was taken care of right away. We recommend this place, owner and property manager.

Clean property, if a bit worn around the edges. There were some nice touches, like water and chips displayed when we arrived. There was a full coffee bar, with k-cups and creamer, which was very appreciated. The floors are creaky, which made it a little challenging when trying not to wake the kids in the morning. All in all, a nice stay. We were only here a night, but enjoyed it. Communication with the property manager was great.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless, beds comfortable, very cozy house. We didn’t spend a-lot of time at the house as we were there for a family Thanksgiving get together but the time we did spend there was very enjoyable. The place is well stock with lots of extras not usually found in other locations. Would highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

This is a spacious 1/2 duplex. We were traveling with aging parents, so the first-floor bedroom was a plus along with the first-floor powder room. The house was clean and had a lot of room for us to spread out. The front porch and deck looked nice, but we didn't use them. For us, this was a one night stay to attend a local event, but it was a great pick for our family to gather and visit! We used the one parking spot out front and parked our other vehicle on the crossroad which was so easy. Literally, steps to the property. Definitely would recommend.

7 adults needed a place to stay after a night out in Albany. This place was capable of sleeping 8. Only negatuve was the only coffee maker was a Keurig and all the pods were decaf.

Great location, beautiful house, very comfortable beds, was perfect for our group of 5 - 1 couple and 3 single friends. We were in Albany for a 3 day convention at the MVP Arena and it was the perfect location. Everyone had their own bedroom and privacy, and the common areas are so roomy it never felt claustrophobic. We all felt at home and relaxed immediately. If you're looking for a place to stay in the Albany area we would all highly recommend it!

I rarely leave reviews on Expedia; however, I felt one is warranted here. This property is one of the best VRBOs I have stayed in. It was spotless, fully renovated, with sheets and towels smelling great and in abundance, and a wonderful dining area. We were 6 adults and 2 kids, and it felt spacious throughout our stay. The host was amazing and accommodating. I am certainly going to book it again in the future.

We had a house warming party for our daughter and SIL in E Greenbush. We had family coming from LI , NJ and VT. So we wanted a place that we could all stay together. Brian’s house was perfect. There were four large bedrooms and a living room that we could all sit in comfortably. Everyone commented on how perfect the house was. But, most importantly I want to thank Brian again for being so understanding The party was originally planned for a weekend in September. Due to a medical emergency we had to change the party to this past weekend. Brian was so understanding and changed the date without any difficulty while sending his best wishes.

Easy access, and terrific communication with host. Parking signage wonky, solid parking for just one car; everyone else must park on adjacent street and walk; not ideal. The house had a weird, funky smell to it. Deck and grill, but nothing to sit on outside…furniture out there would be a plus! House was tidy, but definitely not spotless… things needed attention. It’s a duplex, so neighbors sharing wall were not the quietest. Overall, it was okay for the night.

My family of 3 shared this home with our close friends who are also a family of 3. There was enough room for each of the 2 teenagers to have their own rooms. Plenty of space for all of us. One shower made things a little challenging but the half bath was great. Kitchen is well equipped. No central AC but Bedrooms all have window units. Owner was very responsive with questions. Water bottles and a bowl with snacks were also left for us which was a nice touch. Short walk to Dunkin for coffee each morning and a great pizza place also very close. Had a fantastic stay.
