Very comfortable, roomie. Lots of good restaurants in neighboring towns.

We were originally from the area and were looking for a property that could accommodate adults and children. Not too far away, and then again - not too close - to the summer crowds.
We utilize vacation rentals quite a bit throughout the year, and know what we are looking for in amenities, accessibility, functionality, and atmosphere.
The Creek House exceeded all of our expectations! The host left a hand-written personalized note welcoming us.
Instructions for the use and operation of everything were excellent. The split-air HVAC units kept the entire house comfortable.
The lower master suite allowed for a quiet retirement as the children watched TV or played games upstairs.
Beds and linens were comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The large dinning table was more than enough to seat everyone comfortably.
Although we brought our own DVD's, games, and books there were plenty available at the house. Although available, there was no time during our stay to use the BBQ grill or fire pit.
The washer and dryer were appreciated after a long day at the beach. Hot water was plentiful.
And quiet. I can't forget mentioning how quiet it was!
We're looking forward to making this an annual summer visit.

Perfect size for me and my three friends, can easily fit more people, especially couples! The owners were awesome, inside of the house is even better than the photos suggest, great backyard, and the amenities were plentiful. Will definitely book again if I am in the area.

Everything was great. The check in process was simple, the house was clean and we were greeted with delicious cookies to start our stay. We had everything we needed and then some. We are so glad we found this home and would stay again if ever in the area.

We were in town from WA state for a yearly family reunion. Marie and Caleb our hosts were amazing. They were always available and they saw to every need. The home has every amenity you may think of and some you wouldn’t but are glad your hosts did. We arrived a bit early after a long flight and were delighted to be able to check in early. My parents drove in with their airstream and Caleb was right there to assist with their set up.
The home is in great condition, the decor is beautiful with lots of little touches like colored pencils, creative coloring books, board games, bikes, lawn games, movies, toiletries, pet accessories, etc. The bedrooms were wonderful, bedding and beds super comfortable and spacious. Lots of options and we loved the farmhouse decor and design.
The outdoor space was well maintained and landscaped. Fire pit with seating, spacious deck with grill and patio furniture, fireflies were our favorite nighttime accessory lol and the stars!!! I forgot what the night sky looks like minus city lights! It was incredibly peaceful and relaxing.
We had brought our little Havapoo with us from WA state and she absolutely loved exploring the yard and was so comfortable. Marie and Caleb even provided amenities for our fur baby. I could go on and on. Thank you again Caleb and Marie (and your adorable family) for such a wonderful place to stay and enjoy our family.

This home was situated in a very private setting with a great yard, fire pit, and all of the amenities we needed. We were in town for a soccer tournament and enjoyed our evenings at the home. It was clean and we would stay again. The host answered any questions we had immediately, 5 stars! ⭐️

The owners did not miss one detail, and we truly appreciate all of it. Everything g you need is there, very clean, beautiful location. I would highly recommend this to everyone. We stayed for a wedding in Edinboro, but we were only 20 minutes from the casino as well, we grilled on the deck twice, made breakfast and slept very well

Peaceful location with a big yard. Our kids loved running around outside and playing with toys and lawn games. Clean and well stocked with friendly, helpful hosts (both owner and local host).

We stayed here because it was in close proximity to my daughter’s house where we celebrated Easter. She didn’t have the room for us to stay, so we rented here. It was so comfortably rustic and cutely decorated with spacious gathering space and comfortable sleeping spaces for adults and kids. We felt very at home!

I have stayed in several rentals throughout the United States, and this was by far the best! It as very clean, welcoming and I felt right at home. Several supplies were already there for our stay. We were welcomed with home baked cookies and delivered fresh maple syrup in the morning. It was extremely peaceful as well. We loved it so much we’re hoping to book it agian next year for the New Year!

Communication was great. We were directed to things of interest by the owner and he even lit out firepit for us. It is out of the way, but only a few miles to shopping and great restaurants. Great value for the money, for sure. We were four seventy-two year old ladies, but the few stairs were not a problem. We're definitely planning to stay again!! Thank you so much!!

This is the perfect home away from home. Close enough drive to Erie and all the fun it has to offer, without the hotel. There was plenty of space for the 10 of us. And the owners were very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the house with my two Golden Retrievers and the owners are very dog friendly! The place was decorated very cute inside with lots of wood and old barn beams. Loved all the wood inside and the woods outside! I came to lay my father to rest at Greendale Cemetery in Meadville and this was a very peaceful place for my dogs and I while I took care of everything in Meadville. It was also was a very comfortable place for my family to visit me inside at the large family dining table and also on the back patio table. The weather was gorgeous the entire nine night stay! The owners were very nice and responded quickly to any concerns. Marie was very thoughtful to leave their homemade Maple syrup and delicious homemade peanut butter chocolate chip cookies! I had coffee in the morning with two of Marie's delicious homemade cookies each morning. I will be making pancakes in the near future at home and will top it with your maple syrup, so thank you! I enjoyed talking with Denise and Bob, the co-owners who live on the property next door. They were very welcoming but not obtrusive, as well as their sweet Lab Ranger! I visited Niagara Falls with my family which was about a two hour drive. Very beautiful and had fun on the maid of the mist! My family and I enjoyed the food, drink and atmosphere at Riverside Brewery Company in Cambridge Springs! They made excellent Reubens, fries and drinks! We also had dinner at Wagon Wheel Bar & Grill in Waterford. They had an excellent Bison burger, fries and drinks! I also visited Edinboro Lake to see my cousin. It's a cute tourist lake town. Thank you for your hospitality,
Sherry, Hunter & Gunner

We came back to the area for an unexpected family emergency. We booked this home hoping it would be the right choice. Well, everything from the beginning right through the checkout was absolutely wonderful. We felt so at home and blessed to have found this- truly we believe it was almost as if we were lead here. Serenity is how I would best describe it. Thank you so much for all the special touches, making us feel welcome and opening this up to us!

The place was exactly how the original booking in VRBO described! Excellent accommodations! Very spacious inside and out. Nice touch on the arrival with personalized letter, homemade cookies and maple syrup made by the owners! Owners made sure all was what we expected and offered their availability as needed. Very flexible on original booking-had to make a couple changes with arrival and departure without any push back, etc. This is our go to place in the future when we head back home to northwestern PA. Highly recommend - 5 star without hesitation.

The location, cleanliness, decor, comfort, room for number of guests, supplies needed during stay, nearby to all shopping/dining/activities etc., the host was amazing, very attentive. Loved every minute of stay.

Creek House was absolutely beautiful. Our stay was from Jan.13 to 15th., and Oh how I wish we could've stayed longer. We had 6 people ranging from age 2 to 54. Three generations enjoying a much needed get-a-way. And I am so pleased that we chose Creek House. The House was immaculant. Everything you needed was available. The rooms were big and the decor...amazing. Huge kitchen, large dining area, comfortable livingroom. The master bedroom was spectacular. The loft was enjoyed by everyone, and could be used as a sleeping area or a place for games/activities.
Our host, Marie Olczak, had thought of everything and I do mean everything. With a text she would quickly respond to any question or need. Even a dish of delicious homemade cookies were there awaiting our arrival! Yeah, they lasted about 5 minutes!
You could literally walk into Creek House with just a few outfits and still have everything you need. Its all there! The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking or baking. My worry was the coffee situation...but turns out Marie had thought of that also with a Keurig, a regular pot, even a coffee press. There was more than enough wood for the firepit and the woodburner (which was also prepared for us). And the location was great too. Away from the hustle and bustle for peace, but yet only minutes away from stores, dining, ect.
All of us enjoyed the Creek House so much that we WILL be going back in the future, maybe next time we will try summer or fall.
If you chose Creek House, you will not be disappointed!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. We had two families and our dog stay and it was absolutely perfect, from the personalised touches like the welcome note and cookies to all of the helpful instructions and facilities. Our kids ages ranged from 3 to 14 and there was something for everyone. The house was just beautiful, there was plenty of space to sleep, eat and play. The location was perfect, we managed to explore the woods, visit the local zoo and water park and just play around the property. We’re already trying to find and excuse to come back and stay again! Would highly recommend!

House was clean and had everything we needed! It has a great layout with a private guest suite away from the other rooms. We traveled with an infant so it was perfect to have that space for naps and late nights without disturbing the rest of the house too much. Also loved that there was an extra pack and play in the closet.
The property was pretty, nestled far in the counter. Very private and quiet. Enjoyed using the accomodations such as a full kitchen, laundry, and fire pit.
Host was great with communication.
Note- has a metal roof, so no cell service for most of us while in the house. Some had to walk out to the road before getting signal.
Wifi worked great though!
Would stay here again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay. Only downside was that there was no cable tv and the mud at the end of the driveway. Otherwise the house was really neat.

SPOTLESS, AMAZING, & EXQUISITE
If you want to feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxed this is the place to stay! A perfect setup for two families or parents and kids. The 2+ acres the house sits on has a wonderful babbling stream edging the back of the property and around. Creating a meditative calming ambiance that will make you forget any stress back in the real world. Only 15-20 minutes away from Erie and 5 minutes away from Waterford, this majestic get away,
Captures the self-restoring peace of the country yet close enough to accommodate modern day luxuries. I would recommend Mystic Mountain In Cambridge Springs to anyone.
Pictures do not do this little slice of heaven justice. Even though the pictures are enticing,
the house is by far 10000% more adorable in person.
This was our first visit and will definitely not be our last. Honestly, we would have stayed for 3 more months if we could.

Magical Stay in the Snow
The owner really had thought of everything.
With fresh baked cookies to fresh eggs from her chickens, and travel size toiletries in case you forgot anything.
We will stay here again for sure
