Million-dollar house lake located in a secluded channel perfect for the kids to swim. This is a two-story house With 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The first floor has a master bedroom and master bathroom plus a half bath completely updated and beautifully decorated with all-new furniture. The house has a large, inviting living room and a huge back porch for entertaining, a fire pit down by the water, a basketball goal for kids to play, a nice fireplace in the living room, and all-new landscaping. You will also have access to a large Swim spa that can fit 10 adults comfortably. Come relax and enjoy the views in this perfect Lake Getaway! Beautiful landscaping. The cove is really quiet. It was a relaxing stay. Any family and friend getaway is made very easy as the kitchen has lots of dishes and utensils for cooking and serving. There are several nearby stores if you need something. Great outdoor lighting for cozy evenings on the patio. The spa is nice and clean. But at this price point, I was expecting a little more attention to details.

We rented this house with my daughter’s family to be near my brother, who lives on the same lake for a small family reunion. The owner was very responsive with my questions. We also rented their pontoon boat for a day on the lake. We would definitely rent this place again.

My family spent Memorial Day weekend here. We had a lovely time. The beds were all comfortable. The living room is huge with comfortable sofas. There were enough pans to make do, though the knives definitely need sharpening! Gorgeous home!

We chose to stay in this house to witness the eclipse in April and enjoy a vacation with our adult family. It had what we needed for a great time! Unfortunately two of us had to work remotely during the vacation, but lucky for them the wifi was strong enough even on the back deck that they could enjoy the beauty of the yard and lake. The backyard is lovely and has a great deck for dining with a large hot tub and a lawn sloping down to a dock on a branch of the reservoir. The hot tub is very large and a beautiful place to lounge with a glass of wine. The great room of the house has a wonderful double height view of the water and we enjoyed hanging out on all the comfy couches in the evenings talking and playing board games. The owner is friendly and helpful and responded quickly when we called. She was happy to explain anything we needed such as "how to get the hot tub up to temperature" and "where to go sightseeing in the area". The beds were comfy and the kitchen is adequately furnished with gear for simple family cooking and dining.

We stayed here for the second time in mid April. The layout works perfectly for our 4person friend group. Each of us can have a bedroom and the upstairs bathroom is easily shared. Having a powder bath downstairs is so convenient as well! The living room is the perfect place to sit and chat and the kitchen is well appointed. The home has a spacious deck and outdoor area. One friend brought her own paddle board and it was easy to get in and out using the steps at the dock. Sunrise and sunset were beautiful, although the small gnats finally drove us inside. We fully intended to use the fire pit and hot tub, but once again were too busy enjoying the comfortable living area to make that happen. Maybe next time!

We had 4 couples and there was plenty of room for everyone. Nice seating throughout the property. Perfect table for games. Nice dock and outdoor area. We rented this home for the swim spa but unfortunately it was not working properly. A technician came out but it needed a new heater. Maybe next time? Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is roomy.

We loved the house. The location was good but make sure you have your groceries, it’s a little far to the grocery:beer store. There is nothing that you will need for the kitchen as far as dishes. Tip notch appliances. The king size bed in the master was more comfortable than my bed at home and plenty of pillows. The only negative thing is there are no closets to hang up your clothes. There is a couple upstairs but no coat hangers. We loved the property, it’s huge. Our boys loved the basketball ball hoop. They were very entertained with the bocce ball set and wiffle ball we brought. We were sad to see the canal was very low and couldn’t get our boat to the dock. I probably would have drug the boat down there if I had been told a few days before and not the day of. We had to put in at the nearby marina which was fine because they were so nice. It was a hassle to take it in and out every day when we expected to dock it behind the house. We would definitely stay again it was s great time and great place to stay

We booked this trip as a last quick summer get away before the kids go back to school. My son (6) is an AVID fisherman and my daughter (11) is NOT. So we were super excited to find a place that had a swim spa for her to enjoy. This was also a HAPPY BIRTHDAY surprise for her also.. The week before the owner let me know the swim spa was broken and she was doing her BEST to get it fixed. She was extremely nice and was really trying as she knew my daughter was excited. However, a couple days before she let me know it was not fixable and the replacement was a few weeks out. She tried her best and I could tell was super disappointed too. HOWEVER, she was SOOOO accommodating with the issue. I HIGHLY recommend the stay. The house is cozy, spacious, well maintained & yes even as low as the lake is.. you can still get into the area and get to the dock (we didn’t make it into the cables there was shallow but it worked well!!) The Deck outside it FOR HOSTING! Once again! Thank you for such a great stay and a beautiful location to relax at!

Beautiful home well stocked and clean. Communication with Patricia was great. Only issue was the lake level had dropped and we were not able to dock our boat as expected. The ramp was close and plenty of space in the driveway for our boat so it wasn't a super big issue. The spa was also broken but wouldn't have used it with the temperatures anyway.

This property was perfect for our group of 8 adults. The house was stocked with most anything you would need for the weekend. The house was spotless and full of amenities. We enjoyed fishing on the dock and there was a place for our boat and a boat lot with ramp just around the corner. I would definitely recommend this property to any group looking to enjoy Cedar Creek Lake.

The pictures in this listing are spot on. We really enjoyed our time and felt like we had plenty of space. We didn’t want for anything. We picked up groceries and never left. It was fantastic. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and they even added special touches like a s’more tray. Everything was clean and neat, and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time at Pat’s lake house! My granddaughter loves the swim spa and we spent a lot of time in there! The men in our group loved the fishing and enjoyed relaxing at the dock! Beautiful home and well maintained!

We had a lovely stay at your beautiful home! We enjoyed a nice home cooked meal on the outdoor patio and an evening spent in the hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood with our dogs and looking at all the beautiful homes. No complaints, but did want to share that several of the sliding glass doors didn’t lock correctly and each of the grills have a few burners out. Other than that though, we would love to come back in the summer! Thank you again!

We chose this place because it has a great fire pit and swim spa, perfect for cold weather at the lake. The weather was nice enough to enjoy the kayaks and canoe in the quiet cove on the lake. Very nice layout and amenities, perfect for families or large groups. Really enjoyed it!

Perfect place to spend a week. Lots of room inside and out. Had a great time! Make sure to check lake level if you’re bringing a big boat. The cove was low, but our bass boat was still usable to get to the house with a 5 feet low lake on trolling motor. At normal lake levels, you can drive everything to the boat house. Great house, great owner.

Property was just as advertised. Kitchen was stocked and had plenty of cookware. We used the pontoon boat 2 of the days and renting was much cheaper than the local boat rental shops on the lake. The hosts were great and made sure the boat was gassed up and out of the slip since the water had been low in the cove. We didn't use the hot tub but the outdoor patio had lots of room to relax. The grill and griddle were great for cooking out too. Will definitely start my search with this property for any future Cedar Creek visits.
