Our entire family enjoyed the beautiful vacaton home.It was the mist relaxing vacation we had ever been on.No need to leave the cabin,between the jacuzzi tubs,hot tub,pool table and the views from all 3 balconies the views were amazing.

I recommend a 4 wheel drive to get to this house. The decks on the home are great! Feels remote, but it’s a residential area. We saw a bear and her 2 cubs.
Our hostess was very friendly and immediately fixed the cable boxes. Like most VRBO’s, there’s some light house keeping to do before checking out. It was clean, but carpet needs replacing. Each bedroom is on a different floor. Great for 3 couples! I would book this house in the future (not winter!)

This house was everything the owner described in the listing, it was clean, it was convenient and it had ALL the amenities we could have hoped for! Arriving at the house there is a steep drive or two, so be prepared but our mini van could handle it so you will be fine too. Parking was nice and flat and plenty of space for multiple vehicles. Upon entry the house was obviously clean and well decorated, open floor plan. All the bedrooms are equally amazing so my husband and I took the middle floor bedroom and put the younger kids up and the older kids down. Every night when coming back to the house all the kids gathered in the game room to play pool or the deer hunt arcade and we could lay down in our room and relax while listening to them laugh and have a good time. The house even had a few sample shampoo, conditioner, dish detergent to hold us over when we were in a bind. The house is also less than 5 min from the parkway and all the fun but when at the house you feel like you miles and miles from all that chaos. I could not recommend this house more for a large family or group of friends! It was really a great time!

Words can't describe how lovely this cabin and host are. My family stayed here for a few nights and are already wondering when we can come back. Joy is the absolute sweetest, most accomodating host. She is there to communicate with you throughout your stay and if any problems arise. The cabin is gorgeous on the inside and out, with a wonderful view of the forest behind you. The cabin is next to others, but we did not get bothered by anyone. We utilized the jacuzzi tubs and the hot tub outside, as they were extremely clean and well kept. The bedrooms were all beautifully decorated and comfortable to relax in after a long day. You could stay at this cabin and never want to leave as it has entertainment (tvs and games), comfort, and utilities to cook. We highly recommend this cabin for a relaxing trip or for family fun.

We gifted our 6 grandkids with a cousins weekend. The cabin was perfect for entertaining them with the game room, hot tub, and two areas to play games. Made lots of good memories!

We were a bit surprised with the steep hill driving through the resort but the kids loved it! Parking was so convenient right in the front of the house. We walked through the side porch and it was majestic. You really feel like you’re in the mountains. As soon as you open the door it’s so bright and inviting. Tall ceilings and comfortable furniture. It was easy to unpack our food right into the kitchen. There was so much room to spread out. The bottom floor with the pool table was so much fun. Hot tub was a favorite! We were so close to Dollywood I could easily come back mid day to walk the dog. There was so much to do in gatlinburg. We played mini golf, went on go carts, mountain coaster and fun museums. It’s also very close to great hikes. We saw a beautiful waterfall. We were so close we could go right to the local supermarket and come back to the house and save money on food and have a great dinner. Overall, it was one of the nicest families vacations we ever had!

WOULD NOT RENT, SUPER SLIMY HOMEOWNER. The home owner is super high maintenance, texting multiple times a day. On top of that she wants to charge us $1000 for A/C repairs despite it not working the day we got there and only working the one day they came to fix it, then wants to charge us an addition $300 for having to come out and repair it. BUT IT DIDNT EVEN WORK FIRST DAY ON SITE. It obviously was a prior issue, she just doesn’t want to be the one paying for it. Even after not having A/C 3 out of the 4 days. She also does not want to have to do normal vacation home cleaning to her home. Asking us to basically deep clean the home before leave, which we obliged to our best efforts, yet somehow still finding a way to charge us for a “deep cleaning” And trying to charge us over trash leaking onto the floor after clearly directing us to leave bags of extra trash on the floor in the kitchen. It is also listed as a “smoke allowed property” yet complained over the fact of us smoking legal marijuana from a dispensary less then 2 miles from the property. Even after we strictly smoked outside and followed all of her guidelines regarding it. On top of that she wants to charge us for a damage that didn’t even occur until days after we had left. She’s honestly just a homeowner trying to get out of normal vrbo maintenance. Again WOULD NOT RENT, just asking for issues afterwards

I have rented 5 different cabins in the area over the past 3 years and this property is by far the nicest one we have rented. The cabin was very CLEAN! The owner cleans the property herself which is a huge plus to any renters because I know she does a thorough job. She even drains the hot tub after each rental and bleaches the filter which isn’t always done with other properties. The owner was great to communicate with. The rooms and house were a great size. The cabin has amazing deck space. I loved that there was a swing in addition to an outdoor table/chairs and some rocking chairs. Some past cabins have had questionable decks to the point that you wonder how it is even holding the hot tub without falling down. Parking is another thing that can be tricky in the Smokies since almost everything it built on the side of a hill. The cabin had great flat parking spaces which easily fit 3 large vehicles. The location was perfect. My kids also enjoyed the pool area. I would 100% rent this cabin again. We liked it so much that I would base my next trip on when the cabin is available. You will not be disappointed.

My family just spent a week in this beautiful home. The home is just as described and pictured with everything you would ever need during your stay. With three amazing King suites, a loft with bunk beds and a pullout, there is enough room for large groups such as family reunions or girls’ getaways. We enjoyed coffee each morning on one of the beautiful decks and spent many late nights in pool tournaments with the kids. The location could not have been more perfect. While at the cabin, we felt miles away from civilization in the quiet Smokies, but we were only minutes from the bustling Pigeon Forge strip. No long drives required. Easy access to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, or the Smokies. I have to mention our wonderful host who went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Our daughter was celebrating her 17th birthday during our week, and Joy was so excited to help us surprise her. We arrived to a beautifully decorated cabin starting at the front door and continuing through the entire main level. There were balloons, streamers, and signs everywhere. Joy even helped us surprise her with a decorated cake using her personal cake stand for display with cake plates and forks. Communication was too-notch. We highly recommend this cabin and host for any of your vacation needs. We hope to return soon.

Our cabin was extremely nice. Everyone had a comfortable and spacious room. Our owner had the extras in place that made it very special. She was very responsive to our questions. The location was perfect to everything that we did from hiking to shopping to a UTV trip. We had a wonderful stay and hopefully will be able to come back soon.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The owner was pleasant to work with and was quick to respond to messages. The cabin itself was a relaxing and beautiful cabin yet convenient to everything. There is a nearby grocery store and door dash delivers from many places as well. Would stay here again.

This cabin was very clean and decorated very nicely. The reason we rented was it has 3 master suites with jetted tubs in each room. We had 3 couples everyone got their own room and we're very satisfied with the rooms. It's in a very nice neighborhood and a very convenient location to everything in pigeon forge. If we didn't have grandchildren it would have been great because everything is so close. Joy the owner was very attentive texting us with restaurants to go to and anything else that we would need.

We just wanted to be in the mountains for New Years! My family of 6 adults visited. Incredibly comfortable & cozy home (3) MASTER KING SUITES!!!…not at all like the other cabins we’ve rented in many years past. Literally, right off the main Pigeon Forge strip in the middle of all the places you’d want to eat and visit, and a very short drive to Gatlinburg. Definitely would recommend it.

The trip was good. Cabin was nice and Joy Lee brought us the crib that was needed. We enjoyed our stay. Then we experienced what another guest experienced in August. We were contacted that the pool table cover was missing. I have no idea why that would be missing. I paid her for the cover since I was no longer there and could not look for it. Then 5 days later I was contacted about 4 wash clothes and a bath mat. We put all towels in the tubs. I never count items in the cabin we stay in. We have rented somewhere for many years and never had this. I felt she gave me a guilt trip. I sent another $60 to her. I texted back that I paid her and did not want to be thought of as a bad person. She was very rude and crude comments. I have never experienced with dealing with VRBO owners. We have no reason to take any of the items. We can afford our own. We have two homes and have no need to take stuff from someone else.

Location was very convenient to Pigeon Forge, just a few minutes off the Parkway. Property was as pictured. It worked out great for our combined family. Master bedroom and bathroom on each level, giving each group privacy. Might be a little tough in ice and snow to get up the hill to the house, but the maintenance crew for the development kept the drive cleared of wet leaves during our stay. There are several homes in the area but the home still seemed private.

The property was immaculate! Very clean and spacious for our big family. Everyone had there own bed and was very comfortable. There were a lot of amenities to enjoy; all in working order. The host was very gracious and she was very helpful and understanding with our questions. It is very centrally located in the heart of Pigeon Forge and only minutes away from all of our favorite attractions. We look forward to staying again very soon!

I am a 61 year old retired physician who stayed at this property in October 2022. I spoke to Joy (the owner) just after booking as well as after checking out. Could not I asked for more personable or more pleasant individual. When my wife and I arrived with my 70+ year old siblings, and their spouses, we found the cabin to be immaculate. It is extremely nice property and I highly recommend it. We had a great experience and Joy went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Will definitely be staying there again in the future.

This cabin felt like home! It was so beautifully decorated and all the furnishings were so comfortable. I slept like a dream and that rarely happens when i travel. We enjoyed every minute, just minutes from Pigeon Forge. Can’t say enough about Joy, she was so nice and helpful. Will definitely stay with them again when we travel to the Smokies!

Majestic Forest is a beautiful cabin located in the heart of Pigeon Forge. This enchanting cabin is very spacious. The cabin was ready upon our arrival. There was a welcome bag with treats for our dog and hot chocolate mix and brochures that showed how much the owner cares about making your vacation magical. We were amazed by the beauty of the canopy surrounding the wraparound porch. The rooms were spotless and very charming. Each bedroom has a jacuzzi as well as a separate bathroom with a walk in shower. The game room with the pool table was our gathering place. The hot tub outside a wonderful oasis after a day exploring the Smokies. My children enjoyed the den in the top floor with the extremely comfortable bunk bed and pull out sofa. It was like camping indoors. Majestic Forest was our home for a week. We were delighted to be surrounded by nature in a beautiful log cabin. Thank you to our host who went above and beyond to make our vacation the best one ever.

Everything started without a hitch...I reserved a cabin for 4 nights for 10 people. Cabin said it slept 13. There were three large king sized beds, two pullouts, and a bunk bed with a double bottom. I am glad I brought my pillows and a blow up mattress. There weren't enough pillows to go around or extra sheets for the pullouts. There were only enough towels for 8 people. We reached out to the property manager and they brought over a bag of towels. The rest of the facility was awesome and we had a marvelous weekend playing cards and catching up. On the ride home, we started getting harassing emails that we had taken(stolen) items from the cabin.....towels, black handcloth, dish rags.......and then the extra pillows were missing. I am not sure what to say, but when I left the cabin, all the towels and washcloths were in the tubs and the linens for the beds were in the bathrooms. The pillows, or at least what they call pillows were 1 inch thick when you put your head on it.....more like a cotton pad than a pillow.....and we wouldn't take them, since I brought my own. I didn't appreciate the accusation. Plus, I think it is just a way for them to make money off people after we leave the property. Seemed like a scam....there was no checklist when you leave.....if there was, I would have filled it out. So...in the end, we had a great 4 days in the Smokies, clouded by the aftermath.

Our family arrived at cabin and it was very nice! All of the rooms were large and all of the bedrooms had their own full bath. The view from cabin was beautiful, the neighborhood was very nice and the owner was great! I would highly recommend renting from Joy!
