About this apartment rental

Our spacious condo is located in the gated Stillwaters golf community on beautiful Lake Martin. From the balcony, enjoy breathtaking views of the lake and sunsets! Bring your boat and dock at our designated slip. Boat rentals are available at the neighboring marina. Enjoy a round of golf or lounge by the pool. A grill is provided on the balcony. If you don't feel like cooking, local restaurants are nearby.

Enjoy the 5th floor views of the lake from our large balcony that is equipped with patio furniture, dining table, electric grill, fireplace and tv. Inside is very spacious with 12 ft ceilings, granite countertops, hardwood floors, fully stocked kitchen and full sized washer and dryer. The king master bedroom has a large master bathroom with a garden tub, walk-in shower, double sinks, and very large closet. The other guest bedrooms share a bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds.

Other amenities include a gated community pool with a waterfall and slide, tennis courts, boat slip, and elevator access from the parking lot.

Our condo is located 28 miles from Auburn University, 98 miles from Birmingham airport and 120 miles from Atlanta airport.

For boat/jet ski trailer storage in the neighborhood, please call Jeff Smith (256) 452-1475.

A guest check-in form listing vehicles that will be on property is required due to Stillwaters being a gated community. This form will be provided after booking.

Quiet hours are from 10 :00pm until 8:00 am. Please be respectful of our neighbors during this time.

For the security of our property, there is a doorbell camera at the front door.

Had another great time on Lake Martin. The accommodations, location and communication were all great. We also rented a pontoon at Harbor Pointe Marina. We hated to leave and can't wait to go back!

5th floor of condo provided great views of lake! Condo was very comfortable & beautiful! Great time with our family. boat slip with condo so we rented boat at marina nearby- boating on lake Martin is the best!!!

We were in town for a family funeral. Paula was wonderful to deal with. Everything was immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck. Views of the lake are spectacular. Beds are comfy. Only thing missing was a full length mirror (we were getting dressed for a funeral) and would have loved conditioner to go along with the shampoo. Wonderful stay… we will be back for sure!!

We stayed at this condo to attend an Auburn football game. The condo was clean, organized, had comfortable beds, soft sheets, a well stocked kitchen and an AMAZING view of Lake Martin. The drive to Auburn was quick and easy. We would stay here again!!

This property was wonderful for our annual family trip to Lake Martin. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and then some. All the beds were super comfy and the outside balcony area was our fave. We’ve stayed at Stoneview Summit eight times in the past few years and we all agree that this unit was our best pick so far. Owner was very easy and quick to communicate with. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights at this condo, we were in t own for a family wedding. The condo is light and non cluttered, plenty of space and a beautiful view of our beloved Lake Martin. We loved the fireplace in the family room, we used it the whole time as it was unusually chilly while we were there. The property was quiet and very comfortable. The sheets were also very soft. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here and would come back to this property for sure! The linens, bedding, towels etc were very nice. Comfortable bed. Well stocked kitchen. High end furnishings. Very spacious! My only recommendation would be to highlight which gate to enter (there is a side owners gate which confused us) and how to identify the correct condo building (as apple map led us to the wrong one and did unload everything at the wrong location.) Once we found it all was well. The property manager was responsive and she restarted our internet remotely which was a big help. All in all a great value and a wonderful stay! Thank you.

We stayed here over the Christmas Holidays. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. It is well equipped with everything you could possibly need and then some. The hosts are fantastic, and had even put up a Christmas tree which was such a nice touch for the holidays. We highly recommend this property...and look forward to staying here again.

Great time with family. Pool was perfect for our varied ages and slide was big plus for the kiddos. Bunk beds were a real plus for our group of 8. Kitchen was a little small for large group but didn’t stop our eating. Slips for pontoon boat and Seadoo. Surrounding scenery was a bonus for family group pictures.

We stayed here with two teenagers and another parent for a long weekend. We were in town for a nearby softball tournament and fully enjoyed this property in our down time. The lake and pool were refreshing after a hot day at the ball park and the beds were very comfortable. This was our first time at Lake Martin and we will be back! Tip-enter off of 49. Google maps may try to take you to the other entrance which is residents only.

Lake Martin has become a popular destination for my family and I and this was our second time staying at Stoneview Summit, but the first time in this unit. Oh my lord what a beautiful condo this is! Not only were the views amazing, the place was stocked with everything we needed to unplug and have a great vacation. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to return in the future.
