This condo has been completely renovated with a large window in the great room - where you can enjoy the TV from comfortable seating. A small modern kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary needs, and if you don’t feel like cooking, there are plenty of restaurants, with various cuisines, within easy walking distance. The modern bathroom has a lush feel and a stand-up shower. And all beds and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premium linens for your every comfort. Extra perks include air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and cable.

Coffee shops, grocery stores, and boutiques, featuring items that reflect the best of seaside living in one of the best climates in the world are also just a short walk away, or potentially right below you, as this home sits on the top of retail shops and restaurants. You are also not far from SeaWorld and other world-class attractions in the greater San Diego area.

THINGS TO KNOW
This home is located in a loud, upbeat neighborhood on top of retail suites, in the heart of Mission Beach. However, our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: No parking available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Safety was a concern for me. The outside gate didn’t lock and it was very loud in the evening. The windows are very thin and on the last night I heard a bottle being smashed on the concrete that woke me out of my sleep. I’m not sure I would stay here again.

This location is awesome! Literally steps from the beach. Lots to do with the amusement park across the street, a park just up the street and lots of quick food options all around. It is lacking beach supplies. There are towels and 1 chair. You can rent chairs and an umbrella just down the street, and you can buy sand toys at all the shops. The condo is pretty small but was comfortable enough for our family of 4. I would probably stay here again, but not with my kids. They aren’t kidding when they say it’s noisy. You can hear the people in the shops below like they’re standing right next to you. You’ll also hear loud music and rollercoaster noise until 11pm each night. The last thing is that was a major let down is that it DOESN’T HAVE A TRAVEL CRIB, even though it is listed on the listing. We had to rent one, which fit fine in the bedroom slightly under the desk area. The property management was no help when it came to rectifying the issue. They don’t respond to Vrbo messages for days, so if you need to contact them you have to call. You’ll then have to work your way through the answering service until you finally find someone who knows anything about the property. We had to contact them several times because there is no guest book. We needed instructions for how to work the shower, and where to find the outside garbage. In conclusion, great location, loud, not great for young kids, bad management.

Apartment was extremely difficult to find without extra instructions. Small gate in between shops on boardwalk. Very noisy given location. But apartment was cute & clean. Liked how close it was to the beach but neighborhood was a little questionable. Most likely won’t return.

Location was great to Belmont, beach, food, shops. A little noisy but I had noise canceling app. Parking (not super convenient but ok) was fine as there is an overnight parking lot a 1/2 block away

The couch and the bed were very comfortable, the kitchen clean and furnished with dishes and glassware, and the decor attractive. The "rain" shower with a skylight felt luxurious! We enjoyed being next door to the activity at the amusement park

Location is great but don’t think to stay in a peaceful location. because of shops and restaurants below and the rollercoaster in front, you should be fine on waking up at 7am or have noise from the street at night. Apartment is not big as shown from the picture but it’s fine for two people. I wouldn’t book it again because of the bad smell that was in the apt the all time (smocking smell). Even if the apartment was clean, the sofa was really dirty and the smoke smell made the place feeling not clean.

The location was perfect for my 8 year old and me. In the heart of everything. It was small but I could already tell from the listing it was tight but it was perfect for just us. A tv in the bedroom would have been great but we camped out in the front when we wanted to watch a movie. Overall, it was a fantastic spot and we will book next summer!

I thought I would love this place as the photos show well appointed design however, when looking closely, all the materials are really low quality IKEA and falling apart. The noise is not to be underestimated. There was side car races, revving engines, screeching, groups gathering and yelling way past midnight Saturday night. The neighborhood, while located next to the beach, is really dirty. No security as front gate does not lock.

We loved the location, but was busy until late at night and early in the morning. Parking, or lack of, causes issues. I would not stay here again because of it. No way to make coffee, had to walk to get that every morning. The unit itself was nice. Not for more than a couple and maybe a child.

If you stay in mission bay you have to try this place it doesn't get better for the price. The only issue is the parking but once you find the groove it's easy. The apartment has everything you need for sure inexception of a TV in the bedroom. The staff Lindsay and Mike should get a raise since they are amazing at their job. Look Vacassa or the owners of the building go to Walmart and buy a cheap 32" smart TV for about $70 and install it in the bedroom and your apartment will be 100% complete. Other than that great job and great team. I'll be back in two months and I'm staying there again.

This was perfect for me, cozy but enough room to stretch out a bit. Would probably be perfect for a couple as well. Still deserves five stars but I wish the step outside the gate was repainted or there was a watch your step reminder for clumsy people like myself.

The location was perfect! It was so great, had teenagers and being next to a Belmont Park was amazing. Had a medical problem with my daughter and needed an extra night, they had “nothing in San Diego for 1 night, but could get us something with a 3 night minimum. We stayed 4 needed one more anywhere close. They also did not respond to emails about early/late checkout had to wait for day of to hear anything

I stayed at this property solo. At most I would say it sleeps 3 - with one on the couch. AC unit wasn't working. Space could have been cleaner as the walls etc were pretty dirty. Otherwise, it was right in the action and a cute space. I would stay here again for just myself. Or me and one other person.

This stay exceeded my expectations. It was very easy to find right next to Belmont Park and mission beach. Many food options if you head towards Pacific Beach. Close ride to SeaWorld. There were plenty of towels and it was very clean. There was a starter set of shampoo/conditioner/bath soap as well as dish detergent, sponge and dishwasher pods. I would stay again.

Very nice, clean, and safe property. Great value considering access to the beach. However, the property was listed for 4 occupants and linens fell very short of acceptable. One small blanket for the sleeper and 2 washcloths. The mattress on the bed was…awful. We made it work for the time there though. Everything else was very nice.

Great location and very convenient. The unit was very clean and upgraded. Little hard to find and parking was a little annoying but that’s the way California beaches are. It’s a little loud until 11pm because you are right by the rollercoaster and beach. I would stay there again.

The unit was as described and matched the photos. It's a great size for a couple and it was helpful having the full-size kitchen, including a dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. The location is great for proximity to the beach and shops nearby, but does have drawbacks. There were leaf blowers or other equipment going early in the morning across the street, though not the fault of the unit. Overall, we would stay here again!
