This family-oriented community provides access to a shared pool and grilling area. Dine alfresco on your private balcony, which offers views of the Gulf of Mexico on one side, and overlooks the expansive Ole River on the other. Watch the boats glide along the river, look out for dolphins, and catch lovely sunsets. You're within walking distance of great food and live music at Flora-Bama. Take a short drive to fun-filled amusement parks, shops, and restaurants. Gulf State Pier Park offers a scenic spot for fishing and people-watching, and you'll find miles of hiking trails, diverse ecosystems, and pristine beaches at Big Lagoon State Park and Gulf State Park. Drive 15 miles to spend the day at the entertainment-packed OWA amusement park. Or head less than five miles to Adventure Island for go-karts, rides, and laser tag.

Enjoy chit-chat and cocktails in an open living area with hardwood floors and comfy seating, including a sofa bed. Play cards around the coffee table, or watch a movie on the TV. Loved views on Gulf and the canal. Beach access across the street were closed due to birds nesting. We had to use the construction site to access the beach. They are building a huge beach house across the street and appears to be digging to build something else. These will limit the access and views. There are also people monitoring the nesting birds and will threaten to call the sheriff you if they see you cutting through.

Very nice place. It’s just as advertised. Nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. The views from the porch are so relaxing. Being able to see the Gulf and the river is unique. Close to many restaurants is a plus.

Very clean and updated condo. A quick walk across the street to the beach. Since there is not a large hotel in between, the beach was not crowded at all in this area. The balcony has both river and ocean views!!!!

Beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. Extremely CLEAN and updated with high end furnishings. We visit Orange Beach several times a year but this is the first time we have been off season. We found the location convenient to some of the best restaurants and bars with live entertainment as well as easy access to the beach across the street. Good communication with host. We will definitely come back again!!

My wife and I popped down for a last minute trip and found this property. The inside is beautiful and totally updated to new construction standards. Nice kitchen, bathrooms and balcony has nice furniture. The outside is dated and the stairs need some love. The pool was nice and well maintained. The beach across the street was empty because there is no property directly on the beach. We walked to Florabama for lunch. The coffee maker was broken and Vacassa never called us back. Had to go to Starbucks for coffee.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was great although being with 6 people and only 1 parking space was not ideal considering we need the car seat for the child and not everyone could fit into the car..this rule needs revised. The WiFi did not work after a few days... I would advise not staying with anymore than 3-4 people, the code to the door stopped working after 2 days and nobody ever got with us so we had to use the key all week.

Overall we really liked this property! It was clean and nicely updated and decorated. The master shower was really nice and the beds were very comfortable. A couple of reasons for 4 stars and not 5: -low lighting, especially in the master bedroom. It just seemed dark in the condo even with all the lights on. -bedroom with twin beds had an incredibly sticky door. It was super loud for our kids to open and close, waking everyone up. -guest bathroom tub/shower looked stained. It wasn’t actually dirty, but it looked like it.

We loved the location and layout of the condo. The walk was not bad, but it is a 5 lane major highway you have to cross. Beds were great. The master bath is a little tight but the shower was great. The View from the balcony was awesome. We all took turns sitting outside and enjoying the view and breeze while reading. Condo could use more forks and spoons. The chairs, bar stools and outside chairs were a little snug for people with bigger hips. But we squeezed in. Decor was nice!

It smelled clean and appeared clean. I initially gave them 5 stars. I have to decrease it to 4 stars because when we closed the door to the master bath, there was a dirty towel left hanging on the back of the door and there were a lot of long black hairs behind the door as well. I’m sure it was an oversight of a very busy housekeeper. Other than that, the condo was awesome. The beds and linens are super comfy. The views of the bay and ocean are amazing. The property is prime location on Ole River. No condo across the street to get on the beach which is a good thing. We had problems with the door code and it wouldn’t let us in. Eventually we just used the key in the lock box. Little things like the lamp by the master bed not working, and the lock not working need to be addressed. The condo is very pretty and the view is amazing. If you like to fish this is a great spot. You can fish right outside on the pier and the beach is across the street.
