About this apartment rental
Great location! This Seasons at Avon condo is a quick two-minute walk to the Riverfront Express Gondola, which takes you to Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, and Arrowhead. Or hop on the FREE express bus to Vail, which stops next to the building. Walk to a variety of excellent restaurants in Avon, or take the shuttle to the main village of Beaver Creek (the shuttle stop is in front of the building).
Enjoy the view of Beaver Creek from the balcony and living/dining room. The living room has a gas fireplace.
The primary suite has a queen bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a twin-over-double bunk bed. There is a second full bathroom.
The unit includes a washer/dryer. There is elevator access to the condo from the heated underground garage. A ski locker is provided in garage.
Right next door is the Avon Rec Center, an indoor facility with a lap pool, lazy river, zero-entry kids pool, water slide, hot tub, and fitness center. Nottingham Lake is a short walk and offers ice skating in the winter; swimming, paddle boarding, beach volleyball, and free concerts in the summer; and a large playground for the kids year-round.
There is no AC in the unit. We have several fans.

Per the HOA: The Seasons is a non-smoking building. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the condo or on the balcony. Quiet hours are 9 pm-8 am. No pets. By renting our unit, you agree to follow these regulations.

We were supposed to stay at Lori’s condo for 2 days around July 4th. However, Lori reached out to us a week earlier, informing us that the streets would be closed on our day of arrival and getting access to the condo would take some time. She suggested we reach a night earlier (at no extra cost) and avoid the street closures. I really appreciate Lori going an extra mile to make sure we really enjoyed our Stay in Avon and that it was hassle-free.
Lori has a beautiful condo. The location is even better cause we were walking distance from the July 4th events. Also, we got to enjoy the fireworks from the condo itself.

We were so impressed by how homey the condo felt. Not only did the owners provide all the essentials needed to prepare meals in the spacious kitchen, they took the time to consider how visitors of all ages may want to spend their leisure time. The space was well stocked with books for all ages and interests, games, movies, and baskets of toys for the little ones. We felt so at home and would love to return for another visit in the future.

We were so happy with the generous sizing of the bedrooms and living room, complete with plenty of fans for air circulation and utensils for cooking, books to read and games to play - the extras that, along with cozy decor, made it feel welcoming and really easy to be in. The walking proximity to stores was a bonus too! Highly recommend.

We loved our stay. The place was VERY clean and just a short walk to an amazing playground and lake. Lori was also so easy to text with and made everything very simple and stressfree.

The building was a little quirky but the condo unit is awesome. Very clean, equipped with everything you need, easy check-in and parking. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The unit is just steps from the Avon Station Beaver Creek Skier Express bus stop which takes you up to Beaver Creek Village or Vail Village (free and easier than driving to Vail).

Apt was great, easy in and out from the lift across the street. Apartment was very clean and not dusty. Just wish that the master had king size bed, but the queen was comfortable and cozy.

Super convenient, absolutely lovely place with excellent communication by owners. Exceeded all my expectations. We loved this well located (essentially ski in/ski out- just steps from Gondola) place. Owners had it furnished with every comfort.

This was an inpromptu stop to enjoy a bit of luxury (hair dryer, hot shower, cush bed), after a week of dispersed camping in the mountains. Well, we were not disappointed! This rental away from home is super comfy, incredibly clean, and has all the elements of modern day living. This would include full kitchen amenities, washer/dryer/iron, hair dryer, grill at patio, fireplace, wifi, large TV with lots of network options, table games, movies, fans for each room (if warm out), towels for the lake, & more. It is also convenient to many shops, the beautiful riverwalk/creek, + yummy dining spots.
All in all, a great find! Glad we made this choice. Would stay again next time in the Avon area for sure.

This place was exactly what we expected. Great location, clean, easy with kids. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. Made it really easy for our longer stay. The only thing was it gets very warm in the summer (we happened to be there over some pretty hot days), and while there are PLENTY of fans provided there just isn’t that much wind flow in this apartments location. Definitely not something the owner can help- just more for information

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo for our ski trip to Beaver Creek mountain. It really is just steps away -- the free shuttle bus to the Beaver Creek base is right in front of the building, or walk about 3-5 minutes further across the bridge to the gondola to go up from the Avon side. The ski locker was nice to store our things at night. We also enjoyed access to the Avon Rec Center next door for indoor swimming and hot tubbing.
The condo slept our family of five perfectly. Everything was clean, and plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well-stocked and great for making breakfast every morning. Plenty of room for us to spread out. My only complaint is that although the water was plenty hot, there was only enough to last 2.5 showers before it would run out. So not the best for a family of five. Thanks for letting us use your space!

This was our second stay at The Seasons, which provides for a wonderful location (the Riverfront Gondola is across the street!) in Avon. Still, this unit is wonderfully updated, clean, and quickly accessible to/from the garage and ski lockers. My wife, me and our kiddo found it perfect, and we’d recommend it for any family or group of four!

This is a beautifully renovated condo. It’s a short walk to Riverfront Gondola which takes skiers directly to the slopes at Beaver Creek. Grocery, ski shops, etc were right nearby. The owners were responsive and easy to deal with.

Very nice. Unsolicited helpful communications from owner informing us that we could arrive early, stay late, etc. Not necessary or expected, but very well received!!! An enjoyable stay. One weird thing: when I used maps from VRBO site, it took me to wrong place - one street North and parking lot for another building - was confusing because I could SEE where we were supposed to be but couldn't figure out how to get there until I read the owners check in instructions. So go with that rather than google maps! Just make sure you go the correct street, not the one North of it...

The property is very nice, great location, in town for a soccer tournament in Vail and this was a great location. Even better then the location was the hosts, very helpful and went above and beyond when we had to leave early due to a family emergency.

This vacation home was so perfect! It was super clean, stylish and comfortable and also had lovely personal touches. We enjoyed all the games, the view, comfy sofa/beds and the very well stocked kitchen. The location is convenient to anything you need/want. I can’t thank Lori enough for her excellent communication and graciously extending our stay at the last minute when we had something come up. We would love to stay here again in the Winter too!

It's a perfect little place for 2-4 people. Clean kitchen, great views of the ski mountain, convenient parking to unit access, easy walk to shops in Avon. 2 nice full bathrooms. The bedrooms have interior windows (look out to the hallway) but it doesn't really matter. Overall the unit is a really cozy home and we would definitely stay here again

Had a lovely time!
We had a really enjoyable time at this property! The host was very responsive and the property was very well stocked. The sectional couch is super comfy, theres plenty of TV options, games and desks for work space if needed. We cooked dinner a couple nights and had everything we needed. The property was very clean and decorated nicely. We loved how close this was to restaurants, the grocery store and walking down the river walk. We'd love to stay again!

The vacation was very good and the hosts were fantastic. The property was old and the only problem revolved around this. There was a significant remodeling project going on which was very disruptive to my wife's resting and relaxing.

What a great place. It has easy access from outside right close to the escalator. The locks were a bit outdated and need replacement. The place is spacious and looks newly renovated. Kitchen had new appliances and plenty of cookware to make breakfast and dinner at home. Also we appreciated all the spices and supplies like paper towels and detergent. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Really nice with all the supplies like toothpaste and toothbrushes. Bedrooms had new modern furniture and mattress that was comfortable. Not a big fan of electric heaters but they made the place cozy and warm. The fireplace was nice addition. View from the place has some roof in the way but you can see beautiful mountains. Owners were very responsive. Excellent

Perfect space for a winter ski trip to Beaver Creek. Vail is only 15 minutes away too. The place was clean, modern, and had all the amenities for a wonderful stay. Would happily stay here again and recommend to others!
