The townhome offers plenty of outdoor entertainment space and open floor plan to comfortably entertain. We have a large, open concept living area and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining table. In addition to our indoor space, the front and back porches are a perfect place to relax and puff your favorite cigar after a long day out in New Orleans and on your feet. Other features include laundry (washer, dryer, detergent, dryer sheets, ironing board and steamer/iron combo, Smart TV, wifi and central AC. We have 1 smart tv in living room.
We also have a driveway that can easily fit 3 cars. We don't recommend you blocking the sidewalk as they will ticket you for that.
5-10 minute Uber/Lyft ride to everything ! 4 blocks to Canal Street. A few blocks from the Lafitte Greenway, which is the new bike path that goes from Mid City all the way to the French Quarter! You're only 5 minutes away from the Superdome, 5-10 minutes away from the French Quarter and Frenchmen Street, 8 minutes away from the Fairgrounds for Jazz Fest and 5 minutes away from City Park to attend the Voodoo Festival!
Mid-City is Quirky, unpretentious and funky. It is Known Canal Street Streetcar, Stately Canal Street homes, Charming bungalows, Eclectic restaurants and bars
Take the trolley streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue. Walk conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two, a snoball shop, or boiling hot crawfish and a local brewery thrown in for good mix. Live music every night of the week in walking distance. Take the Canal Streetcar Line downtown or to City Park Ave.
Uber/Lyft is just a 5-10 min drive to the French Quarter & downtown CBD and Convention Center.
Walk along the Laffitte Greenway and Bayou Saint John.
We recommend taking Uber or Lyft to get around at night.
We have actually taken a step further in battling COVID-19 at no extra costs to our guests. We are sanitizing every surface with special attention paid to high touch areas like doorknobs and light switches. We have also employed a products that microscopically sprays hospital grade disinfectant in every nook and cranny of the home. And we wash every blanket, coverlet and sheets after every guest. Which means our homes are as clean as they can possibly be!

The property is absolutely gorgeous! We had plenty of space, parking is tricky but plenty.
Chris and Mechelle were wonderful and despite not knowing it was a duplex, we made friends with our neighbors in light of the hurricane keeping us in for 2 days.
We will definitely be staying again soon.

Slight animal smell on arrival so if allergic be advised. Otherwise great property with great features and charm.

Perfect stay for my family of 6. There were a few challenges during the booking process, but Michelle was a gem with getting everything together. More than enough bedding all the basic essentials you would need for a comfy stay away from home. Only downside, which by no means is a deal breaker, there was no storage space in 2 of the rooms. Definitely a 10 out of 10. If you are reading this and considering booking stop wasting your time and GO BOOK IT NOW!!!

The decor was cute, and we loved reading all of the music posters. Our favorite part of the home was the back porch and yard. It was a tranquil place to chill after a long day in the city, which was easy to get to either by a car or using the New Orleans streetcars. While we weren't able to comfortably park our two SUVs in the driveway (tight squeeze/narrow), there was PLENTY of street parking and we had no issues finding a spot. The house also had plenty of space for the seven of us, and we didn't feel like we were right on top of each other. It was a good stay in NOLA!

We needed a place to stay before our cruise and this was great!

We loved our stay! The house was clean and exactly as described. We loved the details and how it felt like “New Orleans” inside. Would definitely recommend to our friends or book again if we are back in the city!

Our stay was amazing. The house was very clean, great location, and spacious. I will re book every time I visit NOLA.

The house was fun. Lots of colors and plenty of space for people who enjoy being together. The tiny bedroom upstairs can only be accessed through the room with all the twin beds...which is a bit awkward when the twin beds are being used by adults. Overall we had a great time and had everything we needed.

Loved this place, and it was both a lovely walk to Jazz Fest and a doable walk to the French Quarter. Hats off to the hosts for the amenities, comfortable touches, and Nola decor. Katie’s (restaurant) nearby turned out to be worth two visits. #GetThere

The house was charming and so New Orleans. We loved the decor. The house had everything we needed and two bathrooms which was great. Being only 4 blocks to the streetcar was wonderful as we didn’t have to drive in the city. We used the streetcar on four of our days in NOLA. Being seniors, it only cost 80 cents for an all day pass. The backyard was private and well appointed. We sat out there several times. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance.
There were only two concerns. The driveway was very narrow and we ended up parking one car in the driveway and one on the street. We could have parked both in the driveway but it would have been difficult getting in and out of the vehicles. The second concern was that you had to go through one bedroom to get to the second one. It was a little awkward since the people in the two rooms were unrelated but we made it work.
As I said in the title, the next time we are in New Orleans I would stay here again!

Loved our stay, hosts were very communicative and property was clean and well maintained. The only thing I wished had been different is another outside trash can as the one we used was already full before we utilised it and having all occupancy rules and check out rules at the beginning of visit (we had to double back in the middle of the day to move a vehicle, had to ask the night before about the check out procedure because we hadn’t received instruction). They always answered very quickly and were super kind but that would have made the trip a little smoother :)

Excellent first experience in New Orleans! The home was so cute and cozy and immediately welcoming with the wonderful Mardi Gras lights and decor! My children loved the games, stuffed animals, books, and room with the day beds. It was also near so many places! Reached out to the property manager to ask a few questions and the response time was so quick. Absolutely would love to visit New Orleans again and stay at this wonderful home!

What a house! So charming, and clean. We enjoyed that we were so close to everything. When we were driving down, we ended up in New Orleans about an hour early before check in. We were able to get in the house early! It was a very pleasant stay, in a good area. Kids constantly playing at the park across the street. We’ve been to New Orleans many times, and this was definitely the best house we’ve stayed at! Have already recommended to friends and family!

We absolutely loved out stay here. The house was so cute and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable! Be aware that you have to pass through the twin bed room to reach another bedroom. The hot water in the upstairs bathroom wasn't working but owner was responsive with getting a plumber out. We felt very safe in this house as we were only women and our daughters. The backyard is very cute as well.

We had a great time. The house was cute. Loved the back porch and that we had our own driveway to park in! Walked to the streetcar stop and rode it down to the sugar bowl. Great location. Hosts were super responsive! Will stay here again if we go back with a group.

So well located with appropriate amenities for ten of us aged 14-83. Felt comfortable the whole time in the home AND in the neighborhood and city. NOLA has a vibe that excites and energizes. The house/home reflects that as well!!

I'm so grateful to have found a place for my family to stay! It was beautiful and allowed my family to relax, as we transitioned houses. This was literally a life saver. Thank you so much for accommodating us. 💜

This property was exactly how I expected it to be based on the photos, descriptions and reviews. It was very comfortable, and perfect for our group to relax in during the evenings. We only had 3 people in our group so we had plenty of privacy from each other when desired.
The living room was quite comfortable for sitting and watching TV. There aren't any photos of the back porch or back yard on the website, but both back and front porches are awesome -- it was warm enough for us to sit out on the back porch for several hours one evening! The decor in the house was fun and reflected the city. Parking was easy. Great restaurants nearby. Quick drive to French Quarter and New Orleans City Park. The hosts were quick to respond to questions and very nice!

Loved the location of this place! We could hop on the trolleys and ride them to the French Quarters.
When we arrived to the location we were given the wrong code amd couldn't get into the house.
The dryer took forever to dry small loads of laundry.
USB ports did not work on the side tables. Upstairs bathroom shower water was not warm.
Over all we had a blast.

A perfect amount of space if youre gonna be on the go and enjoy hanging out with a glass of wine on either porch or in front of the TV. Beds were comfy, water pressure was good, wifi was strong, and there's phenomenal food options close by! Don't leave New Orleans without trying Neyow's or Melba's!!!!!!

The decorations in the home are gorgeous. The short walk to the trolley was perfect so that we could leave our car in the driveway and take the trolley to Bourbon Street, WWII museum, city park, and all the amazing shopping and dining in the area. We plan to come to NOLA again in a few years and I will be looking for this home first.

I Loved our area so much.. It was close to a park, street car and restaurant Up & Adam was a few blocks away.. Chris and Mechelle were excellent to communicate with, if I needed anything.. They had tons of sleeping space for my guest.. A few suggestions which is in no way a complaint, but I would supply hooks for the upstairs bath to hang towels, and update the cookware because when you travel with large groups you want to cook some days.. We had to clean the scorched frying pan before cooking ourselves which wasn’t hard, but survey that.. Another TV upstairs would be nice as well.. As travelling some don’t like to venture as others and a TV upstairs with all the rooms would help.. Again, none of these suggestions took away from this amazing space, for there are far more Pros, than Cons.. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.. The backyard was lovely, the street is quiet.. Thanks Chris and Mechelle for a great home..

We enjoyed our visit. We’re a family of five and it offered plenty of space for us to be together comfortably but have our own space. The home is eclectic and well maintained. It’s close to stores and restaurants. Downtown is just a short drive. One bonus is that it has a driveway which makes parking easier.
